Quickship.com / billed for items not received
I ordered 4 rolls of paper from quickship.com and paid using a credit card. They billed me for the rolls and for UPS ground shipping. I never received the items and forgot about it until the charge appeared on my credit card a month later. I called to track the shipment and after holding for some time was told that they never shipped the items because of a back order. I asked to have the amount credited to the card and was told it would be taken care of within 24 hrs. It's been a week and now I have to file a claim with the credit card company.
