PWW Internet BizKit I do not know who you are, you have taken (Unattorized payments on my Visa) for almost a year when I called to put stop payment I was told it was

my fault for not noticing it sooner. When I ask for refund I was told "NO" I ask to speak to someone in charge, I was told she was in charge. I said do not want to call you a liar

but I hardly doubt that you are the person in charge & must answer the phone also. She said what is the reason for not noticing the charges before, I said a million Cancer,

Multiple Sclerosis, Eye tremors & much more you choose. Than she said I can only give you 2 months gave me a cancel no. a $ amount which was for only 1 month so I

had to go to the bank now I must e-mail Visa & the company & police them to make them stop!

    I am deeply pissed off as there was a charge of 79.90 to my credit card and I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL THIS IS!! I did not authorize any charge for whatever this is, and it needs to be reversed!

    NOt knowing anything about the content of your complaint I may not be able to give any helpful advise, but Your complaint sounds like a Bank of America response. I recently had the same problem with them. Of course you were probably told that you must have given out your checking account number to someone? That information is also printed on the front of your checks. Gee I wonder how they ever got that information? You no doubt was made to feel as if you were the villian and who ever has done the dirty work is the victim. There are laws to protect you from such fraudulent acts. The bank will only work on your behalf (maybe) for up to 60 days and then they throw you to the wolves. Call your States Attorney Generals office and ask for the Consumer Protection Services Dept., file what ever papers they need and then call the bank to let them know that you are going to sign a complaint against them on the complaints board and every place you can find to enter a complaint on how you were treated as a valued customer of that bank.
    That you will continue to do so until they resolve your account problems. If this sound too tough of an action for you to take; remember that they are there to serve you as a customer and have failed to do so on your dime. Good Luck.
