I have never been so humiliated in my life. I purchased a SMART LNB from Gilbert, and Gibert followed me to the cashier to make sure that I actually pay for the LNB as if my intention was to steal the LNB.
After we reached the cashier he waited for me to fetch other items and actualy waited to see me paying for the items, he even looked at me as I was entering my PIN coed and waited for the transaction to go through.
Even the cashier was was surprised as to why Gilbert had to follow me and wait for the transaction to happen?
I then asked Gilbert for his name tag and instead he tried to explain himself, as to why he followed me, unfortunately his explanation was not well received as it was not my first time purchasing an LBN.
I hope and trust that management will treat this matter with the attention it deserves. As I am convinced that some how some way this may be racially motivated.
