Total scam! Avoid at all costs!
I've ordered my product back in March and it is now September and I have no idea what is going on and why didn't I receive anything yet. There is absolutely no way to reach R43ds. After they took my money they disappeared and never replied. I'm very disappointed that I did not check the reviews online before I placed my order R43ds. There are tons of negative feedback about this site, so many people were scammed! People, learn from other mistakes, check the reviews! Do not give R43ds your money.
Lack of customer service!
Purchased some products from www.r43ds.org and was scammed. Never received anything and their customer service was a complete disaster, they were not able to tell anything about my order status. They said they'll contact me as soon as they'll get some information. They never contacted me back and ignored all my messages. They took my money really fast and said I'll get my products within two weeks, but it is now 6 weeks since I placed my order and there's no sign of it! I'm totally disgusted with R43DS!
Stay Away!
STAY AWAY! Ordered product on the 9th of June, and payment cleared the following Tuesday. The order status has been "Awaiting Shipment" ever since. Sent emails asking what the problem was, never to receive any response. Normally, I would have my bank reverse the payment, but the charge is over $30.00. Not worth the extra money. I'm glad the purchase was under $20.00, otherwise I would have felt much angrier than I already do. Never under any circumstances order from this so-called "company".

They are NOT legit! Ordered on 3/12/12 and as of 4/19/12 still have not received my item. Finding things about them being fraudulent online. The same "excuses" they were giving me in the beginning (now they won't respond at all) are the same they give to everyone. SCAM. Just had my bank reverse charges - you should, too.
Well.. I ordered it and then read it was a scam site so I am currently asking to cancel my order and they asked why and I gave bogus reason saying I'm going to purchase different item when I'm not. And hope they cancel it.. my bank can't cancel it..

They still say after 4 months "awaiting shipment" I have sent them a dozen emails. They answered only my first email and after that nothing. They are thieves
Ordered twice from r43ds.org and got my products each time. one of the packages did take over a month to get here, but the shipping date was exactly what they told me, but I guess US Customs was not doing their job as quickly as they should have been. Got second package in 9 days. Email them, send a message in your accounts message section. They've always replied to me.

Beware of this website
Beware of this website, I ordered an R$ card for my son two weeks ago and it is still "Awaiting Shipment", I can't find any information on them in google either.
I ordered a R4-sdhc card on November 30, 2015, and saw awaiting shipment and what not, and then I checked sites like these, and I started getting worried. I sent a couple of emails to them, and with no response, I started fearing that i was also part of this scam.
But then sometime later they got onto me, and sent me an email, and eventually a tracking number, as the product does come from China, and customs probably holds it up for a while.
It took a while, but I finally got my cards.

Have not had an issue with this site or the product. I even went so far as to accuse them of being scammers after reading some of the things here - only to feel like an ### after 17 days when the package they said they shipped out to me (and I kept accusing them of NOT sending it to me) actually arrived and the R4 3DS works great and I got exactly what I ordered. I see some other reviews with peoples saying "they took my order but never charged my card and they still haven't sent me my order" but if your card was NOT charged, it means they didn't take your money and they didn't scam you. Maybe the card was declined, maybe they could not charge the order but to complain that they ripped you off then they didn't even take money is a bit weird.
After ordering my r4 and multiple emails, still nothing...
Do not order from this site. After 2 weeks of "awaiting shipping", I sent them a message every other day (3 total) without a response on their "24 hour message reply" page. Looked at reviews on other sites and saw it was a scam. Called my card company to dispute the charges. They tried to call the parent company iCOMBUY while I was on hold. My card company said iCOMBUY's number was disconnected. The charges were reversed. I have since ordered from realhotstuff.com (yeah cheesy name), which ships out of NJ. Received my product in a few days. (Paid for FedEx, got tracking number) DO NOT BUY FROM R43DS.ORG!
It is a scam site. Call your card company, dispute the charges, try another site. I went to realhotstuff.com. Check the reviews before buying an R4 on an unknown site.
If they haven't charged the order, it means that they didn't take payment. It happened to me as well. I ordered on March 17th, and my order arrived just this Monday. They sent me an email to let me know they are coming out with a new card, because the cards they had would not work on the newest 5.1.0 updated 3DS and 3DS XL systems. Other sites /forums confirm that most R4 cards just won't work with this new version. They upgraded the card to their newest version for me, at no charge, and sent it out. They didn't charge my card though until the product was shipped. I think that's the way it's supposed to be. Can't steal if they don't take the money. Maybe your order had the same issue? Maybe the package got lost? I received mine. I was dissappointed that it took so long, but happy that I ended up with a new card that actually works.
I ordered a r4 from them and never recieved it in a month i tryed to rate the service and posted a comment but they take it off. All the good comments about them are the workers that post them. Please bann the website i hate scammers

Ordered on 3/12/12 and as of 4/19/12 still no delivery. Finally saw R43DS.org on a site called Webutation and, surprise, they are feeding me the same BS lines they are giving everyone else about why I have not received the product. Contacted my bank and they reversed the charges on my debit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH, AND DO NOT TRUST R43DS.ORG!
Over a month and they STILL havent changed my order status and ofcourse i haven't recieved what i paid for. STAY AWAY FROM R43DS.ORG!
