Qatar Airways / lost case then received damaged

Did an on line form to you to report lost case. But when received 2 days later the case had the handle smashed off and the locks broken and the shell of the case damaged..

The case is now useless and a replacement is £80.00 plus for a similar replacement.

We have tried to report this on line, to be told the matter is in hand.

Having heard nothing from you we spoke to out travel Agency who said I should make a clam on this route.

Our case ticket numbers are [protected] and [protected] all under the name of Rich the flight details seq nr o98 mrhrcl goi 06 Jan 19 3/69
|Paris CDG.

Since returning have been unwell and not been able to follow up this claim.

    The Qatar airways site is one of the best in the world in terms of the technical and software application.

    Author: "We have tried to report this on line, to be told the matter is in hand."
    Please attach prove of the attempt to complaint within 7 days,
    following the last flight, along with

    A. Bag tag,

    B. e-ticket,

    if the author wants to process further at this site.

    It is not the reply from Qatar airways.
