This company is selling used garbage. They ripped us off, sold used unit for full amount. Now they do not even come on phone, though these guys offered one year warranty on their product.
This company is picking up old junk and garbage devices from scrap and sell it as new.. They just ripped off us with over 12000 $ and now playing hide and seek for one year warranty they promised. In fact for the faulty and used unit they shipped is just junk, They took five days and claimed that they have done QC, which was piece of lie.

We lost thousands of dollars with this unprofessional company. Watch out before you deal with these crooks.

Besides they took 10 days to ship the product. The package they shipped was unprofessionally packed.

The boards ( pcb) inside the units had blown up sensors and parts.

Overall this company is highly unreliable and unethical .

See the picture and decide, how they pack and whether it is really worth while to deal with this third rate company?

This company sold my previous company DOA units, but when we needed a ribbon cable for a unit we thought it safe to order. We placed the order on 5/22. On 5/25 we still had received no expected ship date. When we called to inquire, we were told the cable would not ship until 6/5. That is 15 days just to ship an in stock item. The customer no-service individual was quite arrogant with me and stated that they would expedite my order for a $9 cable for $100. I have ordered similar used parts from Hong Kong and received them in the same amount of time it takes this company to ship an item. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.

Sadly, I will never trust PLC Center. Upon reading their reviews on Resller Ratings.com, many seem fake. I read some negative reviews months back, and upon checking recently, most the negative reviews have been removed. John Radwell uses every trick allowed to get as many negative reviews removed as possible. His job is to guard the company against all negative reviews on sites, rather than spending his time more wisely improving the gross problems in the company. So what is left is on Reseller Ratings.com is an unrealistic view of PLC Center. Read the reviews all over the interenet. The reviews on other sites are realistic and un-tampered with and represent the sad truth about PLC Center.

We're supposed to have an national alliance with Radwell. They wear you down with their warranty process. If a repair fails,
we send it back for a second attempt. The repair fails a second time; it's time to issue a credit. Oh no! Radwell wants you to
send it back for a third, fourth, and fifth attempt...or else, you void the warranty. Come on, guys! The World doesn't revolve
around you.

They offer their customers a 10% discount, if they provide positive feedback during the order phase of the transaction. They have no
"true" customer service department. Their inside sales people (fail to) initiate the complaint/conflict resolution process. They fail in the production and service/support phases of the transaction.

I agree I have had bad experiences with this company, from overcharging on shipping to sending me a DOA piece of junk that was clearly from a scrapyard. Not all American distributors are bad I switched to www.titaniccontrols.com last year and they provide the same items at about 25-30% cheaper

I totally agree. They also support sexual harrassement offenders by promoting them to upper management.

Not seen bigger crooks then John Radwell, they have various names to do business. Sell junk for big price, takes no responsibility. It is bad name to America and American companies. God bless America, with this experience it is hard to trust American companies who operate from strip plazas.

Please file a complaint with the BBB they are accredited there for only 2 yrs
they have not always been plccenter, they have operated under several different names over the years, just typical Jersey crooks
I have been watching these guys off and on for several years, and I totally agree, they sell overpriced junk
