Order Summary (Date : Dec 11, 2016 / Cart no. : [protected])

I have not received them till today. It has been more than 3 months. I dropped an email to the seller 3 times without any response.

Any chance i get a refund or follow up update?

Also Not sure where to go to for Qoo10 feedback and complain

    Sorry to say, no point sending complaints to Qoo10, 0% [censor] will be given. My experience with them was horrible! A seller refused to cancel and make refund to me, Qoo10 didn't do anything to help but asked me to deal with it myself. Even though I've told them many times that I couldn't contact the seller at all because they have been ignoring my messages! They simply acted like it's none of their business, be prepared to receive that "Got prob? Don't make your problem my problem" kind of attitude.
