Called for a price quote. The person that answered phone asked for phone number. Before continuing with the quote process I asked, "would giving my phone number place it on a list that they sell?", the person stated "only on Fridays." And they hung up. This was rude, and I would not want to deal with a company like this.

Horrible experience. I spent more time trying to get what I paid for than I did with the actual install of my floor.

This is a company that will not last.

Rude, dishonest and deceptive.

Ultimately, it is my fault for not doing proper research about QualityFlooring4Less.

If I had done so, I would have found that massive amounts of complaints that are just like my situation.

Dishonest and unprofessional on nearly every aspect that a company could be.

Learn from my mistake and take your valuable time and money elsewhere. Consider yourself warned. Good luck.

I'm not sure how this website work but they were able to get me tile at lower price than I could get direct from the supplier using my contractor's license...and the tile came from teh suppliers warehouse, delivered on time as agreed. Regards!

I have continually been trying to contact them and no response. They have my money and I was supposed to get my carpet a week ago. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been emailing and calling the number and leaving voicemails. I just said in my last email that if if I do not hear back by the end of the day, I am contacting the authorities.

The guy who owns this company goes by three different names. David Alan Kellapoures (who is a felon and did prison time), Aaron David and David Holstein. All of these people are the same. Check Him out on OTIS the michigan prison website. His prison # is 445509. You can also check him out on alt.com he is a submissive. He works with other felons and is back to his old tricks with a new company and a new name. Beware buying any flooring from this guy, they mess up orders, dont follow up with customers and goodluck returning your flooring. If you call them you will see what I am saying, he uses his cellphone for most business and works out of coffee shops. Shop with a more reputable company. You will get what you pay for with him. He promises free shipping or pickups but you will not get that. Good luck find a better company. His address says they are located in San Francisco? Well google the address...its a ups store. He was actually located in michigan till he fired his few employees and moved to scottsdale az.

I read all of the complaints about QFFL and was very skeptical about purchasing their products. I was looking for a high end hand scraped engineered flooring (Anderson Virginia Vintage to be exact) and saw their ad on ebay. Their price was easily $3.00/ft less than any one elses. I called and spoke with David, who also goes by Aaron. He was very polite and straight forward about his pricing and shipping method. Still not a believer, I expressed my concerns about sending $6500 to someone on the internet who I know nothing about. He assured me that he would place an order with Anderson Flooring who would make my floor available to a local distributor for pickup (no shipping charge). In order to convince me that he would fulfill his part of the deal, he allowed me to pay for the flooring when I picked it up. "Fair enough", I said and placed the order.
In 3 days, he notified me that my product was ready for pickup. I went to the distributor, was able to inspect the flooring, paid for it, and brought it home. The entire transaction couldn't have gone any better. This floor I paid $6.09/ft sells locally here (Florida) for $14/ft. I don't know if he has a brick and mortar store or is just a guy with a cell phone and a website. but he did exactly what he promised to do at the price he quoted. That's more than a lot of the big name sites do. I never had an issue getting ahold of him. If he wasn't there, he always returned my calls. The entire staff was always very polite. I would definately by from him again.

Aaron David operates under two names. If you want to complain about the unprofessional help of "salesman" David, then the operator will reluctantly put you through to his "boss" named Aaron.

It is almost comical how unprofessional this company is.

They will not survive much longer if they continue with the smoke and mirrors. I lost track of how many times I was unable to reach anyone that could tell me where my missing flooring was that I had paid for.

I felt like I was on candid camera. I am disappointed in QFFL and myself for choosing them. As other reviews that I have read stated : "Consider yourself warned!"

If you are able to get a price quote, they are pretty good on pricing. The problem is the IF part! Been trying to order tile and got the same response as everyone else. Kate Cerra had family emergency two weeks ago and looks like from another post about 1 1/2 months ago. I respect family issues, but the fact that when you follow-up, the backup folks on the other line including David just don't get back to you. And when I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, I got Aaron and his line is the "buck stops here" - you'll get your quote in 1 hour. Well 8 hours later and nothing.

Very pleasant folks on the line and appear responsive (appear is the key word here), but no substance behind it. 10 calls to order tile and not one a call back or email back as promised? Doesn't really make me feel like they want my business. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Well they are located in San Francisco 101 California St. 94111 Phone number is [protected]. I finally received my order after 4 unreturned emails, 4 unreturned voicemails and 1 person who said I'd get a call back and never did. Yesterday I called again, and a very nice gal named Misty did some great followup and got my order here today. She had to make numerous phone calls and got the job done. But forget about Aaron, Kate or David. If Misty ever goes to work somewhere else, that's where I'm taking my business. Good luck to those who have already purchased from Qualityflooring4less. I think they are a small shop that are in over their heads.

I agree, try finding and address where they are located. Just some guy with a cell phone and a cheap website. Most of what I see on their site is stolen and copied from other sites. I wouldnt buy from this site. Thumbs down, down, down. Be very careful.

Well I do know that there is more than one person at this company, as I have received a few phone calls and an email from someone other than Aaron. Also neither person was ever rude. In fact just the opposite. They apologized that my order will be backordered until the end of September. and even offered to refund my money. But I want the tile very badly, so agreed to wait.

Now the bad news is that they are not returning my phone calls or emails. So I don't know if Kate Cerra is out ill or what; but if so, someone should be handling her calls and emails. I am still waiting to hear from the as of today...I left more emails. Aaron, if you are reading this, can you have someone please contact me?

I agree that the comment seems unlikely. I will probably find out soon myself, since the only way to reach this vendor is via an 866 number or a "submit" web form. I have been all over their site and cannot tell whether they are in California or Kalamazoo. (They assert they are a brick-and-mortar store but there's no evidence of that.) The website talks a good line but from the website it looks an awful lot like it's one guy with a phone line who places orders to distributors for drop shipment. The information they provide on returns and problems is almost nothing. While the flooring products being sold are standard brand-name items, if you have a problem, returning hundreds of pounds of flooring to a highrise office suite in the middle of downtown San Francisco is probably not what you want to be doing. There is no Better Business Bureau or Verisign validation logo on the website.

Whats strange is that this exact comment was left on another site. We here at QFFL new that this scenario would never have happened. Considering that this is just a malicious attempt to slander our exceptional customer service we feel vindicated! Zach are you real?
