PYO Travel Flight tickets

I tried to change my ticket. First, they gave a price to change the ticket and they gave the fee to change it, once I decided the time, they set up a new admin fee from the airline which I confirmed with the airline which didn't exist, they referred me twice to change straight with the airline, and in both occasions, the airline told me this agency had blocked the option themselves to change the ticket on my own.
A Scam not operative, they do not let you make changes in your tickets with the airline as the rest of agencies. You must pay them extra 1000 THB, plus 100GBP as agreed in the term and conditions to the airline and finally when you want to change the create a new 300THB they said is airline admin fee. A joke, I will never buy any service from them

PYO Travel Pending refund

On the beginning of the December month 2014, i booked 2 tickets from KL to Kch during cny period, flying return by MAS. They collected a payment of RM945 for 2 person return tickets. 2 days after that, the sales person told me that there was a mistake on his part and RM945 was the price of one return ticket. He therefore promised to refund back my money without any charges. It has now been almost 3 months and yet i receive no payment. When called to ask for payment status, they keep telling me that it is being processed andi would receive it soon. When i ask another person, they said it was being withheld. I called my issuing bank and they confirmed that no payment was received. It is a credit card refund. They played me by telling me that it is being processed, approved and released but yet it is still being withheld by them for no reason! I have already reported this to NCCC, but still no action taken or seen. Please refrain from making any booking from this company as they are NOT reliable despite being the sister company of Reliance Company. If there is any other way to get back my refund, please advice. Thanks.

PYO Travel online booking

I had forward my hotel booking for two night for two rooms and Airport to Hotel transfer ( LCCT to Hotel Grand Continental in Jalan Raja Laut Kuala Lumpur) checking in on the 26th Dec. 2010 and out 28th Dec. 2010 for three pax namely myself Shaw Boon Teik, M. Vijayakchimi Muthusamy and my son Kevin Shaw Liang Yung. We are arrived on board flight from BOM-KUL Airasia flight ETA 09.15pm. I had submit all my document and had fully paid over RM750 ( can't remember the exact amount)by my credit card. Till now there is no confirmation and no word from the agent. I am now wondering whether my booking is confirmed or not . If not I am cancelling my payment.

PYO Travel total neglect of service

After hearing of low prices i thought why not give them a try, after looking on Internet researching them i thought them to be a reputable company. Oh how wrong was I!
Paid for my hotels and transportation and tours in full and have not even had the decency of even a response from them.
I leave in 4 days and am so afraid all of my money is wasted ( although i do promise to file claims with my credit card company for full return of my money).
Probably would not be so bitter but considering this was to be my honeymoon please no one make the same mistake as me.
As to the proof trust me i have every transaction made and confirmations from their site.

The personnel promised to pay me a compensation, which I have been waiting for 3 months. I will not get any package from them. NO MORE!

Tried booking under PYO Travel's dodgy website and after giving all details about the booking, the website came up with a page load error on their website. Tried submitting the form a few more times with the same result. There was no confirmation of the booking. The next credit card bill showed a charge for the booking in FULL. Tried calling the company...
