Checkers & Rally's bacon roadhouse burger and baconzilla meals

A coworker and I stopped to get some dinner on May 10, 2018 at Checkers and ordered a bacon roadhouse burger meal and a baconzilla meal both with large cokes. My bacon roadhouse burger was smooshed down to half the size and the burger patties were burnt to a crisp. The baconzilla burger patties were also burnt and had no bacon on it. The cokes were so flat we stopped somewhere else to drink because we couldn't drink the ones that came with our meals. At least the fries turned out good.

Checkers & Rally's chicken sandwich

So I went to rallys twice on glenway ave in pricehill Cincinnati Ohio 45205 area... I'm very disappointed that they don't have their employees wear hair nets I receive a chicken sandwich with hair attached to my cheese and a second day a burger with hair in it I'm not the only one that has went through this issue a few other people I know has stated don't go back there unless u want hair in food thanks for hearing my complaint things need to be looked at

Checkers & Rally's customer service

I encountered an incident at the Rally's located at 1790 Airport Exchange Blvd, Erlanger, Ky 41018 today.
Per your website the 5 piece boneless wings are $3 and I felt this was confirmed as I ordered the same item yesterday. Today I went to pick up an order for some of my co-workers and was charged $5.99 per order. When I questioned Amy who was taking my order she stated that $5.99 was the correct price. I tried to explain how they wings were $3 yesterday and even pulled up the website on my phone. She replied to that by saying, well that's how they rang up today. Another female employee, Jordan jumped in and stated that she didn't know what time I was in yesterday because she didn't recognize me. First of all, I don't know why the time of day would matter and secondly I wasn't the person that picked up our office order yesterday.
Once I returned to my office I located my receipt from yesterdays order and called the store asking to speak with the manager. I spoke with Mike and was advised that the female, Amy that took my order today was in fact the owner. Mike proceeded to tell me that Amy would not issue a refund unless I were to return the food. My fellow employees were already enjoying their lunch therefore I was not going to ask them to return it as I felt my receipt should have been proof enough.
I started to become even more frustrated while speaking with Mike and stated that I would return to the store. Our conversation eventually ended with him hanging up on me.
When I returned to the store a short time later Mike was standing leaning over the counter as if I were supposed to be intimidated.
After a heated discussion Amy did issue a refund for what I was overcharged.
Amy stated that the corporate office updated the website without informing her and she had no idea of the price change yet somehow the price was correct yesterday and Mike confirmed on the phone the the correct price was $3.
I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service that occurred today was inexcusable. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and never have I encountered such rude service.

Checkers & Rally's extremely long wait time in line about 20 min

The drive through customers were moving at a much higher rate than walk up customers which were there for a minimum of 20 minutes When I arrived they were three other people there and as I stayed there waiting noticing other cars driving through the drive-through being served within minutes of their orders being made

And with myself and others asked how much longer we were told we just have to wait that they are busy, I asked for my money back and I'll never return again. The manager was behind young lady at the front window the entire time helping prepare food never responded as he knew what was going on around him him As customers in front complained

Checkers & Rally's they messed up my order and won't answer phone

I have been calling the Waterloo rd rallys for over three hours because they messed up my burgers I asked for no real onions only crisptb onions and they had globs of nouns on them. Also the mozzarella sticks were cold. I really have been trying to call but they have not answered any time I have tried to call so they can fix my order. I am kinda mad and upset they will not answer.

Checkers & Rally's entire restaurant operation

After sitting in line for 20 minutes on the wrong side of the building to make an order because they have the right side blocked off with bread trays... 15 of those minutes sitting right in front of the speaker and nobody said anything so I continued to pull forward assuming something was wrong with it... I was told that they could not take orders at the window. This angered me extremely... I left after making a few choice comments and took my business elsewhere. Upon calling the store I asked to speak to the manager and the person on the line said speaking... When asked her name she handed the phone off to someone else who also claimed to be the manager claiming her name was "Alexis" then lied to me and said the person responsible for taking orders told me to hold on a second... Which never happened. "Alexis" was rude... Short and defended thier actions when I made a comment about calling corporate. The employee/s responsible for management of that location lack the skill set to be in that position. I will never visit any Rallys store again under any circumstances.

Checkers & Rally's ordered a large strawberry banana shake which was very soupy

This Rallys is located on the corner of Saginaw and Fifth street in Flint Michigan, my husband Ruben ordered this on our way home we had death in the family, we live at 114 Killiam Dr Lapeer Michigan 48446. He wanted to stop, there were no lights on at the drive thru and the marquee sign which advertises a special was not lit as well. I thought they were closed. We were the third vehicle in line. We ordered at 9pm, we did not get up to the pay window until 9:25pm. Ruben made a comment to the young lady operating the cash register that our drink should be free and she commented we don't do that at this Rallys. If you would like to talk to him he can be reached at [protected]. This service is the worst ever. I work for State of Michigan at the Secretary of State which is the DMV and my staff and I never treated our customers like this. The young lady with long braids that waited on us was very curt and by the shake being soupy we poured it down the drain when we got home.Try to get your staff together at this branch. This occurred 05/02/2018.

Checkers & Rally's new burger and fries

All food was cold and two out of the 3 sandwiches were supposed to be completely plain and and everything on them. And we waited 25 minutes forr food and we were the only ones there and they had no ice cream and coke. The drive thru was only open they told us to pull forward then 10 minutes later was asked to come get food cause they weren't allowed to leave the building and fries were half full.

Checkers & Rally's food and service

Hello I visited the Rally's at 4154 Lee rd Cleveland oh 44128. I am very dissatisfied with the food and the service I received. They were very rude and my food wasnt fresh as asked and my Carmel cheesecake stacker didn't have any cheesecake in it at all and was only filled 3/4 of the way up. My burger was cold and the cheese didn't even melt. The fries were the only things fresh but it tasted as if the grease needs to be changed. This is the second time I have had horrible service at this location. I will never return to this location again.

Checkers & Rally's employee's

I came to rallys at 1140pm and they told me that the put all of their food up and they couldn't make my chili cheese fries and had a attitude when I told them I could wait. They closed the window on me and I heaRd who I believe to be the manager cussing and saying "[censored] this guy" they told me it would be a 20 min wait then my food was out less than 2 mins later, they then tried to over charge me by adding another item to the order and saying that was the price with or without the item, then the other employee told me that she does not have time to deal with me when I told her that it didn't make since to pay more when I'm getting something less. Then she refused to give me my reciept until the manager came. Then time is now 1153 and they told abother customer that they were closed

Checkers & Rally's hot fudge sundae

I went to the Rally's in Metairie, Louisiana on Airline Hwy. It was about 10:30 pm. I went to the drive -thur and I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge because I know little they put on it. When I picked it up it hardly had any hot fudge on it all, I swear. So I told the young lady that I asked for extra hot fudge and I know I was charged for it. She preceeds to tell me that she was only suppose to put 1 swirl but that she 4 swirls in it. I looked at the poor measley ice cream with it's dab of hot fudge and I told her I would hate to see what she put it if I didn't order extra. She must a little dab. So I asked her why she didn't want to give me extra hot fudge..."does she have to pay for it out her pocket or if I had black skin it would be loaded with hot fudge". Not wanting to start trouble I took the "what was I guess was suppose to be a hot fudge sundae." I mean, no nuts or whipped cream or anything? Not even hardly any hot fudge. Needless to say no more Rally's for me or my family. I don't want anything in return. Now I know how cheap you are that you have to skimp on your extra condiments. I am 60 years old and worked my whole life in food service and I don't like to be lied too or pay extra money for something that I don't even receive. I am complaining about the lady who serviced me. I wish I had gotten her name. And she didn't give me my 3 cents change. But that's ok, I'm not cheap and 3 little cents won't make me or break me. Maybe you should teach your employee's that when a customer ask for extra and pays for it too, then give them extra. Thank you

Checkers & Rally's my whole experience at drive thru in akron ohio

I asked for 2 of the the 4 for $3 specials. I was told they were 4 for $4.
I then asked for 2 of the 4 for $4. Burgers, fries, apple pies and drinks.
The person who was taking orders was barely understandable and I was told they did not have apple pies, but I could have Ice cream. I told her, or him ?
that I had too far to go, that ice cream would melt, so I was now offered 2 fries instead. When I pulled up to window to pay and receive my order I was told it was $4.04? I asked how that was possible and the reply was that the amount was repeated by a worker who was obviously not happy about being at work. I handed over $4.04 due to a line behind me growing. When I arrived home I had two orders of fries that were all broken small crunchy pieces of potato not even a full order between the two, one burger and a coke. I gave my dog the cold burger, went back out to Little Caesers and bought a pizza. Hire some decent help!

I just went to rally's in Toledo, Ohio on central ave and orderd a big Buford and small fry plus coke combo I'm not joking it took them about 15 minutes and I didn't even get that were sorry for the wait that's absolutely ridiculous is this supposed to be fast food or not I'm confused on how bad the fast food service has gotten and if I wanted to wait that long for a meal I'll go to a sit down restaurant.

Something is not right at this place. We pulled into restaurant and a worker was hanging out window, we asked if this is where we ordered and he said "no this is for something else" very fishy. So we went around to order, they were out of so many things, shakes, sugar for funnel cake, lids and more. It was dark there, no outside lights on. We were the only customers. They didn't give us enough fries and wrong drinks. When we beeped they totally ignored us. Something is off. We went across the street to get food items we were missing, Burger King had several customers. Someone needs to check out checkers, something not right there. Feels like a drug drop off/pickup. Undercover for something.

Checkers & Rally's horrible workers and the food made me sick

I visited rally's location on S. Hawkins yesterday 4/14/18. I ordered my food as the male took people's orders, he has the smartest mouth a worker could possibly have! And all we did was ask questions! Then once we got our food I gave everyone in the car their fries and everyone's was hot but mine! I don't pay it no attention but then I eat my burger and my sauce on it was very watery and my sandwich was super sloppy! I still ate the burger though and I got a stomach ache instantly! I start throwing up back to back I threw up in at least 7 different locations so I go back to rally's and I stand at the window and my boyfriend knocks at the window and the window is still shut as I'm still
Throwing up! Someone finnaly come who appears to have been a manager she told me i need a receipt. It I never ended up getting one so I told her that she said that's impossible I'm telling he I didn't get one the bag was still in the car and we didn't get a receipt ! So she's telling me I'm faking about throwing up! And she also told me if we don't have a receipt she can't do anything with a smart mouth and before I got to respond she shut the window and walked away and I banged on the window asking for some assistance and he printed my receipt out after I asked him about five times ! Worst experience ever! I need my money back!

Checkers & Rally's food

I love the chicken sandwich but you done away with it. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it didn't have bacon on it. I tried calling the store no one answered. Every time we eat there, there is always something wrong with the food. My check # 20241, Shana B, DS268, Rally's on Georgesville Road Columbus Ohio 43228 it was on April 14th 2018 at 11 at night.

I need to speak with someone i am an employee at checkers in lake charles country club and the things go on there is outrages i have had talks with amanda thing didnt change and ive talked to shane it seems as if im on my own which makes me uncomfortable working there the issue is still at large and its very aggravating that no one is listening especially the people u should be able to go to i need to speak with someone in cooperate someone who will listen please my name is kizzie james [protected] thank u

Checkers & Rally's hamburger and fries

I went to the rally on Georgeville rd Columbus Ohio 43228 we waited in line for 15 minutes n when got to the window the cashier was rude got r food started going thru the bags and the cashier was like can u please pull up so we pulled off n got home n the burgers were wrong n the fries were old n they forgot my ice cream cone so I called up to the store and the managers was rude n was like u got ur receipt o was like no they didn't give it to me and he said I. Sorry there is nothing I can do to help u didn't offer yo have us bring r food back to remake it so I'm upset with this situation we eat rally 2 or 3 times a week and there was nothing u can do so I loss out on food n I hope u don't want to lose r business so if there is anything you can do to make this situation better please n thank u

I went to the checkers on south 4th in allentown PA. While I pulled in to the parking lot I noticed two of the employees getting high. Because of that I was forced to wait to get my order taken and when i asked to speak with the manager the 2 girls from out side approached me. I could smell the weed coming off the 2 of them. When I asked for corporates number the Girls informed me the store was franchised. I thought that was funny so I looked it up and called i was informed the store was indeed corporate. I then called to inform them they both had answered I could hear the one yelling to hang up while the other cursed me out in all different ways. This place should be shut down I will be calling everyone I know from health department to osha because this is not a job this palace in now being used as a hang out spot. The only people who ran this store correctly was Nick but u was also informed he left his job and who can blame the poor guy with conditions like this I feel bad for the female named Jordan who was forced to work with them all night. If I was her I'd quite because those 2 managers are not worthy of such a amazing worker.
