QS Supplies / Goods misdelivered, poor customer service

Am professional builder. Initial order, 24th Feb 2010; items stated as in stock; assurance of imminent delivery by end first week march. Early march, upon tearing out clients bathroom, QS change delivery date 28th March. Charged £50 delivery charge to supply only shower base to enable me to tile bathroom; shower base delivered not suitable. Returned to QS. Purchase base from alternative supplier and await quadrant. 28th March; no quadrant, client very stressed. QS offer alternative for about 30% more. 1st April purchase cheaper quadrant from alternative supplier. Request refund from QS. QS hit me with around £200 for delivery charge and restocking. Accept charges, request £400 refund. 17th April have now threatened legal action if no refund within seven days. These people are incompetent, their customer service is atrocious and they are also dishonest. Do not use them.
