QS Supplies Qs-3435491 v&b toilet set

1. On 6/10/23 I ordered toilet online after telephone conversation with Qssupplie sales representative and confirmed that was the toilet to buy.

2. Toilet delivered. But it's the wrong cistern. Qssupplie refused to help to arrange logistic even I offered to pay.

3. Parcelforce delivered toilet on 25/10. I got an email on 27/10 from qssupplie to inform me the toilet was broken.

(No details about if the company stuff who received the parcel checked the stage of parcel in front of the delivery person? The parcel box was in good condition)

4. Qssupplie refused to cover any refund even the cistern and toilet seat are perfectly in good condition.

5. There was no response after the email I sent to qssupplie on 4/11, regarding the complain and a request for keeping the set during the period I have been communicating with delivery company.

Claimed loss: £349

Desired outcome: Qs supplies should reimburse at least half of the full value, which is £175 considering the toilet seat and cistern are in perfect resellable condition.

QS Supplies Bathroom Item supplies

The bath clicker waste in this order appears to be faulty, no matter what effort is made to resolve - it leaks, our plumber has tried multiple times to get it to work however it leaks every single time.

QS SUpplies have said that as the item is in a used condition and hasn't been tested in situ by the original manufacturer then they are unable to provide a refund. I believe this contradicts my rights under the COnsumer RIghts Act. I would have been required to keep a faulty product in place for around a month now without access to bath and shower facilities, and not knowing the outcome. I also have damage to my ceiling below the bathroom now, as a result of the leaking waste.

In addition to this in the same order, a bath screen was supplied, with the metal parts of the screen scratched, no refund or partial refund has been provided for that either. They have been difficult to work with and their process appears set up to ensure that any refunds are not forthcoming. They state the manufacturer is liable and not them, therefore they will not refund.

Desired outcome: Full refund for bath waste. Half refund for shower screen or alternative replacement.

QS Supplies Mis-selling, breach of return policy and terrible customer service

I ordered a radiator from QS and after reading the first line of the instructions realized it could not be used on our heating system. This was not detailed on their website anywhere. I contacted them using their online form as recommended offering to make an exchange, but after two weeks had no response. I then emailed to follow up and was simply told as it was beyond the 14 day returns policy they would not accept a return request. I explained the issue with the item and their own enquiry form and was told effectively to go away. I then consulted trading standards and was advised to complain formally in writing on three grounds (those in the title of this review). I informed QS of this and received no response.

Desired outcome: A free pickup of the item which was not sold with full information, a full refund and a sincere apology!

QS Supplies Returns and refund policy

I have ordered over 1100 pounds of bathroom and plumbing goods, I return using the process in place to told they unable to confirm the item has been returned? I have not received my delivery on time as advised in store, they say parcel should be delivered on checking no flush plates received I have a house with missing bathroom parts, causing me endless amount did issues

QS Supplies Roca Bath

I ordered a Roca bath, it arrived scratched so I wanted to return it.

I was promised that within 48 hours it will be resolved, which sounds great except that they never get back to you.

I have phoned them 5 times over the last 4 weeks and each time to be told it will be resolved within 48 hours, it never is and they never ever contact you back with an update.

Eventually QS Supplies agreed to collect but never did - so junk still in my living room and no refund.

QS Supplies Delivery and returns

I have ordered a Reina Capo 500mm Wide Flat Towel Rail Chrome and a matching pipe kit among other items from the company (order number 342723). I received a notification that an item will be delivered on the 13th of January although the delivery company who contacted me was unable to confirm which item. The pipe kit was delivered on the 13/1/2021. I phoned the company a week or so later to enquire about the towel rail and they stated that they are unable to give me update as their supplier is only available via email but they will try to chase it. I phoned them again on the 29/1/2021 with this enquiry and this time they stated that it has already been delivered on the 13/1 and I signed for it. I do not live in the house yet as it is a building site. I explained that it is not true and they asked me to send them an email and they will investigate it. I got a reply that it is under investigation.
With no further communication or response somebody shoved up and delivered the missing item on the 2/2/2020. I do have four witnesses to confirm the same. I emailed them immediately with this news, requesting an explanation and a return.
On the 4/2/2021 I received another email from the company telling me that the item was already delivered on the 13/1/2021 as planned, therefore they are not accepting the item for return.
I replied to the email explaining that it is simply not true and I have witnessses to confirm the same. They replied this time that they will accept the return but I have to pay the return fee and has to provide a specific package for the item. Also the pipe kit is unused but opened therefore they refused to accept it.
It is absolutely unacceptable that they are not willing to admit their mistake. Clearly when we raised the issue and they realised that they made a mistake somebody quickly delivered the item without any trace, without requesting a signature. It has caused us a significant delay in the building works and in the end I had to buy a new one.
After all what happened it is absolutely unacceptable that they want me to pay the retun fee, not willing to accept the pipe kit and requesting us to provide special package for the items.

QS Supplies Failure to deliver item for six weeks

I placed an order with this company six weeks ago. I have still not received an item from the order. I have called and emailed for over a month, many many times with no attempt on their side to contact me in all that time. They have completely ignored all my questions for six weeks. The telephone operators first claimed the screen had been delivered, now they tell me it has been lost by the courier. The warehouse team whom I emailed said they would respond with 24 hours and have not replied to anything for ten days. At no time has any attempt been made to contact me or explain what is going on.

QS Supplies Mis-selling of a product (semi-pedestal) as part of a package for a basin

Description
I bought two 450mm RAK basins and selected the option for the semi-pedestals. When the bathroom fitter came he said they did not fit the sinks. I called RAK directly and was told that RAK do not manufacture a semi pedestal sink to fit the 450mm basin, and confirmed that this was an error on the part of QS Supplies.
In order to get something fitted, we had to purchase some bottle traps for the sinks, a different look to that we had wished for.
The reason for my complaint is the way QS Supplies have handled (or not handled) their error. I requested compensation for the inconvenience and extra expense and was told QS did not provide compensation, only a refund. This would be the same as if I had merely changed my mind about the product! I have noted that QSS have amended their website now so the semi-pedestal is no longer available as an option for the 450mm basin (this is a good step but just highlights that this was an error of their making and therefore one they should compensate those affected).

QSS have simply refused to discuss the matter after telling me that they don't offer compensation.. I haven't a clue who I am dealing with. I've asked for the matter to be passed to their complaints department, nothing.
I can only judge a company by how they are when things go wrong - in this case, a dreadful company.

Desirable outcome
Although I believe that this is probably a matter for Trading Standards to deal with i.e. intentional mis-selling of a product or service, I am willing to delay filing my complaint to TS for 3 working days in order for QS Supplies to fully refund both my items and associated shipping, AND provide full and final compensation of £100 for the inconvenience and stress this matter has caused me.

QS Supplies Withholding refund

This company failed to deliver two items that I had ordered and paid for. A sink and a toilet. After paying for the items in full I was informed they were not in stock. They agreed to issue a refund. For some reason they have only issued a partial refund and still owe me £130. They keep telling me that they cannot process the refund as they had already ordered the goods with the supplier and that the supplier is closed. They said that until the supplier gives them the refund then I can't get it. They have also told that their account team is not currently working however they are still trading online so they must have some financial people operating within the business. This has now been going on for one month.
I have made a subject access request for all the recorded calls and any data on myself. They have not acknowledged this and I am considering reporting them for this. I can try and claim the money back from my bank but feel that they should be reported for this.

Qs supplies. Fraud & scam company... Be aware!
Ordered a bathroom ceramic basin & vanity unit and had to wait approx 21 days from order to delivery. Phoned up to track order and was spoken with very arrogant attitude after sales support agent, terrible customer service, zero communication apart from initial order email. Nothing they could do because they were waiting on a supplier. Poor communication. Bathroom sink refit was put on hold awaiting for sink costing more money for the builders. Finally it arrived, opened it was terrible shocking as its completely black scratch marks all over the white basin. Absolutely crap and very very poor quality product. Tried to contact the customer service and was repeatedly told to raise the fault through their company website portal which is again a crap, as it is accepting any faulty/damaged mail and picture due to their software issue. Phoned customer service and spoke to support agent and asked to email the pictures to support desk. Did that, now they are refusing to replace the product nor refund it. Now, they are blaming the manufacturer for their mistakes. Such cheap practices and a scam company. We are now left with a damaged item, I paid £247.44 for the sink unit. All gone. Qs supplies is a fraud company. Never ever do business with them. A complete farce, unprofessional & shouldn't be in the retail business. You can only determine how good or bad a retailer/e-retailer is once there is a problem because anyone can sell something but how do they resolve an issue? The biggest insult for me is that they couldn't be bothered. Reported to trading standards and involving financial ombudsman.

QS Supplies refusing to refund items they didn't have in stock and couldn't deliver

I can't explain how dreadful this company is. I ordered some items and after they didn't turn up on the date agreed I called them to find out what was happening. They said the items would turn up in a week or so. Therefore I cancelled the order and used another supplier as I had a plumber booked for a specific date. When I got the refund (weeks later) it was much less than I had expected. I asked for a breakdown of the bill and was told 'it wasn't company policy to provide this'. What? So I pushed harder and eventually got a breakdown. The refund was for 3 items rather than 4. I explained several times that I couldn't have the 4th item as none of them arrived! They wouldn't have this and have refused to issue a full refund. Upon closer research it appears that I am certainly not the only person experiencing issues so I will be taking legal action and informing trading standards about QS Supplies. Also, I am told most of the positive reviews on this site are written by their staff (ask yourself which company only have 5 star and 1 star reviews?!). Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of them.

QS Supplies keyhole bath

Had a bath delivered
Had a bath delivered, got a plumber a week later to fit, all inspected before hand fitted Thursday evening, fill with water and silicone around bath and 20 minutes later bath split open and flooded bathroom. QS not interested, blame supplier only giving 3 days to inform of defects etc. Obviously oblivious to Consumer Rights Act 2015 which state's my contract is with them not the supplier and under this act I am entitled to a full refund within 30 Days. So now off to the courts to claim Bath flooring and refitting new bath, Very best of luck if you deal with this company. They have refused a refund even though the goods are less than 30 days old.

With an upgrade to Carronite Bath with an additional cost of £150.

Instead of sending me Right Hand Bath they have sent me Left hand bath.

I requested for replacement, but they are refusing saying that I need to return the product by my self and place a new order again. finding a courier for returning is costing me to much.

QS Supplies supplied faulty item, but won't replace/refund/repair

We ordered a sink from QS supplies, which came damaged (a corner was bent, so won't sit flush to the worktop), which they refused to replace. QS Supplies won't take any responsibility and had the audacity to try and claim that we damaged the sink! Looking on ebay - there are loads that are bent, so this is a manufacturing problem, (do not buy an Astracast sink!) and certainly something we did not do. They are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and still refuse to replace/refund/repair the sink. Looking at previous reviews, this seems to be a common problem with QS Supplies - something I wish I researched into before placing an order with them. Terrible customer service. Will never, ever, buy from QS Supplies again.

QS Supplies complete shambles from a fraudulent company!!!

I placed an order for a bath, bath panel and bath waste, however, the wrong bath was delivered so I arranged for the items to be uplifted for a refund.

The first uplift did not take place as they did not provide sufficient time to allow me to arrange for someone to be in the property. I.e. I received less than 24 hours notice

As I received no information regarding any further uplifts, and no paperwork was provided by the driver, I was unaware which items were to be uplifted during the subsequent uplift. However, the driver chose to uplift all three items at the same time.

Several weeks later, I received a credit for only one of the items (the bath) When I enquired about the credit for the other 2 items (the bath panel and waste) I was told that these had not arrived back in their depot.

QS Supplies have advised that I should have been given an uplift note from the driver detailing what should have been uplifted and that this would require to be signed by me at the time of the uplift. I can't recall any paperwork being shown to me at the time of uplift and have requested QS Supplies to provide me with a copy of this but they have failed to do so.

I have expressed on several occasions that I cannot be held responsible for the failure of the driver or the warehouse staff in identifying what happened to the items after they were uplifted from me.

However, QS Supplies have advised that nothing further can be done.

QS Supplies poor service

I ordered a sink a and pedestal from QS Supplies 21st Nov 2017. The sink and pedestal were delivered 27th Nov 2017 late afternoon. Upon opening the sink package found that the sink had been completely destroyed and was smashed into pieces. Contacted QS immediately and reported it, you have to send a photo before they will do anything they said. The photo was sent, the next day saying the message had been passed on.

Beware when using this company, they take around 7 days to receive the package after they have collected it, collection date unknown despite contacting and reminding them several times. Then they say it will take approximately 7 days to resend the item.

Is this how a respectable UK company should operate?
First them delivering a completely smashed item?
Then they have no urgency to collect it?
Abysmal service to be honest, this is my first and my very last experience with such a poor organization.

QS Supplies Monies stolen no goods delivered

Shockingly to say the least, we ordered over 4500 pounds worth of bathroom accessories/ equipment from these people on the basis that delivery of these goods would be made by them the following day. Correspondence started 2 weeks before that with some quotes being exchanged. The account we were required to transfer the money to was sent to us at the outset of our correspondence by email (after they supposedly sent us a ~non related Dubai account before that...and then again (the same UK account number) the day the quotation was finished - by email and on their invoice. The money was transferred to that account on the basis that full payment had to made before delivery. The next morning, a huge shock, QS denied the account they had given us (in writing and by email) was the correct account and said we had sent the money to the wrong account. They said that the money we had transferred could take up to 3 working days to get to them although the transfer was made online... and that they would send their accountant to the bank to check..probably buying time..., should have known then as who does that these days..with online banking! When we had sent them a copy of their very email, they denied it was theirs. Fraudulent theft in all its ugly colours! We have reported this to the police and will defiantly take legal action against them. The time and effort and running around they have required from us is unimaginable. We have also contacted Burlington bathrooms to question how these people can be their suppliers!

QS Supplies Item not as described, difficult to get refund

I ordered a tap only to find that the photo on their website didn't accurately show all of the tap so I sent it back (that cost me £13!). 2wks later I had not received a refund so called them - they confirmed that they had received the tap (I knew that because I'd had it tracked) and would chase up the refund. Another week, no refund. I then raised a case against them through Paypal who supported me fully and yet they still dragged it out. I won't use them again and I'd tell anyone not to use them. Shysters...

QS Supplies Entire bathroom kit

We made our bathroom suite order on the 28th Jan 2017 for an entire bathroom and were told 5 working days it would take.

They then sent us an email on the 31st January telling us it would be delivered on the week commencing 6th Feb 2017.

I rang earlier today at 12:11pm 8th feb 2017 and spoke with a gentlemen who advised it would be dispatched today for a potential delivery tomorrow. I explained my frustration of the wait having waited 8 working days already and he promised he would escalate it to the supervisor and call me back. 3pm no phone call so I rang back and spoke with someone proclaiming to be the manager on the phone who explained to me I had now missed the 12pm dispatch time and it would probably arrive Friday 10th Feb! as we hadn't booked the next day delivery? I explained I was not mentioned or given the option of next day delivery to which he replied 'well I'm telling you'

All in all a poor customer service, not stuck to their service level agreements, no professionalism or manners in dealing with customers with poor knowledge and misleading advice on delivery. This company should be investigated as I've read so many poor reviews about them just now online!

QS Supplies Customer service

QS Supplies Limited has deservedly been given negative reviews since April 2010.
These negative reviews reflect upon the appalling customer service provided by the companies run by Mr Farook Member. There seems to have been no improvement over the years, and no doubt this will eventually lead to him adding these to his other two dissolved companies.

BEWARE if using QS Supplies Ltd, because if you have any issue with the product purchased you can expect terrible customer service. My own experience followed the purchase in June 2016 of a shower screen (price £197.35 with delivery), from QS Supplies Online Ltd. Expecting delivery in 2-weeks, it took 6-weeks. The goods were faulty (towel rail did not fit) and upon advising QS support and providing photographs of the problem, they merely sought to avoid dealing with it, claiming they were waiting upon the manufacturer. After two months they said a part had been sent to me, but must have been lost in the post and they would send another part out to me. This never arrived and QS support said that they would send out a third part, which also never arrived. Clearly the QS Supplies Ltd., support team were lying throughout, and had never sent any replacement parts.

With the shower screen already installed, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I requested an appropriate reduction, which QS Supplies did not respond to. It's now into November and they have ignored my subsequent emails.

Please be aware of your rights if you have an issue with QS Supplies Limited.
Under the Sale of Goods Act, changes made to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which came into force on 1st October 2015), gives improved rights to customers who make a purchase from a retailer.

When a faulty product is supplied, or a fault discovered within 30 days of purchase, the customer is entitled to claim a full refund.

If a fault is discovered after 30 days and within six months of purchase, the retailer has the opportunity to attempt to repair or replace the goods. However, if this proves unsatisfactory then the customer has the right to request an appropriate reduction (if they wish to keep the goods), or reject the goods for a full refund.
