Qubee Irresponsible service and unfair billing

On 7th August my wife paid current bill at Qubee Shop at Lilly Apartments, secondlast day of long holidays and well within due date of August 8, 2013. Over the holidays they restricted access (effectively denied use) and gave credit for payment made on August 15 and restored service on 16th. To add insult to injury, they have charged surcharge for late payment.
On August 30 I emailed them to correct status or close the service w.e.f. September 1, 2013. There has been no response as yet.

I had posted a complain in August/September last year. In 2014 I experienced interruptions (discontinuous connection) so I got it closed. I welcome email from a Qubee Karachi (Pakistan) user that connection and speed issues have been resolved. feisal.rahimtoola@gmail.com

Qubee Qubee taking money from people but not providing service as promised

Qubee sold me Qubee Sky Package(Unlimited) 1 Mbps but I never get more than 312 Kbps.
At first I was getting almost more than 1 Mbps but now I barely get 312 Kbps if I am lucky.
Whereas Qubee is giving full bandwidth to customers with limited data volume pack and they pay one third of my monthly rate.

Qubee's customer service is really bad nobody ever receives call, a music is playing continuously but no one is receiving the call. If a put complaint no action is taken. That is why I am posting a complain in this website.

Some Sites Are not Opening I want to know what is the problem.

Qubee is really giving me hard time and i am really not happy for being a Qubee Costumer, I am an internet user since 1997
and there are more then one connection under my name since 1997, i had never faced such a behavior from an ISP such an offense i faced
being Qubee Customer, I'll make sure next time neither me, my company or any of my family members will ever get a Qubee connection.

It was a very humiliated experience as Qubee bugging me on phone about me not using or paying Qubee bills even i had told them clearly

that i wont be in Karachi till the Eid, when i had started complaining to Qubee repressive that when i had told you not to call until Eid then please stop

calling me . Well the Qubee team came hard on me and they had open this complain which i never asked and today they called me dozen time in array

for a collection and asking about who is at my home they look much suspicious and they had a behavior of street criminals .

Please again it was my mistake to become a Qubee Customer well it was not my own will but again so many callers to sell Qubee the flood of spammer,

indeed i made a mistake and i am sure Qubee will not bug me again to give me a heart attack please kindly don't interact with me again, i am also forwarding

this email to my legal consultant, so he can take care as you had also shared my personal information with criminals .

Whenever i will be back to Karachi and i will have time then i will return the device to the Gulistan e johar franchise .

Thanks & please don't bug me again and please stop sharing peoples personal information with Criminals

I agree with the above complaint. 4-5 days to receive a call back and unsatisfactory outcomes
