[Resolved] Purolator / shipment delayed

On Jan, 9th my package was delayed for 3 times. I was very upset about it. They always said that due to weather, that was the stupid reason. Tracking website is updated late. I also emailed them but I did not hear anything back. I'll never buy something online that ship thru Purolator again. Worst experience in my life. Online shop better to choose carrier like Canada Post or FedEx.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
