To whom it may concern
I was using the Rachel Ray round and square pan which is supposed to be microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. The article # is ho165. It was stated in the instructions that it was oven safe up to 500 degrees.. My oven was pre-heated to 400 and the pan cracked in 2. I am very disappointed in your product not only was my dinner ruined now I have a defective pan which has no use for. I used to think very highly of her product's. I no longer feel this way nor will I ever recommend or use her product again

I LOVE THE RACHEL RAY COOKWARE. I PURCHASED THE COOK SET IN ORANGE ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO. IT HAS BEGUN TO PEEL, AND NOW HER NAME LOGO HAS COME OFF ON MY FLAT TOP STOVE AND IT WONT COME OFF. NOT ONLY IS MY COOKWARE MESSED UP! NOW MY MULTI EYE IS MESSED UP ALSO. MY NAME IS TAMMY BROWN AND MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS SUNFLOWERGIRL5036@YAHOO.COM
My similar Rachel Ray cookware is also cracking ...and I have never had the oven heat over 250 degrees ! But since I got it in a store giveaway promotion ... I have no warranty protection. I just hope that it is not harmful to my health !
