I have resigned on 11th of Feb 2008 and have declared 22nd Feb 2008 as my last working day. In the meantime I have got some issues for my project from client I have resolved them and submit them on 22nd Feb 2008 and when I have asked for relieving they have asked me to extend it. I have discussed this issue with my future employer and they have suggested me to show the policy as written in there offer letter(Q3 Technologies Gurgaon). As I am on probation they can't force me to serve the notice period then I just shown them their offer letter and then they complete the No Dues Formalities and said I will get re levied on 29th Feb. When i further contacted them 25th Feb they said I will get Relieving only after acceptance of project from client and have done the same on 29th Feb 2008. They gave me my acceptance of resignation and experience letter and doesn't ready to give me relieving on due date. And they are not giving me relieving letter as promised by them even till now when I am communicating they just giving me different excuses my whole month salary and relieving letter is still due

With the hectic pace and demands of modern life, many people feel stressed and over-worked. It often feels like there is just not enough time in the day to get everything done. Our stress and tiredness make us unhappy, impatient and frustrated. It can even affect our health. We are often so busy we feel there is no time to stop and meditate! But meditation actually gives you more time by making your mind calmer and more focused. A simple ten or fifteen minute breathing meditation as explained below can help you to overcome your stress and find some inner peace and balance.
Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. Overcoming negative minds and cultivating constructive thoughts is the purpose of the transforming meditations found in the Buddhist tradition. This is a profound spiritual practice you can enjoy throughout the day, not just while seated in meditation.

On this website you can learn the basics of Buddhist meditation. A few books are mentioned that will help you to deepen your understanding if you wish to explore further. Anyone can benefit from the meditations given here, Buddhist or not. We hope that you find this website useful and that you learn to enjoy the inner peace that comes from meditation.

We have all experienced it in our lives at one point or another -- pain. Whether it be from a headache, muscle pain, arthritis, injury or sickness, pain is a part of living. Isn't it better to deal with it properly? To do so, you must understand what types of pain relievers are readily available at the local drugstore, and more importantly, which are best for what type of pain. It is also important to check the side effects that are related to these seemingly harmless over-the-counter medications.

Remember that this guide is in NO way a substitute for professional medical advice. Everyone is different and may react adversely to certain drugs especially those under 12, over 65, pregnant women or those breastfeeding, or those with medical conditions. Always read the important information on the labels, including dosage and directions.

In criminal law, fraud is the crime or offense of deliberately deceiving another in order to damage them – usually, to obtain property or services unjustly. [1] Fraud can be accomplished through the aid of forged objects. In the criminal law of common law jurisdictions it may be called "theft by deception, " "larceny by trick, " "larceny by fraud and deception, " or something similar.
Fraud for profit involves industry professionals. There are generally multiple loan transactions with several financial institutions involved. These frauds include numerous gross misrepresentations including: income is overstated, assets are overstated, collateral is overstated, the length of employment is overstated or fictitious employment is reported, and employment is backstopped by conspirators. The borrower's debts are not fully disclosed, nor is the borrower's credit history, which is often altered. Often, the borrower assumes the identity of another person (straw buyer). The borrower states he intends to use the property for occupancy when he/she intends to use the property for rental income, or is purchasing the property for another party (nominee). Appraisals almost always list the property as owner-occupied. Down payments do not exist or are borrowed and disguised with a fraudulent gift letter. The property value is inflated (faulty appraisal) to increase the sales value to make up for no down payment and to generate cash proceeds in fraud for profit.
Marriage Fraud can take several forms and is the act of entering a marriage for personal gain rather than a genuine desire to enter into a sincere marital relationship. Marriage Fraud is usually associated with obtaining immigration benefits. In the United States, marriage fraud for immigration purposes is punishable under INA §204(c)(1) and the Immigration Marriage Fraud Amendments of 1986. Possible criminal penalties include $250, 000 and 5 years in prison as well as deportation and a permanent bar against receiving future immigration status. Marriage Fraud can be either unilateral or bilateral Unity and Immigration Policy in the United States. In a unilateral marriage fraud, only one party is aware of the fraud and the fraud is against both the immigration service as well as the other party. The innocent party may file a lawsuit and/or annulment of the marriage. In a bilateral fraud, both parties are aware of it and both parties are subject to criminal penalties.
In academia and science, fraud can refer to academic fraud – the falsifying of research findings which is a form of scientific misconduct – and in common use intellectual fraud signifies falsification of a position taken or implied by an author or speaker, within a book, controversy or debate, or an idea deceptively presented to hide known logical weaknesses. Journalistic fraud implies a similar notion, the falsification of journalistic findings.
Fraud can be committed through many methods, including mail, wire, phone, and the internet (computer crime and internet fraud). The difficulty of checking identity and legitimacy online, the ease with which hackers can divert browsers to dishonest site and steal credit card details, the international dimensions of the web and ease with which users can hide their location, all contribute to making internet fraud the fastest growing area of fraud.
Acts which may constitute criminal fraud include:
bait and switch
bankruptcy fraud, is a US federal crime that can lead to criminal prosecution under the charge of theft of the goods or services,
charlatanism (psychic and occult),
confidence tricks such as the 419 fraud, Spanish Prisoner, and the shell game
creation of false companies or "long firms"
embezzlement taking money which is under your control, but not yours,
false advertising
false billing
false insurance claims
forgery of documents or signatures,
health fraud, selling of products of spurious use, such as quack medicines,
identity theft
investment frauds, such as Ponzi schemes
marriage fraud to obtain immigration benefits INA §204(c)(1).
securities frauds such as pump and dump
taking payment for goods sold online, by mail or phone, such as tickets, with no intention of delivering them.
Fraud, in addition to being a criminal act, is also a type of civil law violation known as a tort. A tort is a civil wrong for which the law provides a remedy. A civil fraud typically involves the act of intentionally making a false representation of a material fact, with the intent to deceive, which is reasonably relied upon by another person to that person's detriment. A "false representation" can take many forms, such as:
A false statement of fact, known to be false at the time it was made;
A statement of fact with no reasonable basis to make that statement;
A promise of future performance made with an intent, at the time the promise was made, not to perform as promised;
A statement of opinion based on a false statement of fact;
A statement of opinion that the maker knows to be false; or
An expression of opinion that is false, made by one claiming or implying to have special knowledge of the subject matter of the opinion. "Special knowledge" in this case means knowledge or information superior to that possessed by the other party, and to which the other party did not have equal access.
Common law fraud has nine elements: (1) representation of an existing fact; (2) its materiality; (3) its falsity; (4) the speaker's knowledge of its falsity; (5) the speaker's intent that it shall be acted upon by the plaintiff; (6) plaintiff's ignorance of its falsity; (7) plaintiff's reliance on the truth of the representation; (8) plaintiff's right to rely upon it; and (9) consequent damages suffered by plaintiff. Most jurisdictions in the United States require that each element be proved with clear, cogent, and convincing evidence (very probable evidence) to establish a claim of fraud. The measure of damages in fraud cases is to be computed by the "benefit of bargain" rule, which is the difference between the value of the property had it been as represented, and its actual value. Special damages may be allowed if shown proximately caused by defendant's fraud and the damage amounts are proved with specificity.
In the UK a report concluded that the total costs of fraud and dealing with fraud in the year [protected] was at least 13.9 Billion GBP.

Comic relief usually means a release of emotional or other tension resulting from a comic episode interposed in the midst of serious or tragic elements in a drama. Comic relief often takes the form of a bumbling, wisecracking sidekick of the hero or villain in a work of fiction. A sidekick used for comic relief will usually comment on the absurdity of the hero's situation and make comments that would be inappropriate for a character who is to be taken seriously.

A relief is a sculptured artwork where a modelled form is raised, or in sunken-relief lowered, from a flatish background from which the main elements of the composition project (or sink). Reliefs are common throughout the world, for example on the walls of monumental buildings. The frieze in the classical Corinthian order is often enriched with bas-relief (low relief). Alto-relievo (high-relief) may been seen in the pediments of classical temples, e.g., the Parthenon. Several panels or sections of relief together may represent a sequence of scenes.

Written and directed by Chris Nyst (writer of Gettin' Square), Crooked Business is a fast-paced comedy of errors, set on Australia's notoriously trashy (always glitzy) Gold Coast. Two likeable crooks find themselves in a corner that's going to take all their street smarts to get out of - because 'if you're gonna do crooked business, you've gotta do it straight'...

Small time hustler Elmo, and his best mate 'Stand-Up' Stevie are just a couple of knockabouts trying to make an easy buck on the Gold Coast. Stevie flogs dodgy cars and Elmo runs all sorts of scams. They're not exactly criminals, but then again, they're not mugs either. Elmo and his mate Stevie aren't your average squareheads, not by a long stretch, they just like to have a few of life's little luxuries now and then. They live in glitzy Surfers Paradise in Queensland, Australia. Neither of them would know one end of a surfboard from the other, but it's still paradise to them, 'with more flash cars, top sorts and lazy cash than you could poke a pointy stick at'.

Life is sweet, until Stevie finds himself in hot water for selling a dodgy watch to biker Russian Tony.

To buy his way out, Stevie agrees to do a job for local hood 'Bondi Bob' McLean. All he has to do is fly to Melbourne to pick up some stolen jewels in a briefcase.

When it all goes pearshape and a gunfight breaks out, Stevie and Elmo narrowly escape but, in the confusion, with the wrong briefcase.

The briefcase belongs to Peter Cho, a Chinatown villain with a deadly reputation - its contents: a rare go-fast potion said to turn any average horse into a race winner.

The only thing to do is trade off with Cho - how hard can it be?

Relief Society in local congregations

In the LDS Church today, every Latter-day Saint woman age 18 or older is a member of the Relief Society. Additionally, women younger than 18 who are married and 17-year-old single mothers are members of the organization. There is no fee for joining the Relief Society and there are no annual membership dues.

In each local congregation of the church, a member of the Relief Society serves as the local President of the organization. The president is permitted to ask two other women from the congregation to assist her as counselors; together the three women make up the local Relief Society Presidency. The Relief Society Presidency acts under the direction of the bishop or branch president in presiding over and serving the women in the congregation. Additionally, stake or district Relief Society presidencies exist to supervise five or more local Relief Society Presidencies.

In most congregations, the Relief Society strives to accomplish its objectives by implementing four main programs:
(1) Visiting teaching;
(2) welfare and compassionate service;
(3) education; and
(4) home, family, and personal enrichment.

In Major League Baseball, the Rolaids Relief Man of the Year Award, first awarded in 1976, is a distinction given to the top relief pitcher in each league at the end of each season. Unlike other honors such as the Cy Young Award or Most Valuable Player Award, the Relief Man of the Year award is based objectively on statistical performance, rather than subjective opinion.

A reliever is given 2 points for a win, 3 points for a save and -2 points for a loss. Beginning in 1987, the statistic of a blown save has counted as -2 points. In 2000, Rolaids began awarding 4 points for a so-called "tough save" when a reliever enters a game with the tying run already on base and gets the save. The reliever with the highest score at the end of the season is given the award.

Dan Quisenberry has won the most awards with 5. Rollie Fingers, Bruce Sutter and Mariano Rivera have all won 4.

As indicated by its name, the award is sponsored by Rolaids, whose slogan is "R-O-L-A-I-D-S spells relief." Because the first closers were nicknamed "firemen, " a reference to "putting out the fire" of another team's rally, the trophy is a gold-plated firefighter's helmet.

Recently, the relief pitcher's position has become more of a career, rather than a degradation position. Many of today's top prospects are those of relief pitchers. Furthermore, the game today often calls for those in the bullpen to step up and become occasional starters. Their limited exposure, as was stated before, often can give these chance starters an edge. This ability to fill starts effectively often leads to less down time of the main starters, as well as longer, healthier careers. For example, the lengthy careers of such pitchers as Randy Johnson and Curt Schilling are a couple examples of pitchers whose careers were extended by the assistance of relief pitchers. Furthermore, many pitchers who started as relief pitchers have gone on to prosper and remain starters, like Pedro Martínez.

Another reason for the advancement of the skill in the relief positions is due to the game's ever expanding need for a psychological edge. A batter who can't hit well off the movement of a left-hander's curveball will often be pitched to by a left-hander in a late inning situation. In late innings such as the 7th, 8th, and 9th, many managers are known for changing pitchers often as the situation dictates, notably Tony La Russa."
As of October 2008, there are five pitchers currently in the Baseball Hall of Fame chiefly for their accomplishments as relief pitchers: Goose Gossage, Hoyt Wilhelm, Rollie Fingers, Bruce Sutter, and Dennis Eckersley (though Eckersley and Wilhelm had significant careers as starting pitchers).

A relief pitcher or reliever is a baseball or softball pitcher who enters the game after the starting pitcher is removed due to injury, ineffectiveness, ejection from the game or fatigue. Relievers are further divided informally into closers, set-up pitchers, middle relief pitchers, left-handed specialists, long relievers, and mopup men.

"The importance of relief pitchers has increased significantly since the 1960s. This change in mindsets can be seen by watching any major game, as well as by monitoring the salaries of such pitchers. In decades past, the relief pitcher was merely an ex-starter who came into a game upon the injury, ineffectiveness, or fatigue of the starting pitcher. The bullpen was for old starters who had lost the ability to throw effectively. Many of these pitchers would be able to flourish in this diminished role. Those such as Dennis Eckersley, as with many others, actually prolonged their diminishing careers and often sparked them to new life. The added rest to their arms as well as the lessened exposure of their abilities became an advantage many would learn to capitalize on. Facing some batters only once a season, the opposition would have greater difficulty in preparation for the game.

Software as a Service (SaaS, typically pronounced 'sass') is a model of software deployment whereby a provider licenses an application to customers for use as a service on demand. SaaS software vendors may host the application on their own web servers or download the application to the consumer device, disabling it after use or after the on-demand contract expires. The on-demand function may be handled internally to share licenses within a firm or by a third-party application service provider (ASP) sharing licenses between firms.[citation needed] Examples of SaaS vendors include SAP Business ByDesign and Google Apps which provide common business applications online that are accessed from a web browser, while the software and data are stored on the servers.

well, q3 has been good in one way that i was working with fantastic client with very good manager. however, after all i did for the company (i added there hiring count), they didnt paid my salary like lot others like me. the managers are ridiculous as they look for short term gains and tht is one simple fact that they are not able to attract talent or retain them. the environment just sicks there. i dont knw whether that loud a/c still makes that sound which will make you deaf in another 2 year. all this to just save some lousy money. how low can one get when they milk there employees so much.
if u dont have any place to go, do join them and when u leave, think that u have left a big tip to the employers...bon apetit

Yes I am totally agree with your opinion
Q3 Technologies Gurgaon is worst company that I have ever worked management is worst with worst type of people management they are just pulling as much work as they can and they are trying to take every hour form their employee's life for their ### works and projects. The Quality of works are too bad to acknowledge any thing and even the HR policy is too bad they just try to take full advantage of you if you are capable of giving your whole inputs and try to just drink your whole hard work without even giving you any thing. When you are leaving that company they force you to do your all works and even after that they don't give you your salary and relieving letter.

Hi,

I am also having experience with this, Q3 Technologies, Gurgaon and I can think that what you are suffering, They have very bad management, They don't know how to handle people, They hire people only for projects, They just wanted to make you work "25" Hours in a day and above all this company is really a ### company.

Please please don't ever get into this company... don't think that what they are paying you at the time of joining, I tell you one thing they i'll sack you on 25th or near so that they won't have to pay you for the cureent month... you can judge yourself about this company now.. What kind of standards they are having, If the company doesn't have the capacity to feed people in bad times then Why you call people from BIG companies.. ABOVE ALL...

IF a candidate is not having any job except Q3 technologies, Gurgaon, Then also Please don't join this ###... This is really really worst company...

I am feeling Happy Now... :)
