Quicklawn / Non-receipt of product
I ordered a “Get One Free” Quicklawn from Gardernerschoice.com in mid June 2011, with the understanding the $53.80 would not be billed to my debit card until the product shipped. My debit card was billed on June 27, 2011. As of July 14, 2011, I have not received delivery of the product. I sent two (2) emails to the company demanding a full and immediate refund but have heard nothing. My next steps are: (1) contact my bank to attempt to reverse the debit charge, (2) send a Certified Letter to the company, (3) contact all regulatory agencies, (4) hope & pray.
