Purolatorfailure to deliver, no refund, rude service

An unacceptable experience.

1) The rep at the store was rude to me.
2) The delivery person failed to deliver the package and gave no reason why.
3) The representative did not refund my money even though they had failed to deliver the package and he was very rude and sarcastic to me over the phone.

I will never use Purolator again, and I strongly suggest you don't either. $45 wasted.
