Q9 Powersports / Pay more in shipping to return wrong order then 20% restocking fee

Paid $525 for 110cc atv with remote stop and received a 90cc with no remote stop and now they want me to pay hundreds in shipping to return it not to mention the 20% restocking fee. Owner Jeremy is impossible. After I filed a complaint on BBB.com he changed his website to say how they are so committed to 100% customer satisfaction, scared are we? Read the complaint and his response or the lack of on bbb.com

I had the same thing happen to me. They sent the wrong color and it didn't have a f-n-r shifter and no front brakes. was told the same thing, that i had to pay to return it. Also it was shorter and narrower than the specs i ordered. The bbs was no help. Someone who lives in wisconsin needs to contact the atty general about this.

I didn't even get that far. Jeremy did well before receiving the wheeler but he has not responded to returning phone calls or e-mail. I just wanted a wheeler that is whole, I also needed some tech help, thank god it came with a remote starter or my girls would not have been able to ride on the big weekend that they were looking forward to, because the start button did not work, I have since figured that out. It also came with a slit in the side wall of a front tire, which had to be plugged to work, and the seat came broken and it had a missing mud foot guard. Now if he advertised flawed and defected products I would have no reason to complain, but I did not pay $800.00 for a defected, broken or used product and to ignored to boot. I hope everyone research him more. It is nice to see that the complaints hit second on the search page.

in an email to the bbb, q9 powersports claims the engines are bored out at the factory to 125cc
to this date of 6/5/2010 no proof has been submitted, its not possible to bore out a 110cc block to 125cc also in a pic i sent you the engine is stamped 107cc when i went to sell the atv i can only sell it as a 107cc, which means its a smaller atv, this is where the fruad claim comes in.
i sent you a copy of the internet ad that clearly states a 125cc model atv with a child safty tether, in another email to the bbb q9powersports denies he advertised that, but if you look at his internet ad, it says 125cc with child safty tether.
i would like to point out that q9powersports claims in there ads that this atv is for 12yo and up
the machine has a warning sticker that says 16 yo and up, my 12 year old pointed that out.
the atv also leaks gas from the carb, has a broken light, a dead battery.i pointed these things out so when he gets it back he understands im not liable for these damages
also please note on the redispute form from q9powersports to the credit card co. is dated may 12th 2010, and note that on may 13th 2010 he claims to send out a semi to pick up the atv
in an email to the bbb dated may 14th 2010 he claims he is sending out a semi to pick up the atv and just that statement alone, has the bbb claim case resolved.
so he is redisputeing the claim to the cc co.0n may12th and then the next day he tells me in an email he is going to pick up the atv and credit my acc 1000 dollars and the next day he tells the bbb he is picking up the atv, the trucking wont come because the truck is to large to fit in the driveway and they dont have smaller trucks, i dident cancel the truck, i offered my help to load the atv onto the the truck,
please note that i shouldent be responsible for anything i dident order that atv i ordered the 125cc with a safty tether cord, i got a 107 cc with out a safty tether cord. my son has bought another atv in the mean time.q9 powersports is committing fraud why is this company allowed to keep doing this type of bait and switch tatic, also please note as q9powersports told you he was charged for the failed pickup twice he is a liar the old domion trucking co did not charge him anything for no pick up the first time(no lift gate)and no charge for the second time cuz they never came out with a truck, they only charge when something is picked up.please ask me anything to clarify anything i have sent, also note under pains of perjury i filled a police report of fraud with madision pd case #6082453662

This guy and his website are a fraud. He advertises "kids ATVs perfect for 5+" yet they have warning stickers on them to NEVER OPERATE IF UNDER AGE 16. He knows it costs hundreds to ship them back so he can rip people off by shipping them crap, or stuff they didn't order. This guy should be investigated by the DA for widespread consumer fraud.

it sounds like you people need to go and buy a $3000 kids honda instead of a $500 kids atv. You people are cheap and thats what you get

I agree with ATVFan123...Our ATV came with the same warning sticker and when I asked Jeremy about it, he simply said it was only a "recommendation" due to lots of lawsuits these days. Well, when the big warning sticker says "NEVER OPERATE UNDER THE AGE OF 16", then they are resolving themselves of any liability if any child gets hurt. My issue is that the site is clearly advertising towards children. Should be investigated for fraud, IMHO.

A friend of mine recently had a good experience buying an ATV from Q9 Powersports, so I looked up the web site (cool). I decided visit Q9 Powersports just this week, and found the staff helpful and polite. I test drove a moped, and plan to purchase one from them soon.

My experience with Q9 Power sports is similar to the above stories. Great customer service up until you have a complaint. I got several call back prior to the purchase but after the purchase if you have a complaint you will not hear from them. Ordered and paid for a 125cc 4-wheeler but received a 110cc 4-wheeler of lesser quality. Wasn't even the manufacturer Jeremy claimed it was. I got the same lame store of how the Chinese ship a "125cc" labeled 110 to save on import duties, These guys don't have a clue what was shipped to the buyer. Jeremy was surprised I wasn't buying his story and stated he was surprised I was upset because nobody has ever complained about receiving a 100cc when they purchased a 125cc. Funny that I have found numerous other people posting the same complaint. Regarding the product, It is a cheap Chinese 4-wheeler. You better have an idea about what your doing and check their products over. Loose nuts, loose cables, one light doesn't work, rear tires on front hubs, front tires on rear hubs, missing 2 suspension bolts, one bolt completely stripped/cross threaded and a worthless battery that doesn't hold a charge are the items I have had trouble with. I bought a cheap Chinese 4-wheeler and I got exactly that a cheap Chinese 4-wheeler. I was hoping to get away with a low cost option for my child but ended up with a cheap Chinese 4-wheeler. The positive review I have seen are highly suspicious. I have a 90cc Suzuki that is almost 10 years old and will run circles around this "125cc" 4-wheeler.
