Rainbow Shops closing procedures

On 07/17/3028 It was 8:50 ten minutes before closing and me and my daughter witnesses a staff member counting end of day money before closing and the other staff was cleaning up and no one was around her when she took some of the cash register money and put it inside her purse and zipper the purse. I called the store at 9:00 and I spoke with a staff name ashlee and told her about what occurred since she was the one who attended me when I was purchasing. Please managers be aware of your surroundings the young lady is African America and I am not sure if she is the manager.

Rainbow Shops discrimination from manager

I was discriminated against by manager Tiana. She had no name tag so I do not know if that is her real name. She alluded to me being a thief and refused to help me. My daughter had received birthday gifts and a shirt from Rainbow was one. I did not have a receipt since it was a wrapped gift..Tiana refused to help me exchange the shirt for a bigger size. I asked if I could find the same shirt so she could see how much it was and she said no because for all she knows it was stolen. I asked if she could look up the product number and she said no...there no such thing. I went to three other stores to exchange other clothes that were too small and everyone looked at the tag for product number and happily assisted me. I went to a different Rainbow and they simply said to get the same shirt so they could see price and allowed me to exchange the shirt without any name calling or disrespect. This woman should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!

Rainbow Shops return

The manager with long back hair (operator: 1325EV) at store number 00115 and was very rude when I was trying to make a return of two items that did not fit correctly. While I was waiting in line she kept eyeballing me up and down while she was helping the person in front of me. When it was my turn she was telling another employee where certain items were located and did not try assisting me at all. She left me waiting at least 10 mins while she kept taking to her employees and would have left me there waiting if I had not asked her if I could make a return. While she spoke to her employees I was not the only person in line and the line had grown by the time she started assisting me. I understand that a manager needs to communicate with their employees but it's not okay to leave your customers waiting in line and put clothes on hangers when you have a line of people waiting on you and your the only cashier.

Rainbow Shops rude staff

I shopped in rainbow on june/14/2019 I found a shirt on a clearance rack I asked the manager on duty if she knew how much it cost due to their being not tag on it she said if there is no tag then I can not sale it I asked her if she can look the product up by the style or rn number she said no she needs the tag I called a different location they could not look the item out with out the tag so the manager called the location to see if I called them but could not call them to help me with the product she also ask if she can send them a picture oof the shirt to see if they had it but when I the customer asked her if their was a different way to find the item she told me know I told her that she's rude and I need her name and employee number she refused to give it me and told me to look on line I am a repeated customer at rainbow and I live near by but I will never be a customer at that location and I will tell friends and family how I was treated to

Rainbow Shops rude unprofessional staff and management

Let me first off start by saying I'm a regular customer of both stores in Little Rock Arkansas. I had just left the store on Shackleford and proceeded to the West Markham location for a particular design of earrings.
As, I walk the the store a host of employees where gathered around the cash register around 3:23 pm
May 31, 2019. I observed the employee in the blue dresss making a mockery out of the items that are sent to the store. I was not greeted upon entry. As, I walked directly towards employee to look for earrings.
While looking for earrings the same employee in the blue dress stated, " is someone behind me because y'all know these people be stealing and it's the pretty ones that look like they have money." I was very offended because I was the only one in that area and I've never stolen anything in my life. This hurts deeply because this one of my favorite stores and unfortunately it's unlikely that I'll be returning.

Rainbow Shops manager unethical

Governors Square; Eastern Blvd Montgomery Al
Manager Mariam is very rude. Talks on the business phone her whole shift. Let her friend come in and work to help before inventory even though she was not hired- VERY UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL. Did not approve of anyone's days off even if they informed her in advance. Shifts 10a.m-4p.m & 4p.m-9p.m did not get breaks she claimed the only way associates can get breaks if they have been there the whole day. Fired associates just because she did not like them and when she fired she did not inform them never text or call the person back. Gives out discounts to everyone she knows.

Rainbow Shops the manager at cape fear plaza in fayetteville nc

I will not return or ever spend my hard earned money at this Rainbow. The manager is very, very rude and unprofessional. I went to purchase a white blouse. I needed help finding it at another Rainbow. The manager seemed very bothered by my request. And proceeded to whisper to the sales associate on the phone assisting me. The sales associate located the blouse at the Yadkin road store. I don't believe in spending my money in a business to get rude, unprofessional service. I to work retail and understand the importance of A-1 service. I already called and filed a verbal complaint twice. I'm sick of the toxic treatment at Rainbow stores.

I'm tired of TOXIC and unprofessional treatment at Rainbow stores. Something needs to be done. I will use Social Media to alert consumers about this rude manager.

Rainbow Shops cashier

I walked in the store to return a couple of items and as i waited for my turn in line a woman came up behind me and said
"Are you going to buy anything". I didn't understand why she kept asking me the same question. It was clearly known I was returning. When she asked me the same thing i just told her i don't know and that I was returning. I really had a problem with her coming at me from behind like that and she startled me at the same time asking me that question that didn't make sense when I was just returning. The lady clearly isn't trained properly when it comes to customer service.

Rainbow Shops gold edition

I brought gold edition for my birthday but later on I uninstalled the game as it kept on glitching but then I reinstalled it because I wanted to start playing again and now I have no gold edition access for rainbow so I only have season 1 characters but I keep putting the 25 digit code in my Xbox but it is not allowing it so I was wondering if you could help sort it out for me, thank you

Rainbow Shops return

I purchased 2 tops from the rainbow store on 38th post road in indianapolis, Indiana...on Thursday May 2nd 2019...I returned to the store on Saturday on May 4th to return tops ...I was told by an associate that I couldn't receive my money back due to rainbow not having funds to give back to me. I said ok...ill come back...i then returned Monday..may 6th I was not greeted well by associate...she was on the phone making a personal call she rudely asked how she could help...I explained to the associate I came in Saturday to return the two tops that were tagged and I supplied the associate with the receipt...Then i was told quote " you taking all my money" next time don't come this early..imma give it to u this time..next time you will have too wait...i took my money and just left...im frustrated I'll never shop at that rainbow again...the workers are rude and ghetto and never pleasant...never again...Something really needs to b done bout that store...new management new workers it's awful...Thanks Melissa Grimes [protected]

Rainbow Shops order # your order has shipped! order number: [protected] tracking number: [protected]

On 4/24/19 my order was placed money taken out of my account I received a order number tracking number stating it was going to be delivered 4/25/19. I check tracking number changed to 4/29/19 Monday today. I checked today now it changed to 5/1/19. I called customer representative I stated I want order cancelled she refused. I stated going on my trip needed items this morning. There isn't a need for the dresses because I was going to where them on my trip refused I was hung up on. Told get someone pick them up

Rainbow Shops I am an employee whom would like to file a complaint against my store manager

My manager and I started out great but as she started to hire people I did not agree upon who were constantly calling in or has many restrictions, her best friend (third key manager) for example who she is contemplating being roommates with whom is also the niece of another employee that works at the same store has many restrictions amongst many other concerns. I made a statement that it was not smart and I also informed our DM and every since things have started to change within our personal and work relationship. She has been very rude and overlooking of my availability, scheduling me and other employees when not available. I just want to be treated fairly and taught the things I need to learn which I had to learn on my own because she was not an attentive manager so I bumped my head a couple times within my position because I was not shown some things I should have been told by my boss. Rainbow Shops customer service

Went shopping with my grand daughter there, she had a 10% off couponon her cell phone which she couldnt get to load. She asked the girl waiting on us about the coupon with no help from her she said she didnt know anything about coupons, so we couldnt use it. I spent over $100.00 and WILL NOT EVER go shopping there again. We were at 196 Penn Mart Shopping Center New Castle, Delaware 19720. Very rude and very unprofessional. Now I know why they are never busy.Thank you for your time!

Rainbow Shops customer service, harassing behavior from store manager

On Sunday, March 17th I arrived at the above location to exchange merchandise. I checked my bag in at the front of the store with the associate and proceeded to look for the items. Once I gathered the items for the exchange I took them to the front register and went to the front to retrieve my bag. I took my bag to the register where I greeted the associate, she did not greet me. She looked through the bag and gathered the receipt as she told me"next time bring your bag to the register". I told her "I checked the bag in at the front and did not walk through the store with the bag. She replied, " I'm just telling you the policy". Her tone was rude and unprofessional as she continued the process, I asked if she was having a bad day and she said"No!" Then she said, "I'm not doing the exchange". I said, "well someone else can do it". She agreed, then said, "no one is going to do it!". I asked to speak with the manager and she said: "I am the manager and leave". I asked her was she refusing to complete my transaction and she walked away, grabbed the phone and called the police. She made the false statement to the dispatcher that I was irate, and refused to leave the store and walked away so I could not hear the rest of the conversation. I asked her for my bag and receipt and then asked if I could make a purchase, she said " he can ring me up", pointing to the associate on the next register. I stepped to the next register and grabbed my bag of exchange items. I looked in the bag and asked her for my receipt and she began yelling the receipt is in the bag! I told her it wasn't. She walked away from the register and handed me a crumpled up receipt. I asked her for the form that I filled out which had my personal information (address, name, phone number) and she said: "it is in the trash if you want it, dig through the trash". I told her I would because I did not feel comfortable with her having it. I made my purchase and customers began asking her why did she call the police and the associate ringing my purchase apologized to me. I told him it was okay. Two police officers arrived as I waited at the register and asked her what happened. They went off to the side and spoke, I then walked over and they asked me what happened. I told them that she was rude and unprofessional and became upset when I didn't allow her to talk to me that way and called the police. I told them I just made my purchase and wanted my form I filled out for the exchange and she yelled: "if you want it it's in the trash, go get it." I explained to the officers that I would be filing a formal complaint and she said: call who you want, it doesn't matter." The officers asked her if she wanted to file "trespassing charges" and she asked what was that they explained and she said: no, she didn't do anything and it has to happen twice in the store." I began walking to the front of the store while two officers followed behind me. A group of customers were waiting at the front and stated that it was wrong what she did and that was also filing a complaint about what happened. What happened was completely inexcusable! Her behavior and interaction with customers was unprofessional, harassing and criminal! I have never been a situation like the one encountered on Sunday in your store and I am humiliated and distributed that she feels there are no consequences to her actions. It was a blatant abuse of power from a "manager"! I did not raise my voice or threaten your associate in any way and the interaction did not warrant police presence. She has no regard for authority, respect for your customer's, your brand and should not be given the opportunity to treat another customer in such a way that endangers their safety or livelihood. I shop frequently at different stores and at some of your other locations and have never experienced this level of disrespect and poor customer service. I would like to discuss my interaction at this location further with someone, before proceeding with any additional action.

When I received the order in December there were 2 items listed that was missing. The missing items are

These items were listed on the invoice but they were not in the package.

Rainbow Shops assaulted by employee

On saturday january 12th 13:59 #transaction 532824 I went into this rainbow with my little brother to buy are little sister a hat and glove set. I end up buying more items because that's just me. As I was picking up alot of stuff on of the employee asked me if I wanted to leave all my items at the register until I finished shopping I told him no but thank u so much. I continued to shop after I went to the register to purchase all my things as I was leaving and got to the door I got approached by an employee all I can remember is being tugged and dragged outside by a women working there I was in so much confusion. I had more bags with me from previously shopping around the way all of my stuff was outside on the ground, bags ripped all of my nails broke I never been more humiliated in in my life I heard one employee say she never rung it up I am embaressed, sad, confused I did not plan for my day with my little brother to go like this my little brother was terrified and I begged him to call the police. Thhis store refuses to release any names for my police report! We won't stop fighting until we receive justice

Rainbow Shops store music and floor space

The rainbow shop in uptown Harrisburg, PA has some of the filthiest music I have ever heard. The young people need to realize that more than just teens are customers. I usually shop here for my daughter and grands. I cannot bring them with me due to the horrible music. When I started to say something to the manager I changed my mind as she looked as if she was terribly sick and had a rough nite. Her hair was not combed and her clothing looked as if she had slept in them. I figured this person could not be of any assistance to me.
As for floor space, it is too congested.

Rainbow Shops lynn, ma store dressing room closed 6 months now.

The Lynn MA sites dressing room has been closed for over 6 months. I am a frequent shopper there and i asked them yesterday when its gonna be fixed and they do not know. What an inconvenience to the customers who shop there. Now everytime i have to make a second trip back to store just to return something. You are a clothing store, i think its unacceptable for the dressing room to be out of order for over 6 months. I shop there twice a month and now i think im gonna stop. You are a multi million dollar corporation you can afford to fix a dressing room to benefit you and the customers. i bet you are losing alot of money at the Lynn store. Please fix it

Rainbow Shops customer service representative & manager

This past weekend I placed an order I was advised my order was cancelled because my address could not be verified (even though my mom lives at same address and gets products from them) that rep was nice and asked if I could place it again because she corrected it. Ordered it again spoke with a MARISSA who told me my ordered was cancelled because I had past chargebacks with the company and I told her this was my first time using the site to order she then accused me of letting other people use my card for suspicious acts she became so combative to the point where I had to remind her I am the customer and she is the rep who is suppose to listen her final comment was it is only 29.57 and you'll get the money back I then disconnected the call because she made me feel like a criminal for trying to receive items I paid twice for. I called and talked to another rep who told me I was BANNED from the website because of chargebacks once again I never had with them she then proceeded to tell me the first rep lied about my address needing to be verified. So then I requested a manager call back. Over the weekend my items shipped which then I'm suspicious because how was my items cancelled and now I have them now I'm thinking rainbow is playing with customers accounts. Tuesday 11/20 I spoke with SHARON who wanted to tell me how much rainbow spends on their verification company and they are correct she then says my bank told them about the suspicious activity which she lied I called my bank and spoke with a rep who confirmed they never reported that or verified with anyone. I explained to the manger what happened with the rude reps she cut me off and tried to argue and say that's my problem I need to let people talk and I asked how can a upset customer express their concern and not even the manger will listen and now I see why the reps are rude as well they are just following the head. I asked to speak with her manger she lied and said she didn't have one and I asked you have no one over you? She said they won't be in so I asked for a call back she said no it's no reason to talk to anyone else I will not escalate so I asked if you're not going to let me talk to your manager how will you accommodate me since your team accuse me of fraudulent acts she said I will pull the call and IF they did anything I'll deal with them but you've received your items so what more you want I told her I no longer needed her help I will proceed with filing a complaint higher.
