Purity Makeup I think this is very poor customer service.

I have been trying repeatedly to contact this beauty company about Purity Makeup. I need to find out the RMA# so I can return this mineral makeup I bought from them. The make up causes my skin to breakout and I can’t wear it. I do not want to pay for a product I can’t use and am not happy with. And who would?

Every time I try to call the company I have been unable to get through anyone. Apparently that’s because there are other calls ahead mine (probably to complain about the same thing!) Also, I can’t get through to anyone via email either, because every time I visit the website and go to the contact page, a page comes up that says the page is no longer available. How am I going to reach this company to stop the charges to my debit card? I think this is very poor customer service.

Has anyone else experience a similar problem to mine? I honestly don’t know what else to try to contact this company. I will continue to call them, but so far that has been unsuccessful. Until I can reach this company I am stuck with make up I can’t use and charges to my debit card. I don’t think I will ever buy from this company again.

This company is very faulty. They offered me a free trial membership and immediately charged my credit card! What a joke, how frightening and I was going to use their products on my face!

I am having the same problem with this company it is almost impossible to get in touch with a customer representative. I placed an order December 21, 2011 I was not happy with the product. I returned the order a bottle of tinted moisturizer along with concealer for an exchange on January 3, 2012 it is now February 1, 2012 I am still waiting.

I can't get anything out of them either. It states that without the RAM # they won't accept the merchandise. It states that they will refund if not happy. If you read small print and they've got about 6 pages of purchase agreement for one to read, it give 10 from ship date. My purchase was on Dec. 1 and I received the package, according to them Dec 8. Let me see that gives 2 days to return item. I didn't even realize there was more to be billed or shipped until I saw my credit card statement and I was charged on Dec. 1 and Dec. 28th. I called and could not get any info for returning item. I went back on website and saw multiple instructions that I had not seen the first time I visited the site. I had not intended to purchase anything the first time. I just wanted to look at the items. Stupid me I put in my card number and bam 10 days later there was a package on my doorstep. Now when I call or when I go on line I get the message account canceled and can not the the RAM number. This place is not in the business to sell only to steal.

Purity Makeup Cannot get the RMA#

I have attempted on several occassions to contact this company for a RMA# as to return the mineral makeup that I am unable to wear because it causes my skin to breakout. I have been unable to reach any one by phone because there are some calls ahead of mine. I have been unable to contact anyone by email because the page is no longer available. Please give me advice on how I keep this company from charging my debit card for a product that I am truly not happy with.

i am having the same problem as butterflyz...i also feel this company should be stopped and all monies returned to unsatisfied customers. is there anything that can be done? oh..and by the way the product sucks!

i ordered the trial for $1 plus s&h, i received an email saying i have 10 days from the date of shipment til my trial expired. it never says anywhere how much the product is or the cost of the membership so on the 10th day i cancelled but the company went ahead and deducted $128 from my account. i called and was told that i didnt make the 10th day trial so that is why i was charged. such total scam! i called and complained and wanted to speak to a supervisor or a manager and guess what! there's not one available. not one! plus what i don't get if your not satisfied with your product or the trial offer they want you to send it back and no money back. so, they want to keep your money and want the unused product back that your not satisfied with. if i paid for it then i should keep it. i emailed this company many times but have not got one reply or no call backs that i left messages for. this company must be stopped and should be ordered to return all monies to unsatisfied customers.
