irresponsible and unresponsive merchant
I am lodging a complaint about this merchant 13mobile. Sg.
- I purchased 2 units of car accessories from them on 13 november 2018.
- the delivery was made on 15 november 2018 and one unit was faulty.
- on 15 november, I submitted an online refund and subsequently after several emails later...
- 3 dec I sent the faulty item back to them via singpost registered post.
- hearing nothing from them, I have been emailing them via qoo10 site since 3 dec till today for an update.
But its seems impossible to get them to refund this. The standard replies and now even after many many clarification that only one piece is faulty, I sill get the response as below...
'there are 2 qty for the order. You only returned 1 qty.
So we will process 50% refund for the order. Please reconfirm. Thanks.'
I have just responded to them again. But this is ridiculous.
What recourse do I have with these types of merchants?

I am writing with great disappointment that from my recent purchase via Qo10 has been a sham. Despite informing via Qo10 mobile app CS that this supplier continues to sell products that do not work and is not compatible to work in Singapore, you continue to allow him to list his products to cheat other online buyers.
I understand you do not bother to do anything over your end and this is my last attempt to reach out to someone with conscience and is willing to look into this matter. Failing which i will delete and never buy from Qo10 in my lifetime again and will also share my unfortunate experience to as many of my friends and relatives as possible so that all of us will boycott Qo1o

Qoo10 is a platform for low quality products. You may meet a lot scammers as well.
As to my experience, 3 out of 4 purchase were bad experience. You got pieces of garbage and the seller won't return the money you paid even you returned them. The pictures and the description were fake. But the Qoo10 staff won't have any way to protect customers. They just want to have more sellers no matter if they are scammers. Because this makes the platform looks like growing.
My suggestion is do not shop on the platform like Qoo10 that doesn't guarantee quality and protect your money from scammers. Though there are some good sellers, you still need to try your luck to avoid scammers. If you want to use Qoo10, choose local sellers first avoiding Chinese ones (no discrimination but just telling the statistical result). Good luck.

20 dec, I was given this number, 66619100 by seller minihelperssg to check and arrange for delivery for my purchase.
-have previously send inquiry to seller regarding my item, and seller provide that delivery will be arranged 20-22 dec by qoo10
-I wanted to check the specific date so I dont have to wait at home like a fool not being able to head out just because I dont know when is the delivery.

-called the number provided, attended by a very rude malay lady. Kept on saying he can't hear me. Even if she can, she dont have to be rude.
-insisted I called the wrong number. Said that is qxpress. (but this is the number provide by the seller)
-insisted on a tracking number, which I understand, but seller didnt provide.
-did not ask for my information at all to further check on the problem.
-did not further assist and sound like it was my fault calling the wrong number.
-she ended of the call with bye when I am not even done with my question
From the moment she answer the phone it was rudeness. I expect an explanation regarding this matter.
I haven always been purchasing from qoo10 and did not face any issue, most replies were prompt and solve my problems. This is the first time I have to call qxpress and this is the treatment I receive.

Complaint regarding seller "MY Express" waited for my item since November 11. Ordered Creative 3D baby hand footprint kit.
Status still in transit to international dispatch centre. Till today it is the same. I wonder how does qoo10 handle this kind of seller. I've send so many messages still no reply at all. And now few minutes ago, status changed to delivered... WTH...Item is not even in Singapore yet. Is this the way they make money and then just kept silent.? Already inform the customer service ..but what can they do..nothing much...kept asking me to wait...certain things should make it fast. I want a refund. And I don't need the item anymore. It isn't my fault anyway. Thanks to this "MY express seller" irresponsible.. No replies...just ignoring all the way. Qoo10 should improve on all these..not sure how. But pls do something.

I received my parcel on last Friday (16-Nov-18) night. I have ordered tower fans on the 11.11 [Buy 1 get 1 free]. First, when I opened the parcel, the fans delivered were not the model that I ordered, but I'm fine with that. However, when I tried the fans, both fans are not functioning at all.
I wrote to the seller regarding this issue on the same night and until today no response from the seller. I have also requested for exchange yesterday and the same no response from the seller.
Please assists on this issue as I'm worried after 7 days the seller will not exchange the products.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding this seller" Midori bamboo" .I ordered a carton of Milo. Hoping it will b ship out within few days but found out it is gonna ship out only a week later thus I immediately cancelled order and request for refund. Since 6 November till today money still not refunded. Seller says she found out I already cancelled ordered next day(7 November) when she wanna ship out my order. But written ship out on 12 november. She says it has been cancelled in their system. But when I checked it is still requesting. And im still waiting for them to refund. Whose fault I this now. It's really making me pissed. I ever cancelled n they refunded within 3 days. It's fast! Im a gold member at qoo10. I love ordering here..but now thinking of deleting qoo10 account. As it has become lousy. So pissed with the services given to me. Some seller they wont even revert to me. Not friendly. Late ship out.. Can inform thou. Wasting my time to make it simple.
a converter that has been in transit within singapore for 20 days!
I ordered a type-c converter from a seller called Blessedly on 2nd Oct (order No. [protected]), which says the converter is in Singapore and required only local delivery. 3 weeks passed already and I still haven't received it! I strongly doubt it is not in SG at all! I need this converter for my monitor and my new monitor has been idle on the desk for such a long time!
I am very angry now and extremely desperate for Qoo10. This is definitely my worst online shopping experience and I will not buy anything on this platform any more!

Seller went missing after reply half way on my submitted issue. Wow, so impressive. Now I started to suspect their product purchase reviews are probably all fake. Qoo10 refund policy is 7 days. So seller can continue to went missing till 7th day, then no need to refund or exchange already. So, seller I hope your business will get richer and prosper after cheating my hard earn money.

I would like to draw you an attention regarding one of the seller in Qoo10 name with "MEXI". I had ordered 2 different color blouse from them, but the actual I received duplicated color. I did ask the seller to send me the correct color, however seller suggest to refund me half of the price and ask me to keep for the blouse which I don't agree as I don't need 2 same design & color blouse...Moreover, they should refund me the full amount instead of half price as this is the mistake from them. I found similar issue for other buyers via the seller comments. So, I believe this seller just want to clear their stock and send duplicated color to consumers! This is really bad and no business ethic. I hope that Qoo10 can look into this and prevent this kind of seller active in Qoo10.

I have bought a Japan Asahi Grade 3D 9H Tempered Glass and a Tempered Glass Scratch-proof Black Case with the above said company on 22 Sep 18. The courier that I have chosen is through Smartpac which I have paid additional $5.90 so that I would be provided with a tracking number. However, the tracking number (SM300539688SG) they provided is not a workable number. In addition, I have not received my products even after a week. I have informed the shop of the above but they have since stop replying me.

I ordered 2 powerbanks on Qoo10 from seller 13mobile on 15/09/18, selecting delivery. However, after 16 days of no delivery. I realised the seller had managed to somehow change the delivery method to self pickup and only released the coupon code when it has expired.
It is unfortunate that they can use such unscrupulous methods and get away with it. Please do not support this seller, 13mobile.

Then they told me one of the dress out of stock, will refund to me. The dress cost me $10.80, but the seller only refunds me $5.90.
I ask for the reasons, they took days to reply to my message when I keep messaging them, they told me, I need to bare the shipping fees?!
This is too much, I order 3 dress and I am entitled to have free shipping, is their shop not have the stock why should I bare the shipping fees?
I feel that this is not fair to me. Please advise.

I ordered four T-shirts on 28 June and the seller only delivered three. I contacted them immediately and Seller responded that they will check. After several chasers and while Seller did respond that they had refunded, I still have not received the refund after a month! I can only conclude that this Seller is dishonest and was only patronising me.

After reaching the mentioned address today, I was informed there was no item to be collected and it turned out to be a PRANK. Was this an act of God ? I had sent my enquiries to QPost on 22July after making payment last Sat and there was no reply from the mentioned seller. Does it take 3 working days for your staffs to notify the customers over your mistake? The auction period was from 15 July to 21 July and 8 customers have submitted to this SCAM . Please investigate and explain.

My company have been selling on Qoo10 Singapore for more than a year now. Monthly we spending quite a hefty sum just on qspecial and keywords bidding. After becoming an active power seller on Qoo10 we were assigned to Yun Xin (Account manager) since Nov 2017. However no help such as time sales / group buy etc support were render to us. We tried contacting you guys for a change of AM because we just cannot afford to wait 2 weeks - 2 months for a reply from the current AM. In our last WhatsApp conversation with Yun Xin. She refused to assist us on timesale/groupbuy and mentioned that a new AM is being assigned to us. So meanwhile we should just continue with our keywords bidding instead.

I have ordered a toner on 23rd April 18 via Qoo10 from this company named Cocoxx, last 2 letter xx was hidden for my protection. There was no notice received at all from this seller for a month regarding delayed delivery and I emailed on 25th May to informed them that I have not received the item. They replied they will check and reply ASAP. But I waited till 6/6 still no update from the seller as I submit non item received claim and ask the seller to refund the money back if they can't deliver. They replied they have informed Qoo10. I waited and follow up on the 8th June still no refund notice. So I submit review on the seller website to warn the other buyers not to get cheated for this due to money paid item no received and no refund on 12/6. The seller warned me for my genuine review and remove those reviews and informed to file police report and send legal letter to me for my defamation! I want to complaint here what is the Right of being a Buyer in Qoo10 for such a seller and my genuine reviews? What is Qoo10 action taken for this kind merchant selected? Qoo10 indeed took a week plus after my call on the 14/6 to ask for refund my money back, whereby I have submitted my non received claim since 25th May, why Qoo10 took so long for simple refund and role acting as a middle party?
