I took advantage of the free weeks supply of Acai berries-pay only S&H. I received the bottle without any information. Two weeks later my bank account was debited for $74.76, but without an additional shipment of anything.

Since it was a debit, I have no idea what to do. Any advice?

I have tried to reach PureAcaiaBerries.com to demand a refund and the phone rings and rings and then a message tells me it is going to disconnect now? I notified my Pay Pal Debit card of the fraud and they are looking into the matter.

I ordered the sample of Acai berries thru an email for the cost of S&H. Today my debit card was charged $74.76. I called the PH# 1-888-289-8740 to demand a refund. I was told I will receive a refund when I return the shipment. I don't anticipate being able to do that because the sample didn't have any paperwork in it not even a return address. My bank can not flag this name O H Thorton to deny any charges because it is sent thru as an ATM transaction, therefore, I will have to cancel my debit card to ensure that this scam doesn't hit me twice. I have gone to other "Acai Berries" sights and most of them have a terms that you have to click on to read, and I suppose there was one on the sight that got me...in the Tool Bar WAAAAAAAAY DOWN BELOW THE SUBMIT BUTTON!!!

I was charged the 74.00 without my consent and now I cannot get in touch with anyone to refund my money. What do I do??

I'm in the same condition as the others.My card has been billed for $ 74 +. How do I get my money back for this?

Not only couldn't I reach someone for days when I discovered the charge of $74.95, but when I finally did I only had two days to return the bottle of pills. I went to the post office and mailed the package and paid for a tracking receipt. They said it had to be returned by the 14th of August to be credited to my account. When I checked my computer and the tracking number, it stated that it was returned on the 14th. I waited another week to call. As usual no one answered the phone until the 21st. of August. I told the girl Katie that my package went back and was received on time for my refund. She told me they didn't receive it till the 2oth. and it was too late for a refund. Now I have to send her a fax proving that the package was indeed received on time. They have some scam going. Isn't anyone able to fix this?

I did the same thing...and I called them because my credit card was used, they gave me the number and I told this scam company that I was returning the package..that was 74.76 I called them during their business hours and they didnt answer the call..WHat a crock..be careful of these idiots

I sent for sample bottle 4.95 got it -----then was billed 74.95 and later 5.95---we must call the attorney Generals Office and try to get our money back that was taken out of account.

The terms listed with the order of the free trial (only cost of S/H) state that they will continue to send monthly shipments until notified otherwise. I got my month's supply shipment a few days later than anticipated, but am totally satisfied with the product. I ordered other samples with same terms and merely returned the "month" supply and was given my refund. I did call the company when I saw the charge on my on line account, but they explained the terms and when I checked they were correct.

Me too! same exact experience... tried the sample and now i have been charged too 74 and i am on my way to my bank to close my account...if you can get ahold of them please let me know...waiting. G.H. IT IS DEFINETLY A SCAM WATCH OUT

Wow, I am not the only one that has been scammed by this company! Can't the Attorney Generals office do something. I have learned a valuable lesson. Never, ever, ever order anything like samples on-line. If it looks too good to be true - it usually is!!!

OH MAN! I FEEL LIKE A DOOF! HERE I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A GOOD DEAL, NEVER THOUGHT I'D END UP PAYING $76 FOR A FREE SAMPLE!!!

i order a sample and paid for it like they asked and now they sent me a bottle and i did not authorise it either or ask for it and they took it out of my bank account i want my money returned and ill send them this bottle they sent me. please help me in this matter i called the number on this site they told me that there were a lot of responcess so it would be 35 min before i could talk to someone and gave me the web address www.gohelpnow.com for futher assistane yea right try that one please help me sincerly roobie

I paid shipping and handling for a sample. then my account was charged $74 for a bottle which I did receive in mail. I call 800 number and was given a return authoriztion number. I sent product back as instructed. that was 8/20; it's now 9/12 and my money has still not been put back into my account. I too feel scammed and will not order any more samples over internet.

I do not want any products sent to me at all. I would appreciate it very much. If you want someone to return your products, you should have given your mailing address. I see the only way to contact anyone is by email in reference to a complaint. All I want from this company is to have my name deleted from you mailing list and I do not want any more products charged to my account. Since I cannot talk to a live person and must email a complaint. My customer ID: 1653661. I do not want to close my checking account, but if I have too just to keep money from being deducted from my account I will. Please email and confirm that no products will be sent to me. I am not authorizing your company to take money from my account anymore. Thanks

I also have been charged for product but never received anything. I do not want to be charged again nor do I want the oriduct any longer. Please help me in this situation. Thank you

THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPUTER SCAM ARTIST, BUT I HAVE MY BANK INVESTIGATING THEM RIGHT NOW AND THEY WONT GET AWAY WITH TAKING 79.33 FROM MY ACCOUNT. SOMEBODY REALLY NEEDS TO STOP THESE COMPUTER HACKERS AND SCAM ARTIST THAT ARE SO DESPERATE AND BROKE THAT THEY HAVE TO TAKE MONEY FROM OTHERS WHO WORK AND WORK HARD TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR FAMILIES. THIS COMPANY WILL PAY AND I ALSO WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH THE FBI WHO HAS A SPECIAL SECTION FOR COMPUTER SCAMS, SO THESE ACAI PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY HAVE GOTTEN AWAY WITH SCAMMING PEOPLE AND MAYBE SOMEWHERE SHOPPING WITH ALL OF OUR MONEY, YOU ARE NOT MORE POWERFUL AND SMARTER THAN THE FBI
