Qexpress / Delivery/pick up services
The call center have no coordination with operations. Coming from the sellers' side, it is a great loss for us whenever are products are not being delivered to customers on time. Our orders have are supposed to be picked up 2 days back, called the call center the next day and was informed it will be picked before 5pm the same day but when I called to follow up with the pick up they just said it will be picked up the next day which is delaying the delivery for more than a week. As a result, the customers return their orders. This happened a lot of times already.
