I have bought ( December [protected]€) hair extensions from a supplier that I know since 2012 . On january 23 I have received a small part of my order, but nothing was good. Had a lot of complains, had to refund my customers money, loose a big part of my business. I immediately informed the supplier about the complains with pictures ; she sent me on February 23 a big part of my order ( til now I have not received anything) and I didn’t want them anyway cause it was the same bad quality. Then few months later she sent me another part of wigs cause I didn’t want hair anymore, but the 10000€ wigs that she sent me weren’t what she proposed me and the quality was bad also…

I have been trying to negotiate with her friendly since almost a year. She was supposed to get the hair back, nothing. I have tried everything but now she has blocked my phone number I have no choice but to make an legal action against her.

Customers beware
Do not patronize this fraud company.
Unit not at all what I ordered, remy smooth quality hair or virgin hair.
Hair is poker straight, not what I ordered, sales rep, a little arrogant [censored]., not my color and texture, worse piece i'd had in forty years.
Potential customers do your research and beware!
I've read many reviews and complaints, costly mistake trusting these scammers and frauds!

We visit this factory last october and all looked well. We asked to have 2 points good communication and also to deliver to our deadlines of 6-8 weeks.

We are now on the way of waiting already 9 weeks and we have not seen 1 ready order!
Also we put an rush order that should be ready in 4-5 weeks. Till now we have nothing! How can we tell our client with chemo?

When we asking the company the staff does not know they only can say it is forgotten to take in production by the owener. Joy.

When we try to contact her she does not reply! Its a shame and she is cheating us!

We gave lots ot trust and they spoil it just the way they like! This ceo and company is not worth to work in this branche!

So be carefull!

Orders with no delivery! They cheat on you

on AUGUST 2015, i buy weft from this company, and talk with Ruby who assure me that the hair weft is 100% human hair, i send money by bank
more than 5 thousand us $.
after payment, the delivery time take more than 1 month§. i send emails, call but Ruby not pick my calls and not reply email.
after delivery, i check hair weft, all goods are not human hair, i try to sell them, but all clients begin calling and complaining about quality.
i call this company to change, or refund, but impossible, every day others workers replying that Ruby is not working in shunfa hair anymore! so i keep this hair, and i never buy again to them!
