Puregold-Better Living / Selling of defective products

1 Philippines Review updated:

For those planning to use their money to buy big ticket items, better avoid buying anything from this store. We bought a coffee mug at Puregold Better Living, Paranaque. The mug has a small pinhole which is unnoticeable at the time of purchase because it is covered with the bar-coded price sticker. We only found out that it has a hole when he washed the mug. We tried to have the item replaced presenting the tape receipt to together with the item but the store supervisor denied a replacement and told us that we were the ones who caused the pinhole. Even if you drill or stuck a nail in a ceramic mug, no matter how careful you are, you will completely break the mug. Clearly, the hole was a manufacturing defect.

To cut the story short, even if the product is defective, Puregold will not replace it. Better use your hard-earned money somewhere else as this is a "CHEAP" store! BEWARE!!!
