We payed $27 to have my sons bday gift here by August 2nd. And it was a no show. Then it said it would be here by 8pm yesterday. Another no show. Now trying to track it it's nowhere to be found since Aug 2nd in Chicago. My son is very excited to receive his very late gift. Anytime we've ordered we have never had an issue. And of course there is no one to speak to about this issue.
Wish order for Christmas gifts refunded of which I did not cancel. Refund monies tied up for more than 10 days. Automated customer service... Very disappointing.
