Q&M Redhill Branch review: denture

I had my upper denture made by a Taiwanese Dentist (forgotten his name) at the Redhill Q&M.
I went back the next few days to fix it after experiencing extreme poking pain in the gum and were assisted by the same dentist. He told me that I may or may not experience pain in other part some other time as some denture needs to be adjusted and filed a few times before it sits well in the mouth. A few days later (Tues) I called and complained that I felt something pointed in the front of my denture and is poking on my gum. I told the lady that whenever I bite on something it hurts. The lady who answered the call told me that the dentist who made the denture is not on duty so I asked if whoever is on duty can help me? She checked and told me no. I have to wait until my appointment which is on Friday with my own Dentist. I tried calling again on Wed and had the same reply, wait until Friday. So on Thursday I went down to the clinic and there's no customer at that time. Everyone of them there were seen chatting and giggling so I interrupted and asked to see the dentist. After I told them what's wrong with me, I got the same reply and that is I have to wait for my own dentist to help me.
I just need to file a little on the pointed part that's all! Why can't other dentist which is on duty help me? They prefer to talk, chat and giggle together then ease the pain of this 60 yrs old lady. They are so mean and heartless.
