QVC product broken sent back billed 3x price of product

I had I say HAD been a long term customer of shopping Channel, QVC until a $11.29 set of earrings turned into 3x as much. No earrings, and no service and bills ranging from 9 to 21 dollars, for broken earrings. That I did what they told me to do. My name is Annabell I Harris, my e-mail is [protected]@att.net I live in Escondido Calif. I have, and will keep a very good credit rate.
I got a set of 3 stainless steel earrings on my "Q-card". When they arrived a few days later, one was broken. Unwearable. I called QVC, and got this from their rep. "Oh I'm so sorry, just send them back and it won't show on your bill." Same day in Jan of 2016, I sent them back. Early Feb. I ordered a $46. sweater. It came, no problem. Then the bill came. It was for $78. plus. Huh? I sent back the set of three with the note it was broken, so they would not reship to someone else. And was told, not to worry, I would not be billed. I called today at 12 noon PST and spent 2 hours listening to the horrible music, and laughing and keep holding. Then being called a liar when I said this bill was inaccurate. I told them, I sent the earrings back the same day, postal slip here verifies that. After one hour and 20 minutes I was told I did not pay for the earrings (broken on arrival) and even if I did send them back, they did not restock them until 2 weeks later, so I was late on the bill. For the earrings I sent back. There was a 0 balance on the Q-card account for over 40 days, until the earrings were ordered. How can a broken earring order sent back the same day triple in price in less than 30 days? I have no earrings, broken, a bill for 11.24 plus $9.00 shipping bill and $21.24 late fee. They refused to remove the late fee because they did not list it returned until two weeks, after they received the return. They could care less about answering my questions as to why, what about 30 day return policy, which was no where near 30 days, and what shipping fee for broken defective product they sent me! This is the most outrageous company full of scams I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Please have all costs removed re: the broken earrings. $11.24 plus $9.00 shipping fee for returning their merchandise that was broken on arrival. And the $21.24 late fee. Which is fraud. There was a 0 balance before the earrings were ordered. Take my advice, and stay away from this bad bad bad company, you get broken stuff, and then get billed for it 3x the price, when you send it back, the same day. Never again with this outfit! QVC customer care

The title should read Customer Care cares not. Started ordering last fall using EZ pay. There have been no issues with payments.

Yesterday- "your order has been cancelled". I called as I did not initiate the cancel.

Cancelled as a payment issue in 2010 was found. Really? 6 years ago.

No explanation could be given- ABSOLUTELY NONE!

The service at HSN has been commendable. There have never been any issues. When I needed to change a date they always accommodated.

There isn't anything to say but " DELETE THE CARE IN CUSTOMER CARE"

QVC customer service

To whom it may concern, My Name is Polinto and my email address is [protected]@yahoo.fr I am writing this complaint about QVC and their customer service, I ordered a 65"Sharp TV on 11/30/2015 and they gave me an estimate delivery date of 12/24/15 which I thought it was along time but I was okay with that since I knew QVC will not disappoint me, because I've ordered a lot of staff from them before, but now my problem starts after 01/03/2016 when I looked at the status for delivery of my item on QVC(online) it says EDD(Estimated day of delivery 11/24/2015, I tried to call Customer service they told me its not up to them anymore but I need to contact Sharp for delivery, they gave me a phone number to call, which I did and the lady told me that there is a problem with my order and they can't seem to find it, but what I needed to do is to the call the company where I ordered the TV from so they can either put in a new order or if they can't do so, to refund my money back, I called QVC again but the guy from customer care said they have fixed the problem but I should give them 72hrs and I should be receiving a call from the delivery guys and if don't hear from them I need to call them(QVC) back, I said okay. I waited 3 days I Called QVC and the lady was not nice or willing to help me at all, so I asked to speak to the supervisor the lady(DENISE) SAID OKAY JUST A MINUTE, SHE PUTTED ME ON FOR 1min AND THEN KAREN COMES ON AND SAID SIR THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU BUT YOU CAN GIVE YOU THE number TO CALL THEM, SO I ASKED HER MOM ARE YOU THE SUPERVISOR? SHE KEEPED ACTING AS IF SHE DID NOT HEAR MY QUESTION, SO I REPEATED MOM, ARE YOU THE SUPERVISOR AND SHE(Karen) WAS LIKE HOLD ON A MINUTE, SHE PUTED Mr. WILLIS MICHAEL ON PHONE, WHO SAID HI Mr.POLINTO I'M MICHAEL THE SUPERVISOR FROM VIRGINIA, I SAID, HI Mr.MICHAEL BEFORE WE PROCEED I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU TO LET YOUR STAFF KNOW THAT IT'S NOT GOOD LYING TO ME AS KAREN ACTED AS THE SUPERVISOR, LONG STORY SHORT, Mr.MICHEAL TOLD ME HE HAD EVERYTHING ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND HE WAS SO SORRY BUT HE WILL SEND AN EMAIL TO THE COOPERATE OFFICE AND HE WILL CALL ME IN 24HRS TO GIVE ME AN ANSWER, THIS WAS WED 01/06/2016 AT 05:41PM AND TODAY IS MONDAY 01/12/2016 AND I STILL HAVE NOT HARD ANYTHING FROM MR.WILLIS MICHAEL WHO PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK IN 24HRS, I AM SO FRUSTRATED NOT ONLY FOR NOT KNOWING WHEN I WILL RECIEVE MY PACKAGE BUT FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR AND HIS STAFF LYING TO ME. QVC shipping cost refund

I returned four pair of jeans and purchased them on easy pay. They did not fit so I sent them back using their $8.95 return postage label. When I checked out my return on their website I noticed my refund was short by $12.00 plus the $8.95 postage. I called customer service and was told they no longer return the shipping fee to the customer unless the item is defective. Customer service told me they quit giving back shipping costs in February 2013. I am outraged. They kept $12.00 of my money plus charged me the $8.95 return label. QVC has lost a customer. The upper management at QVC are ignorant and they care about the bottom line instead of happy customers. Shame on you QVC!

QVC ridiculous shipping charges

I purchased 4 inexpensive Liz Claiborne t-shirts for $27.00 each. The shipping on each one was about $6.00.
They offer a shipping discount, they take half off all additional same item t-shirts.
To ship 4 lightweight basic t-shirts cost a RIDICULOUS $15.00.
The shirts were crap too! NEVER AGAIN!

QVC flexpay

I placed an order for pericone md that was on an advanced order, I had no problem with this. When I placed this order online it was to be on flexpay and auto delivery, it was neither. Before it even shipped my account showed a hold for over $223.00, not the flex pay amount. At this point I attempted tjust to cancel the order because I was told it would take 24-48 hours for corprate to fix thier mistake. I was told I could not cancel due to the processing state it was in. Therefore I did all that I could and requested this change be sent to corprate, per thier customer service staff. Well over a week ago now this has not been fixed and I now have a pending draft for an additional $26.26 pending to draft and I have no idea what this is for. I was under the impression that qvc offered flex pay to be able to afford thier products. I will nevr place another order form qvc, they can't be trusted with your account number.

I’m just sick of this company. We have booked vacation with QVC and paid all amount upfront but somehow our payment got lost and they can’t find any trace of it. We are waiting for refund for more than a month now and it is still in processing stage. Their attitude to business is just outrageous.

QVC shipping products not ordered

Be made aware that qvc has chaged many items to my credit card without my approval, knowledge or aurthority to the tune of over 127 transactions in the last 20 days. Thank goodness that american express fraud division supports innocent people like myself. I can not, will not, and should not ever recommend doing businews with a company that in my opiniion makes identitiy thefts look like school kids. Be aware - be aware - be aware.

QVC bed room bedding

i purchased a bedding set from QVC I couldn't wait for this to arrive. I got it allright! The comforter was not what I ordered the pillow cases were mitch matched so I returned it for an exchange. When the new one arrived it was the correct one only the pillow cases and the additional pillow was not included. They offered to refund $3.00 OFF A $99.00 SET. I told them i wanted all my money credited back to my credit card. I returned it and here comes another bedding set and an additional bill. Now my statement on my credit card is boubled. this time I don't have a bedroom linen and they got two payments. I called them and spoke to a supervisor which didn't speak good English, OMG the next month they hit my credit card again. I tried everything to get them to reimburse me my money for $200.00 plus for a $99.00 plus linen set. the only way I had to stop them was close out that account. later that month i found out that they tried to
get paid for another billing, it came back as Insufficient funds. the bank reported this for me and within 6 months QVC paid me back everything they took from me. On the 7th month after they paid me guess what happened... they sent me the right comfort set along with a bill. I never paid them. I have the set I originally wanted and the account they had been hitting me for was closed out. I GOT A FREE BEDDING SET AND I AM NOT PAYING THEM A DIME. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN THEY TREATED ME SO BAD AS IF I HAD MONEY TO GIVE THEM. I WANT TO THANK MY BANK FOR GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

After shopping QVC for over 30 years I am done. The bank (Synchrony Bank) that handles the Q Card is a horrible company. I am trying to pay off a deferred interest purchase that was deferred until 8/26/20 . I have been on the phone four different days this week with Synchrony. I Have insisted twice to speak with a supervisor and have been assured I have a zero balance but it’s not zero. When I call back to check my balance it’s not zero. No one I have spoken to does what I am asking them to do. They keep screwing up. I strongly feel they keep screwing up on purpose so they can stick me with the $171 deferred interest. When I finally hang up my blood pressure is thru the roof. Bye bye QVC and the idiots that work at synchrony bank. Neither of you are never ever going to cause me the severe distress you have put me through ever again!

QVC suspended account

I tried to purchase a computer through Qvc using the easy pay option, I kept receiving a declined notification over and over so I called customer service and they told they weren't allowed to tell me why it was declining my card, so I called my bank and it already had a Qvc pending purchase on it. Apparently one of my attempts had actually went through and I was attempting to charge it multiple times but I wouldn't know that because the agent didn't inform me of it, I also never received any form of notification/email saying I even had a pending order.

When I finally did receive an email saying thank you for your purchase days after I made it, I click the link in the email to check my order status and my account has been suspended so I call customer service and they ask "who is ____" ( it was my sister's name), so I said " my sister" she informed me that my sister owes a Qvc debt which has to be paid before I can make a purchase because it goes by address we live in a mobile home park, my sister lives on an entirely different lot, I have my own home which I pay rent on. I informed her of this and that my lease/lot number are different than that of my sister and she had to send an email to cooperate which will take about a week to ask if I can get my account reinstated.

They are treating me like I owe them a debt because of a family member past debt and like they're doing me a favor by letting me purchase an item from them, terrible customer service, terrible response time and terrible ethic, why are they allowed to even tell someone who is not my sister that she owes a debt to them in the first place? Maybe if or when they do reinstate my account I most likely won't be trying to purchase anything further from them.

I was trying to purchase an item through the easy pay option, I kept receiving a decline notice so I called customer service and they told me they weren't allowed to tell me why my card was declined, so i called my bank and I already had a pending purchase from Qvc so apparently one of my attempts did go through, the agent had to of obviously seen this but choose to not tell me and instead let me attempt to make multiple purchases, I also never received an email or even a notification that the order went through until days later.

Days later when I received the notification that I had made a purchase I clicked on "order status" and when I went to log into my account it was suspended. I called customer service and they told me it was suspended because my sister owed an outstanding debt to them from years ago at the same address, I informed her that we live in a mobile home park so I have my own home, my own lease, my own lot number etc. and she said I couldn't make a purchase until my sister paid her outstanding debt with them.

After arguing with her for awhile she sent an email to cooperate explaining the situation and asking them to reinstate my account, I have yet to hear back from them and she said it may take up to a week and while all of this is going on they still have a hold on my money in my bank account. Terrible customer service, terrible response time and also how can they tell someone who is not my sister about her outstanding debts to them?
I think even if I do manage to get my account reinstated with them that I probably won't even make a purchase because i'm very disappointed in their service.

This is how they hold your existing funds and falsely claim issues with their computers "being unable to bill." I am certain you had existing easy pay orders that you CONTINUED to pay on while they cut off access from you being able to view your own account.

Who knows how they are manipulating payments. There r people in their organization who have been convicted of billing fraud. Let's hope the FTC szarts investigating these claims where QVC is arbitrarily and falsely denying people access to accounts. Check your app-does it always say that you can't look up billing information? ( Not orders, but payments- they are denying customers access & claiming they have to check this on their bills).

QVC 2 weeks to deliver no ups tracking info

Just got a Q-Card. Already rotten customer service on my very first order.
Paid for skin care kit on 1/22/2014, it is now six days later and there is zero UPS tracking information that it has even left QVC warehouse! Usually receive HSN, Amazon and other online orders 3-4 days after ordering. QVC online says the "estimated delivery date" is February 5th -- 14 days to DELIVER? Spent 25 minutes on hold for "customer service" and the woman said she couldn't help at all. I am paying for prompt delivery AND for ongoing tracking information. I asked the woman if this is what I should expect from every QVC order -- 2 weeks to deliver? No tracking info? 25 minutes on hold? No help or apologies? She said "no, " I could contact UPS. I said NO, that tracking info is supposed to be on your website as part of the usual and customary customer service you promise and every other online retailer provides when sent by UPS. Think, if it ever arrives, I will request a full refund of the purchase price and my return shipping and close the account (and send it back). Unbelievable!

QVC tried to call them but with no luck

The company Qvcs.org recently charged me for $30, and I have no idea for what. I found their customer services phone number and tried to call them. Their phones were busy, but one day I spoke with a lady, who promised to return money within 4 days. I haven’t received money and never heard from this company again. Please leave comments about this website, because people should be aware when they deal with such irresponsive people.

QVC quality/delivery/returns

First Ive been a customer since I am 19. Im 36 now. It started with my packages getting delivered to a similar address in a nearby town, and having to fight the charge. Then they deliver stuff that can MELT (makeup) in 100 degree weather and customer service people can be nasty. Then I bought 2 Royal Place rugs and I have owned them before so I didnt forsee any issues, but these are completely falling APART! My other rugs were atleast 8 yrs old and looked brand new. These look like they are 15 yrs old and they are maybe a year. When I called they basically told me royal palace is a qvc brand and too bad. Sorry deal with the waste of over 600 dollars. My packages come and its obvious they have been opened. I actually got one that had all the lotion removed from the tubs! Or they dont come at all and my returns conviently get lost. and the best... They return the wrong items... Does anyone actually read the slips in the box. Its so annoying... Then they have the nerve to send me a letter stating I have a very high return rate and well they dont like that! Seriously! Fix the issues and stop blaming me.

I ordered a xbox one game system but I received a 22 piece knife set...The manager showed no empathy and basically said " sorry" we'll give you your money back and told me to have a good night...This was on December 23, 2015 so basically my son does not have anything for Christmas which he cried when he realized he didn't have anything to open for Christmas..

i was previously with Quality Vacation club then i informed them i could no longer pay, then they said they will convert into Multidestination club which will be a much cheaper option. but i still could not afford and i am not using these holiday points. They still refuse to cancel the membership and i cannot pay for something i do not use. details BR Madigage

DO NOT BUY FROM QVC.com-I was a loyal customer for 15years at least. Have a lot of jewelry, household products, clothing products etc spent tens of thousands over the years. Then I order garden plants a few years ago. They all arrived dead. I called customer service and offered to send all these dead plants shipped way earlier than they should have been...

QVC charging your credit card

QVC states they will not charge your credit card until the order ships but hello that is not true. I check my bank statement daily and I was charged something for an item that was not even shipping for 2 weeks.When I called they stated not to worry it is in pending on my bank and if it does not go through the bank will take it off in a few days. Well a few days is a lot when it had a high price tag.They seemed to not care and when I spoke to a friend she said the same thing happened to her.Holding up your money for any period of time is wrong. And the pending took more than a few days to reverse.

i have always paid everything in full just happened to check my bank account and i had a 5easy pays, nothing was ordered that had easy pay thats all it said, no explanation, i havent had easy pays for years i called customer more then once, seems like no one wanted to help, i dont think i should have to pay 150.00 for something i didnt order easy pay was 30.00 dollars each.

QVC customer service/account management

I placed an order on the 11th, rec'd a confirmation on the 12th, on the 13th I logged on to see if it had shipped and the order wasn't there and then I got kicked off the site. I thought they were having issues with their website so I called and was told that my account had been suspended due to past due easy pays. I had no idea what they were talking about but finally they mentioned the date and I realized they were talking about 2 purchases I had made when my bank had a security breach and we had to change debit cards - I called QVC at that time and thought it was taken care of on the new debit card but they say no. I am waiting for information where I can check this out. In the mean time they have charged me the first easy pay on this order they are refusing to send. They were extremely rude and I was just trying to get all this cleared up. If I owe them that money I will pay it --- after I am sure that I do owe it --- I would like to receive what I ordered but if not they need to refund the $50 they have already charged me with for that order they are refusing to send. They were astoundingly rude -- No matter how good the products may be or the ease of paying using the no-interest easy pays I will not purchase products from a company that is this abusive to me. They charged my card two days AFTER they told me they weren't sending the product - sounds dishonest to me. Don't order from them - other places have the same products - just turn the channel.

uanble to speak with someone other that rep or supervisor. The will not give out anyone 's phone number or email address to explain what the problem is. All the email address online for QVC do not work. (all must be false) They are telling me I am delinquent on easy pay, called my bank, there is not a problem with my card. My bank told me the problem is with QVC. Used a second card, it was denied by QVC, that was also a good card. Apparently their system needs updated, the people there really do not know what they are doing. I have never had any credits problems in my life. HSN is connected to QVC and I have no problems buying from them. I AM DONE WITH QVC

QVC wrongful credit reporting to credit bureau

I paid my QVC credit card in full and closed my account over a year or two ago. I found out today, GE Capital who represents the Q card reported to the credit bureau my account was closed due to a settlement, still owing QVC $74.00 and change. This is ridiculous. Is this how the company treats its customers for closing an account? I want GE to report to the credit bureau the truth about my account. It was not closed due to non-payment. I am furious!

QVC horrible customer service

QVC has really slipped in their "customer service" lately. Things being sent that weren't ordered, waiting one month to get your refund on a returned item and the very frequent incorrent amount refunded to your card (always in their favor of course). Also, there have been several items that have been ordered and received damaged lately. Then the hassle begins with customer service. It can take dozens of calls just to handle the return of one damaged item. Then instead of refunding your card they give you a merchandise credit. And of course, anytime you have a problem with customer service comes the famous "we'll have to let corporate take care of it" Which is some kind of code for it will be another three weeks before it gets handled if at all. My advice stay away from them. They have become rip off artists. Oh, and so much for their no hassle return policy. One day past 30 days and they'll just mail your item right back to you. No refund for you.And you're not allowed too many returns either. It's one big scam for people who are lonely or housebound to suck you in like you're their friend or something just to get you to buy, buy, buy.

I can't agree more, I ordered a Christmas Gift in the middle of November, expecting it to get here before Christmas. It said within a week of my order that the order had shipped and I would get the order by the middle of December. So On that date I still hadn't got the gift. So I called and they said the order had just been sent out the day I called. That's not what the email said. Then all of a sudden I got an email saying my order had shipped and it would be here on the 24th of December. Only problem is, the customer service rep said I'd get my order the next day. Which would have been on the 21st of December. A day before Christmas and doubt I'll get my gift for my wife in time. QVC is full of the customer service scam if you ask me.

QVC should refund customers' return shipping costs — not just the original shipping cost

My complaint is that QVC stated that they will give me back what I was charged for any products bought.

They said that they will give me back my shipping and handling.

They gave me back their shipping and handling but not mine.

Because it did not fit well, I had to pay extra to send their product back.

I think they should have sent me a return shipping label that covered my shipping cost.

I feel that a lot of people are being taken advantage of because it cost too much to send the items back.

I requested for them to send me back my extra shipping cost. I have had no response at this time from them.

I will stop shopping on QVC if they continue to not send a return label with original shipments.

QVC NO LONGER STANDS FOR::QUALITY, VALUE, and CONVENIENCE .They sell
products that THEY KNOW has been cheapened, yet continue to LIE about it!. I think EVERYONE should STOPPED shopping at QVC until they make things right! Take philosophy for instants. It USED to be a wonderful product until COTY took it over, cheapened the product and sells it for an OUTRAGEOUS price on QVC. If QVC STILL stood for QUALITY, VALUE, and CONVENIENCE, they would care about their FAITHFUL CUSTOMERS and READ what people are COMPLAINING about! But the ONLY THING QVC CARES ABOUT IS MAKING YOU PAY FOR A HIGH PRICE S&H FEE TO SEND THEIR NO GOOD PRODUCTS BACK AND THEY KNOW THE PRODUCTS ARE NO LONGER ANY GOOD!

is this the first time ordering from them? if not, you should already know their s&h practices. Qvc has been running a scam for years! 90% of the products sold thru them are made in china. Qvc has a pre-paid return sticker and it's 6.95 for all returns, it is deducted from your method of payment, which for most ppl is credit card. you can choose to use that sticker and lose your 6.95 or send it out at your own cost. for example: you are sending back earrings and you tell the USPS clerk you want to pay the postage. it may cost a mere 1.50 postage to send back + confirmation cost of 1.00. that is a grand total of 2.50. only use Qvc pre-paid return sticker when the item is weighty and it would cost more than 6.95 to send item back. other than that, you should avoid buying from them.

QVC scam

PLEASE, don't use QVC. What a scam they have. I bought a HP (mistake) computer 1 year and 3 day ago. My key board stopped working. QVC wont help me because I am over by 3 days...So my computer that costs 699.00 is worth less now...Thanks for the customer service QVC.. If I can convince one person not to buy from QVC. Its worth the loss to my family...Please send me an e-mail about any problems with QVC. I AM THINKING OF TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. [protected]@comcast.net

QVC past-due notices

I am so tired of receiving bills from QVC/GEMB that are always late and show an amount past due. I never receive a bill on time and I am never notified by email, phone, or postal mail that I have a payment upcoming so I can pay it ON TIME and not accrue past-due amounts. I have other things going on in my life that are important and need my attention; I do not need to babysit companies that use fradulent practices to obtain money from their patrons. It certainly doesn't make these companies attractive to prospective clients. Does anyone care to check into these companies' accounting procedures? I guess not, since there are so many complaints against both companies and no actions have been taken to rectify the problems. I refuse to pay past-due amounts and will continue in this fashion. They don't care about me, why should I care about them? I have nothing to lose, since my credit score is already a mess. I have no actual "credit cards" and do not plan to apply for any, I have a steady income due to a disability and, frankly, I do not care to play "the money game" these companies use on unsuspecting individuals. As the saying goes, "you can't get blood from a turnip." Thank you, Lisa Warner
