Fraud gas hawker
Hello,
there is a hawker from Raghuber Gas agency in Kanpur. I did not made any booking yet but he provided cylinder at my home. I was not present their that time, He said that you can take the cylinder now and book the order anytime later. As there is a shortfall of cylinder in the agency, you will not get the cylinder if you delay,
My mother is not much aware about these fraud stuff, and paid the money. He provided me partially hollow cylinder and took 500 from my home without giving receipt.
He wrote his name Sanad Pal and date 15/09/2016 on the domestic gas consumer card book provided by the agency.
This is 4th time we have been offered to buy cylinder without any previous bookings. As the rest 3 times i refused but this time i was not there so they made fool of my mother and looted 500. They even do not respond when we book cylinder as they take revenge of refusing there corrupting behaviour.
How can they exploit their customers, cylinder is a necessary thing so we usually ignore to complain as we have to suffer a lot if we make any complain.
They always take extra charge for delivering cylinder rather than the amount mentioned on the receipt.
But this time we feel we are totally being exploit by the gas agencies now.
Kindly provide what should i do now?

Raghuvar gas agency supplied HP gas clinder in Kanpur.
He provides two contects for customer :

but unfortunately not responding on both no.
Either phone got buisy or nobody picking the call.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This is a very big problem of M/S Raghubar agency, many time we found that they are not responding by phone.
and agency send me a delivery massage. but my cylinder is not delivered please sir short out this problem...

I want to know that how many customers knows way of complain to you, if this can possible to all customers you can't belive on no. of complains.
My suggstion for same is to take seriously this because of when customer complains to said dealer they got angry, that is not a way of customer resolution.
If forum will take 10% action on said problem, we all will feel that we are living in skilled culture.
