PurePlay Password to login tournaments doesn't work

The login password for the tournaments doesn't work. I haven't been able to play. I became a member I think on Thursday the 10th. I want to be credited with these days I've missed. Please get me a password that works. I also never received the free 14 day trial offer. I became a member a month ago but had to cancel as my device didn't support your software. I bought a computer just to play your game. Now please fix this problem or cancel my membership and refund my money as I haven't been able to play. I need a new password.

You sure are putting a lot of effort to silencing worries. Again, I ask how is it you know these things while no one else has answers? I have been on and off here for about 8 years and never had this happen for this long.

The site is currently not accessible. Its is down for maintenance. I am sure they know of many members and Basic members who are trying everyday to try and login. Pureplay staff will likely credit those who are members by extending their monthly member access dates. This has happened before many times and likely will be up and running sometime this week. PurePlay customer complaints department

IT has been 3 months that I have been dealing with multiple issues # 1 they cancelled My membership when in fact I had won a 1 year free membership . # 2 the email bonuses that they offer I am unable to collect at the time they are posted I have to always email them to get them to manually add them to My account and wait 2 days them to get it done when they should be added at the time that I try to get the offer . They dont have any other way of taking care of this other than through email's that take to long to get an answer . I have asked them to please contact me by phone because the email thing is just impossible to try to get to the bottom of why I am having so much problems with this site anyone thinking about joining Pure Play I would before you to go somewhere else and play they have the worst customer service of any site and you will be happy not to join this awefull site !

PurePlay free trial scam

Pure Play offers a free 2-week trial. You are required to enter billing information with the promise that you will only be billed the $24.99 monthly fee if you don't cancel by the end of the 2-week period.

What they fail to tell you is that they make it impossible to cancel. Their Membership Agreement gives instructions for cancelling membership. If you follow these instructions, you'll eventually find a "cancel membership" link, but the link only leads you to FAQs that offer no way to cancel.

I didn't like the site, it was extremely slow and outdated. I was determined to cancel so I would not be charged the initial $24.99 fee after the 2-week trial.

I consider myself pretty savvy when it comes to working around situations like this, but in this case, Pure Play Poker won. When I could find no way to cancel the trial period either online or by phone, I thought I would outsmart Pure Play by reporting my debit card "lost" so that the transaction wouldn't go through. However, as soon as you sign up for Pure Play, they process the $24.99 fee so that it hangs out in your "Pending" transactions. Even though I reported my debit card lost well before the 2-week trial had expired, when the 2-week trial was over, the transaction processed anyway.

I would never use this site again and will do everything I can to discourage anyone else from playing on it. Their "free trial" claim is misleading and fraudulent.

I don't mind losing $25, but I hate being lied to and cheated by Pure Play.

PurePlay unethical switch

Terms and conditions:
Referrals.
If you are a pureplay member and you refer a "valid person" (As defined below) to pureplay through pureplay's referral process, and that person becomes a paying member of the pureplay player's club and remains a paying member for three consecutive months, you will receive fifty dollars (Us$50).

I did this almost a year ago and they keep trying to get out of paying me by offering worthless chips saying: unfortunately, our referral link has been under maintenance and hence the delay.
To resolve this issue, we can offer you chips worth $100.00 (800, 000 play money chips) instead of a check for $50.00 for the referral bonus. Please let us know if you agree.
I don't agree but they avoid sending my $.

This is the worst site to join if you thinking about joining ! #1 it has the slowest players I have ever played with, its not fun to play anymore ! # it has the worst customer support of any site ! they can only be contacted by email and it takes 18 t0 24 hrs. to get back to you ! by that time you'll have forgotten about it and let it go ! that's what they want ! #3 no 18oo # to talk to a live person ! most other sites will have a support rep help you within 5 mins. NOT THIS ONE ! I have been trying to get several issues resolved for almost a month now and still am dealing with useless emails that have fallen on deaf ears . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND DO NOT SIGNUP FOR THE PLAYERS CLUB! AND DONT PLAY ANY OF THERE SIDE GAMES THERE RIGGED !

PurePlay in regards to inconsistent payout times.

I have been a member for 6 years. Not until recently have I had winnings not being processed & sent seemingly done excessively slow. They use to be prompt & efficient. I would also like to comment on all the negative postings about playing on this site. Seems to be a lot of crybabies reporting about pureplay. Look it only requires $25 a month to play unlimited. I don't play as much in the summer as opposed to winter, but anyone complaining about unfair play ethics is just a whiner. I don't take loosing very bad, unlike some players on this site. Back a few years ago it was fun to play & chat with others. Now everyone seems to be so uptight. Even the weekly $5000 tournament doesn't fill to capacity. (1200 players with a 1500 maximum capacity. ) I remember having to register exactly @ 07:00 or you couldn't get into the game. (Unless you pre-qualified. ) they even have a tournament once a week for a "lifetime membership" (50 years). Which I won after 2 years of paying monthly $25. Some of the benefits of online play are ; not having to travel, pay for related things like food & lodging, tips, etc. (Although I cant get my wife to bring me my jack & cokes. ) lol. But I can even play in my underwear if I want. Anyways I thought I would give pureplay a more positive comment instead of most on here. Gl @ the tables ! Lazertiger.

Ive been on Pureplay for over 5 years. They have payed me EVERY DIME that ive sent in . I only take $595 a year so I don't get taxed by the govt. I put in for it every Jan 1st and receive it anywhere from Jan 20th to Feb 10th at the latest. For the complaint that some player said he is above average and should win enough to play on: I won $1860 in 2016 and have won $725 thru November 15th of 2017. You must be TERRIBLE not AVERAGE! Also won Lifetime Tourney on 5.25.14. SO STOP CRYING! ITS NOT A SCAM! GOOD LUCK AT THE TABLES bigdog771

PurePlay online poker

This site is so full of bs and rigged players. I am a semi-pro player and have played on and off for 15 years. Just trust me. I will post more later. Do not pay to play here! Trust me, now or later after you lose your hard earned $25/month.. Just to give it to losers who are paid pp shills. There are several.. And usually have similar names.. For example.. Lets go with cassino, cassity, cassman.. Or baekdutiger, tatersalad2.. It goes on.. All paid shills. They must be 15 year olds who think it's a riot to eff with real poker players. Hmm.. Or maybe pureplay thinks that whoever is dumb enough to play on their site must be so stupid, they can't really play poker or why would they play online instead of actually going to a casino. Also, the site is based in the us but hell if i have ever spoken with an actual us citizen. , pretty obvious when you contact them for support, (Oh.. Which, btw, forget speaking with anyone on the phone even though it is supposedly a us based company).. Email is their method of response and the young ### working there, (Those answering your emails) , are clearly the same young ### playing on the site, (Ya, the ones who are such smart ### because they know their 4 9 off suit will win). I could go on and on. To the u. S. Government.. Bring back online gaming. There were legitimate, honest sites, such as casino on net.. Casino-888.. Who were legitimate. I mention that site because it was fair and when i won almost $2000 and then $1500.. I received my checks and cashed them.. Legitimate. If you think pureplay will ever allow a win of more than $25, (Monthly fee for player's club) , you're nuts! You will win $10 and $25... No more than that. They make sure taht good players, (Such as myself) , never ever win. Also, look at the cash games and what you win in each place, (Such as $1000 cash.. Where 1st places takes home a measly few hundred (.. Compare that to the so called "leaderboard" payouts and do the math! It is not physically possibly to win that much! Rigged>>smart people do the math!.. Stay away from this risite. They have taken advantage of the loophole that unfortunately was opened when ronald reagan banned online gaming in the us, love reagan but bad move.. This allowed pp to charge $25/month or free for basic members and claim it was for "entertainment".. So, in otherwords.. Screw you if you are holding aa against 2-8 off in the final hand.. Nothing you can do.. It's for fun. Last thought, noone from pureplay has ever played in the wsop>>yet someone wins every year>>>>>>you would think they would be proud to have the winner wear the shirt>>where the hell is it? Ohhhhh.. They took cash >>whopping $2500 instead? Bs! Where the hell are the people who should be investigating this rigged scam site? Where?

PurePlay lack of service, unethical

I have been a member of this site for years. Although I did win a whopping $10 ONE time playing poker on their site, I have spent much more on their 'play' money chips. In recent months, however, something has changed with their site and I am unable to get any real service from their staff. This week, under my user name 'spunkykitty' I was awarded 50, 000 free chips as part of the weekly VIP Mystery award that takes place every Monday. After clicking through on their email and clicking the 'update' button more than 100 times, my account was still not credited. I have sent three separate emails about this and forwarded the original email that THEY sent, but still no chips credited. Why is this so hard for them? You'd think I was asking for $50, 000 in real cash. After checking my account tonight, I see my 'open ticket' says 'resolved.' I have now sent yet another email asking that they close my account. Enough is enough. If you can't give me pretend money as promised, what on earth will happen when someone wins for real?

PurePlay deceptive online practice

I just signed up for a 30 day free trial and found out after the registration the 30 day free trial was actually a 30 day rebate. In fact, a sign up online and rebate by mail. Atrocious, misrepresentation. And this has been exasperated by the refusal to cancel this transactions. Huge banner for 30 days free and then large enough to see mail-in rebate after accepted transaction. I contacted them immediately in the only way possible, by email and having them balk. They lost a customer and online rep with this. I am further saddened that this behavior tarnishes online pokers reputation every time these deceptive practices are perpetrated.

PurePlay scamm

It's really nothing but a site that offers some visual gaming style entertainment in exchange for buying their chip packages or earning chips through their partner sites. MOST of the later way of earning chips is a waste of time, surveys seldom allow completion and registering with their partners gets you a lot of spam email and if you have to enter a phone number, telemarketer calls. Buying chips just to play games that are only designed to get you hooked on playing, is worse than actually gambling, you get nothing in return but visual entertainment, no winning of money etc. POGO is better if that's what you're after and doesn't require buying "chips" or doing surveys or registering with 3rd party partners in order to play. PurePlay is entertaining at times, but that's the best I can say about it. Poker games are a joke (my brother also plays on the site and sees the same type of hands and odd winning hands come up too oftenn for othhers).

Signing up for their partners only to get no "chips" in return is really a rip off of time and effort. I've also had antimalewarebytes find maleware on my system after doing this, so you've been warned (slows down your system). Just thought I should share.

PurePlay seems to be a swindle

I joined Pureplay a few years ago, and had some modest luck, being a basic account. But over the last several months, I haven't heard from them whatsoever when I used to hear from them regularly concerning my stats, etc. Recently I won a $500 Qualifier game, but didn't hear a word from them as to when I should register for the next game.
After ascertaining that multiple accounts were not prohibited, I set up another basic account and they have proven very friendly, letting me know my game stats and my standings in the games I have played.
They ignore my initial account and cozy up to my second account.
I can't say for certain that it is my broadband connection, but with my first account, the deal of the cards and the actions of the play slows down radically when I have been in the game for longer than 45 minutes, but with my second account, there is no similar problem.
I know that there is no predicting the shuffle of the cards, but too often there are pairs dealt to the table much more often than one can reasonably expect, in my opinion, even when it is a computer doing the shuffle and the deal.
It would seem that they prefer paying players and disdain those of us who only want to play for fun and maybe try for a small prize, which in itself is kind of ridiculous when there are 500 players trying for a mere $10.00

I wish they would mix up the cards a little better. Always a pair on the flop that turns into a possible flush, come the turn. I have learned pretty much which cards will or will not work for me, but those same cards seem to work for someone else. I just play to while away some time. If I want to win some real money, I just head for the local casino. It's much more satisfying to get the cash handed to me than to wait for it through the mail or however. My rule of thumb here is to not take it so seriously. I don't and won't play for real money online, as the Web becomes more and more tangled.

You will either pay them their monthly little deal or the game becomes unplayable even with a super fast connection (which I have). There is not a single on-line site that has legitimate software or that will pay out (including WPT now Chinese owned). It is simply too easy to scam...way easier than running the partner deal in a casino.Do some checking on your own...but a start below.

Now they have been telling me it is still under review after 4 weeks at least and they owe me 6 prizes for a total of 240.00 and no where in sight. I also won lots before this about 2000.00 and a lifetime. I don't understand how come it takes so long. Good luck to all. If I hear back from them I will certainly repost. pokeyain

Been playing on PP for about 6 months as a non pay player. Well, I have won and busted on AA KK 22 33 66 just about all pairs. No more or no less than playing in Vegas and the boats in Shreveport. Playing on line is not the same as sitting at a real table by no means. But it is entertaining. Heck, I've had two royal flushes! That has never happened at the casinos. I had an issue of being kicked off and slow connection. I enquired to PP and got a quick response from a lady who suggested I make some adjustments in my internet settings. That resolved most of my issues. Most people do not understand the complexity of the internet. They think, connect, sign in...play games, google something or check email. That simple! Well it is not...if curious, check out this connection and get informed.

http://www.flixxy.com/how-the-internet-works.htm

As far as Pure Play, I am very pleased. It is for entertainment. If you wish to gamble for big bucks, go to a casino.

Been a member for a number of yrs 'lenniem' is my call name. There seems to be a number of people that think it is rigged or otherwise tainted. I respectfully disagree. There are instances where donk play is rewarded, but it happens on WSOP as well as NLOP. Even bad play hits occasionally.

Their pay system is efficient and never once have I had to go back and ask. They do ask for identification verification under certain circumstances but that notwithstanding, a week to 10 days after a claim has been submitted a check arrives in the mail. I have one over 2600 dollars in cash a free membership for a year as well as their lifetime, so I will not be going anywhere.

I do utilize other online poker sites as well, and have found Pure Play to be the fairest of the lot. Once you dodge, weave, and survive the initial donk onslaught the card playing is good, It is still a matter of reading your opponent and making the wisest bet possible.

PurePlay also has a stable site. Very few technical issues. I can count on one hand haw many times I have lost the site because of internal failure. Of course maintenance on the site happens a couple time a yr but generally a few hrs is the norm there .

Overall I have to rate PurePlay very high

I am amazed at people complaining here. No one has done any statistical analysis. It seems like they looked at the chart that shows AA as having a high probability of being a winner and can't believe when it doesn't work out for them. Random means anything can happen including patterns that stray from the probable for long stretches. When I play poker I expect the unexpected. The other thing is; what motive could pureplay have in rewarding one player over another? Most tourneys are populated with free players only or membership players only. Even if they were mixed, who would you favor the ones that have already joined or the ones you want to join? I admit I have seen some freaky coincidences from time to time but nothing that would convince me of rigging. More like an overworked server.

I've played pureplay for 2 months. After seeing an over abundance of flopped and running flushes, I wrote to pureplay. They assured me that their RNG was just that, random! After searching online, I wonder now if my complaints garnered a plethora of 2/7, 3/9 offsuit hands? I can't sustantiate this b/c I have no statistics, merely a feel. And don't think PP completely has their heads in the sand b/c a lot of the sites you find alluding to PP's ripoff, are operated by PP. I'm fairly certain they will be reading this along with other comments about them and maybe I'll never again win $10 by finishing first among 276 players!

I agree 100%...this is a scamming poker site and don't go all in with AA or KK because you will get beat 95% of the time...The most ridiculous card generator on the internet...play for free and try to have fun but DON'T! pay to join because like the few others have explained you might as well click your heels and wish you were back in Kansas because this is strictly a "LOTTO POKER SITE"!

PurePlay do not give them your credit card number

I cannot describe how angry and frustrated I am. I have been doing freerolls on pureplay for about a year. About 6 months ago my son spent $1. on the sight to give me extra play money chips. I am 73 years old on a small fixed social security income, so I do not spend money on chips when I am a decent player and can keep winning them whenever I play. Last week I got an email notification saying that I had just spent $100. to purchase 800, 000 chips which did enter my account. I did not order those play money chips, which I did not need, nor could I afford at that outrageous price, but they used the credit card my son used to purchase the $1. worth of chips 6 months ago. I do not live with my son and do not have access to his credit card, and he absolutely did not make that $100. purchase last week on my behalf. So that means that pureplay must have stored my son's credit card number, and obviously in a not so secure area, because someone either from pureplay, or just a hacker, had access to it. They did put all 800, 000 chips in my account, however, according to them, I have been using those chips (which I have not done), so that is the reason they gave for refusing to refund my son's credit card for the unauthorized purchase and taking back the unordered chips. The problem is that all 800, 000 chips are still in there. They refuse to acknowledge that either a gross error was made on their part, or that someone may have hacked into my account (even though it doesn't really look that way because the chips are still there), and they refuse to credit back my son's credit card because he never authorized that purchase, especially for the outrageous amount of $100. You would think that they would be concerned that they had used a credit card that was illegally stored in their database without the permission of the third party cardholder who is now in a state of shock because he is out $100. They have as much as told me that they don't care, because they say they have all the proof on their side that they did nothing wrong. If they do have the "proof", they must have manufactured it because it is not based on reality. They don't care that I have explained to them that I am 73, under the care of a cardiologist, and this situation has caused me so much stress that I might have another attack. All I can say is, DO NOT USE PUREPLAY, and if you do DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

I won A tournament early september 2016 and the first prize was $300.00 It is Dec 10 2016 and still yet to be paid my prize.I have e mailed them 5 times and they kept on saying the cheque was send and after they are not responsible if the cheque is lost in the mail. They also state that they they do not have anyway of tracking the cheque and after 1 month the prize is voided.I have contacted them before the month was over regarding cutting another cheque but I did not get a feed back until another month. I have kept all the copies of the e mails and contemplating the next step to stop this from happening to another person.

They took 24.99 from me twice on accounts i did not authorize them to take money from. When they were contacted they said they received no payments from me or my card. Yet my bank said they did and now they do not want to give me my money back. They are a fraudulent company who prays on gamer's and takes advantage of them.

PurePlay fraud

I registered for this free offer of 14days free and after that i'd have to pay. They advertised it as you will not be charged for registering your credit card. I registered my credit card few days ago fr today, I didnt use my pin/code though cause thats for confirmation of a purchase. Then today as I seen my credit card statement it shows that this purplay and another company r taking money fr my account, 20doollars here and there, even 1, 2 dollars. Thats unbelievable I didnt make a single purchase with them, I didnt even get email fr them asking me to purchase or have a confirmation of using/meaning I didnt personally purchase anything. So my transaction information shows these company's using my card, taking money without me ever knowing and not making a real complete purchase. How would they know my cv/pin code to do this? The other company I called to ask them about why they could use anyone's credit card without the person knowing is ireel.com they say since I registered my card a a free trial member they then use my card to purchase. Thats fraud rate there, I can only make purchases with my credit card no body else. Just cause I registered it doesnt mean the terms and conditions can use it for purchasing without the card holders consent. Please help me thank you [protected]@gmail.com

Just do what I did, call your card company and lodge a fraud report against them. Your card company should be able to credit your account.

I was a paid member for a long time and could win if I played correctly

once I stopped being a paid member I could no longer win I even bought chips but they still blocked my ability to win I was told I had to let them put cookies on my computer and I did let them do it one time but it screwed up my computer so bad I had to have an expert come in and paid him to fix it

now I am blocked and can not win no matter how well I play this site should be taken down for good or until they stop blocking individual players

PurePlay scam

When I first joined several months ago. I would win sometimes. Enough to keep paying to play. But since the site has changed I never win money games. I alway win point games and game to get into the large money games. I have notice the play is different from game to game.

Most of the time in a money game I will win some points at the beginning, but when it gets down to the last 50 players the hands change and it gets harder to get a good hand. I get the feeling that the site is set up to allow a person to have a little fun but not to win anything. So I have stopped paying to play and play the lower games to try to pay for playing but even at that level it hard to win.

I sent them an email to let them know I wouldn't be paying to play. They responded back and still continue to send me emails wanting money from me to play. I have done this before to them. But a few months ago I referred my mother to them and they gave me 50 for the referral so I used that to play. I have played poker for several yrs and have read several books. I know I'm not the average player I should be able to make enough to pay to play.

I would like to see them investigated and to hear back if anything is wrong with this site.
