I placed an order on the 15th of August then saw the same product that came with a kit on the 16th. They said "no problem we'll cancel the order and reorder ” what they didn't say was that there was a hold on my account for the first order. So when they did the reordered they put another hold on my account. There were two holds for 7 days and here come the hurricane of overdraft fees; I couldn't even transfer money from my savings account because the bank only allows 6 transfers. Well I called on the 18th sent over a fax from my bank to corporate to req a refund on the OD/Fees and it was denied.

After my 3rd call for the day which was August 19th at 3:00pm central time and another trip to my bank and while I was at the bank then finally a customer service rep gave me the number to corporate, this is all after asking earlier and being told that corporate does not take inbound calls and they have no phone number. So to my surprise the customer service lady told me that they canceled my order. This was with out my knowledge. Customer service told me they tried calling and someone said "there is no Melinda at this number, helloooo "it was my cell phone" every time I called they knew exactly who I was before I could tell them who I was!

Well after leaving a message for a priority call back the next day which was the 20th, I finally received my priority call back on on the 24th of August I spoke with Inez in corporate and she told me that QVC could not verify my account information?!?! but wait on the 18th I sent them a fax from my bank about the overdraft fees so besides all of the chaos I still had a hold on my account for the reorder that they canceled, I am still out 180.00 and no product, Inez said that they would not refund me the OD/Fees, nor would they discount the product 180.00. And I could not sign back up with QVC with out clearing "this up" which “they” caused. So basically what she is telling me is that an inquiry for their product cost me 180.00! HOWS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I work of the police department here in Austin and am also a part time Mortgage Loan officer (#81766 TRMLO) and you bet your 180.00 worth that EVERYONE WILL KNOW WHAT HAPPEND FROM NEW CLIENTS THAT I WORK WITH IN THE INDISTRY TO CITIZENS WHO ARE VICTIMS AS I AM!

This was unfair to me it the worst way possible, I don’t have 180.00 to throw away and I worked really hard to get this money to buy the camera, I really was excited to receive this product and be able to flex pay, I currently have an account with HSN and have no problems, I strongly suggest QVC start training there customer service reps to disclose the “HOLD” to your average consumer when one needs to cancel an order.

WE POSTED THIS IN EVERY YAHOO BLOG, AND WE SPOKE TO N.B.C. T.V. AND THEY ARE LOOKING INTO DOING THE STORY...ALSO YOU REFUSED 3 WAY CALL WITH DELL, AND DELL REP TOLD Q.V.C. THAT THEIR SOLUTION WAS UNACCEPTABLE. DELL IS LOOKING INTO THIS MATTER AS YOU COMMITTED FALSE ADVERTISEMENT...HERE IS THE BLOG...

DON'T BUY FROM Q.V..C., THEY GOT CAUGHT SELLING OBSOLETE ITEMS AS STATE OF THE ART, IN COMPUTERS. WE HAVE PROOF & ARE INFORMING THE PUBLIC. THEY WERE SELLING NOTEBOOKS AS BEING BUILT TO ORDER, BUT WERE IN FACT BUILT OVER A YEAR AGO AND STASHED IN THEIR WAREHOUSE...DON'T BUT FROM Q.V.C THEY REFUSE TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION AND NOW WANT US TO RETURN COMPUTER FOR NEWER MODEL, BUT WILL NOT SEND IT TILL WE RETURN OBSOLETE ITEM. THEY GOT CAUGHT & ARE TRYING TO KEEP US QUIET FOR THIS NEW MODEL. WE WOULD RATHER INFORM THE PUBLIC NOT TO BUY FROM Q.V.C AS THEY GOT CAUGHT SCAMMING...WHO KNOW'S HOW MANY OTHER TIMES THAY HAVE SCAMMED THE PUBLIC WITH THEIR ITEMS? PUBLIC BEWARE...DO NOT SHOP OR BUY FROM Q.V.C.

I cancelled my auto-ship and received an e-mail confirmation from QVC. three days later, the auto-ship was shipped to me. I returned it unopened using the pre-paid return scan form. From the time it was sent to me and returned, 10 days had elapsed. However my bill stated that I owed $29 in 'late' payment fees and $4.95 in financed charges.
Not only was QVC erroneous in sending me this product, it then had the audacity to charge me for lateness but I was not. Customer Service state they have 'new rules' and won't speak to consumers; we have to talk to the bank who hold the Q-Card! Why have customer service and a number if they are not going to talk to you. Why put you to a foreign debt collector? Where is the written letter stating these 'new rules.' How about e-mailing it. Totally disgusted and frustrated with QVC. Cancelled membership. Taking legal action against the fraudulent charge.

Qvc done the same thing but I was charged twice after I changed the shipping method caused over $300 in overdraft fees. I called corporate faxed bank statement and 24 hours later I was refunded the whole amount. I am very happy with there customer service. This is just what happened for me, but I feel there were very fair.

It seems like you could have figured out a way to transfer money to your bank account. I don't know of banks that say no to a transfer of savings to checking. It seems a bank should have not given you the overdraft fees on a hold. Find another bank pronto!
