QOO10I didn't receive email that prove to me that I had paid

I'm Tan Chau Hui from Malaysia.I order the order no 9834172 and 9834173 on 20 Jan 2017 and I paid my payment RM97.90 on 22 Jan 2017 but I didn't receive any e-mail prove that I had pay the payment through CIMB Bank Transfer but sent me another email remind me haven't pay the payment yet otherwise will automatically cancel the order. I do pay the payment but I'm not sure my order is sending to me or company didn't receive my payment.
