hello, I am looking for more information of Michael P Mcintyre.
I believe he has started a new scam which is very cult like recruiting women and saying all information is confidential. He has brought in a close friend of mine. Please help with any information.

My Mom was scammed and in 2009 tried it again and here in 2014 they are at it again. Can't believe we received a phone call from them again. saying they wanted to give Mom a free review of her trust that she had already paid for They are smooooooth talkers, but don't care what they do to people. Their real motive is to sell them something they don't need and be them in a financial bind. They have a long history, but they have talked to the wrong person. Am doing my best to stop what they are doing so others don't get hurt.

If you are a call center or business and get a call from Michael P. McIntyre, Joe Irerra, or Stacye McIntyre of Benefits-America...RUN
They asked my team to continue to take calls for them while Michael was supposedly out of the country with the promise that we would be paid. Pulled in 100 sales and previously unpaid invoices that add up to thousands of dollars and now they won't answer the phone. They are dishonest in there business practices...bad bunch...they do it all in the name of Jesus...don't fall for it

Do not walk run from this company of vultures. The owners and the Henchmen collection will drain the blood out of clients and employees alike. This is the worst screwed up company which force feeds it's sales personal to churn annuities for it's senior clientele
This place is northing but a scam operation and needs to be closed down. At this time the number of states which allow this slimy bunch of Bernies, (Maydoff) is starting to get smaller and smaller.

Why is it that if Puritan has no connection to The Gentry Group, do the insurance agents run leads of Gentry Group clients? Obviously tigibrad is either an employee or close friend to Matt. Its a shame you cannot see things for what they are!

Why are these posts being correlated to Puritan Financial when all of the discussion is about Addison Ins. which is a separate company and person? Matt McIntyre and Paul Crooks, own and head up Puritan Financial and are both credible, experience business people. They provide superior training and support while providing an opportunity for reps to be in front of existing clients of Puritan and have far more opportunity and credibility than cold calling etc. Chuck, you are experienced with both brothers, as am I, and you know there is no business relationship between them of any kind. I don't work for Matt, or Puritan, but I have had business dealings with Matt McIntyre and Paul Crooks over the years and found them honest and knowledgable on all levels. I am surprised that these postings are allowed to continue when the referance is Puritan and it is a list of complaints and pleadings on a totally unrelated company, coupled with character assasination by Matt being the brother to Mike McIntyre. This is beneath you Chuck, and the management of this discussion board should take note that the postings are intentionally irrelevant to the subject company. I also find it a little ironic Chuck, that much of your success today is predicated on the opportunity these same people provided you during the ninetys.

Here's another one...

Attorney General Myers Files Settlement Agreements With a Missouri Lawyer and Texas Insurance Company
September 24, 2001
Attorney General Hardy Myers today filed settlement agreements with a Missouri lawyer licensed in several states including Oregon and a Texas insurance company, its affiliate company and several key employees for allegedly operating a "living trust mill" that targeted seniors and pressured them into buying trusts and insurance annuities.

Named in Assurances of Voluntary Compliance filed today in Marion County Circuit Court are attorney Lona L. Monson of Kansas City, Missouri, and Michael P. McIntyre of Dallas, Texas, president and CEO of Addison Insurance Marketing, Inc. and ALMS LTD, LP that did business in Oregon as Advanced Legal Systems. Also named are Herb Perilloux of Salem, the Oregon manager of Addison Insurance Marketing and Fawn Phibbs of Forest Grove, manager of the Oregon office of Advanced Legal Systems. The respondents had offices in the same building in Portland. Advanced Legal Systems has no relationship to Advanced Legal Systems, Inc. of Portland, a legitimate company that provides web services to the legal community.

A Matter of Trust

Suit Alleging Financial Scam Is one of Several in Country
By Leigh Jones

MINEOLA-Last week's $2 million punitive damages award in Nassau County Supreme Court against a man accused of bilking more than 50 Long Islanders out of millions is just one part of an alleged nationwide scam involving attorneys and financial middlemen.
The award, granted by State Supreme Court Justice Edward W. McCarty III against defendant Michael C. Cammarota, stems from a civil action brought by attorney Anthony T. Ballato on behalf of his client, a 68-year-old Long Island man who lost more than $300, 000 in an alleged financial planning scam.

The lawsuit is just one of many actions across the country alleging that certain companies have engaged in the unauthorized practice of law by snaring clients with advertisements for living trusts executed by attorneys who allegedly do little more than sign the documents.

Under the alleged scheme, a Dallas Company, sometimes known as The Gentry Group or Addison Insurance Marketing, entered agreements with various attorneys to use their names in advertisements for living trusts.

When consumers responded to the ads by calling the law firms, non-attorneys working for the Dallas company were sent to their homes to discuss executing living trusts as a way to protect their estates from probate. Once consumers agreed to fund the trusts, the non-attorney would send the document to the attorneys, who are alleged to have signed them without ever meeting with the clients. Fees would flow to the Dallas company, the attorney and the non-attorney. The problem, according to plaintiffs' attorneys, arose when those trusts were executed without the attorneys' direct involvement in their preparation. Plaintiffs argued that unrealistic promises were made about the benefits of living trusts and that the Dallas company engaged in the unauthorized practice of law when it used the attorneys' names for advertising but sent a non-attorney to consumers' homes instead.

Having established a relationship with the consumers, usually elderly people, the company allegedly later would send a different agent to the home to convince them to liquidate assets and invest them in annuities held by the Dallas company. The plaintiffs allege that persuading the consumers to liquidate their assets in order to purchase the annuities was unsound financial advice that created penalties for consumers but large commissions for the agent.

These two brohers havea long history of bilking senior citizens and working around trust mills to generate new senior clients. Check out some of their past names by typing the words, The Gentry Group, or, Addison Marketing (notice how that is where they are located, Puritan Financial, Advanced Legal Systems... Hard to keep up with all the names they use. Matt McIntyre and his brother Matthew.
