Attention all renters do not rent from r and b properties in hamilton. The owner is randy dalton and he will make your life hell. Maintenance staff is totally incompetent and unlicensed the owner will drag out the simplest repairs and any repairs that are done will not pass any form of inspection. I am living in one of randy s own rental properties that has 2 outstanding property standards orders on it issued by the city and he would rather pay fines than do repairs. The company slogan is helping you live better when it should be helping you live better in hell. Again do not rent from this company especially if the property is owned by randy dalton!
Renters beware! Do not rent from this company. They will not do repairs until they are ordered by the landlord and tenant board or property standards. I have been living in one of the owners personal rental properties for 8 months and it has 2 outstanding property standards orders against it which he still has not complied with. He does not care about the safety of the tenants and his maintenance staff are not only not certified but incapable of the simplest repairs. He would rather pay fines than do repairs. I have now taken him to the landlord and tenant board 3 times with him being found at fault and he still will not do ordered repairs. Thier company slogan is helping you live better when it should be helping you live better in hell. Again renters do not rent from r and b properties in hamilto ontario.
