Quality Inn Hotel Kissimmee Florida / Bad Customer Service and Dirty Room

On 12/27/08 I checked into the Quality Inn and was supposed to check-out on 12/30/2008. We were forced to stay here due to a package "deal" we purchased. I was told I have to pay $1.96 a day for resort fee. I gave my bank card to the clerk to charge it on the card and then she told me that my card was decline. I paid her cash instead. The room smells from we enter in. I went to the front desk to asked for a different room because I suffer from sinus and allergy and the shape the room was in I was bound to get sick. The front desk clerk inform that they were sold out. We drove around for a while because we hated to go back in the room. About two hours later I went to a restaurant to get us some food and I couldnt used my bank card. At this point am trying to figure out what was going with my card. After getting the food I went and got a pillow and blankets that I travel with and proceed to sleep in my vehicle because I have a early tour in the morning with the regal palm resort. Early in the morning I went into the room to take a shower after sleeping in my vehicle most of the night to get myself together for the 7:00 AM tour. Mildew all over the inside of the shower curtain and also the shower head. I return from the tour around 8:50. The kids was on the way down to breakfast. They were standing in line waiting to use the wafle maker and they were many people also in line when one of the worker proceeded to remove all the breakfast items. I asked her why was she doing that when they were individuals in line that hasn't got anything to eat as yet . she said "We need to get up earlier" and walk away from me. I went to the front desk to asked to speak to a manager and I was told that one wasn't on duty as yet. Later that morning I received a called from my bank that they detect suspicous activities on my card. I was told that Quality Inn ran my card six times after I paid them cash for the resort fee and thats why when I tried to use my card at the restaurant the night before it was decline. Now there's a blocked on my card. We proceeded back to the room to find out that we were locked out. I went back down to the front desk and the manager Rocio was in. I explained all that has been happening and told her how I was frustrated and how my back is hurting me from sleeping in my vehicle. She looked at me and called me a liar and said I didn't sleep in my vehicle when she just got into work a few minutes ago and also said I locked myself out of the room. At that point I was more furious and I told her that I have never experienced this kind of customer service and I am going to report them and to let all of my friends, family, co-worker and everyone I come in contact with to never stay here and then she threaten to call the police on me. I called the TNT who I booked the hotel through to explain whats been going on. I even had a housekeeper from the quality Inn speak to TNT to confirm everything that went on. Finally the maintenance man open my room and I immediately pack up and proceeded to check out. The check out receipt said check-in 12/27/2008 & check-out 12/30/2008. I told the clerk that its incorrect . She refused to change it in the system. I told her that her manager needs to write on the receipt "check-out on 12/28/2008 and signed it. She came out scrible on the receipt toss the paper at me and said her Name while returning to the back office.
Worst accomodation and customer service I even encountered.
