My credit card has been charged for something I did not order, I did try their Free Trial (5 Days) and that was all. Never ordered any more but was billed for it!

I tried their on-line promo. Paid s&h, received a 5 day supply. Thought no more about it, and today received an unexpected & unsolicited 60 count bottle of PureAcaiBerry. Haven't seen my credit card statement, but feel reasonably sure that I have been charged for something I didn't order. I want this charge taken off my card! - Bob Moore

I got an confirmation from you stating that I didn't want to be subcribe to this within ten days. and you still sent me a set of pills. I am calling my credit card company to notified to not accept payment. Again, please don't send me anything.

I have not received another shoppment of the PUREACAIBERRY pills, but my account has been charged $74. If these pills do arrive, I want clearance to return them and get a credit on my card. I am not interested in takeing them any longer. Do not feel they helped me.

Please cancel any future orders, and remove my name from your mailing list.

I also tried thier promo and had 74 dollars charged to my CC. I have notified the BBB and my attorney is checking to see what can be done to get my money back. Good luck to all who have used this product and been scammed, to those who haven't, DON'T

The same thing happened to me too. After reading the complaints I went to the website and there it was!!! THE FINE PRINT!! It gets you everytime! I cancelled the subscription, but I went to my account and was already billed my first months supply. $74 and some odd cents. I tried the product and it seem to be working. I was going to the website to order another bottle and saw the complaints about unauthorized charges. Thank goodness I read it or the company would have continued to bill me for on-going pills.

I ordered a trial bottle of acai berri and authorized $.497 shipping charged to my bank account. Before I ever received a sample, my account was charge $74.76. In addition I was charged to other samples unknown to me from this web site. My bank account was also charged $59.95. In addition, I have numerous shipping charges from 3.87 to 4.95 erroneously charged to my account.

I have called the 800 and 888 numbers which show on my bank statements every day and only get the mail box is full; call is after business is closed for the day, etc. There is also a reference to web page - go there to unsubscribe. I did and there is no place at the bottom of page to inscribe (it is not there). I have written to customer service 4 times and have not received a response. Today I finally got a person on the phones who directed me to a web page that does not exist!

Do not do business with this company unless you want you bank account overdrawn!

I gave permission to charge my card for four dollars and ninety-five cents for a free sample of something I can't even take, because of health issues. The next thing I know my credit card has been charged $74.95 not once but twice. this is done without my permission. I want my money back, I'm on a fixed income and this illegal charge has made a real hardship on me and my family. What can we do to rectify this big problem.

I also was charged for something that I did not order. I did order the trail bottle but then a 60 Capsule bottle showed up. What a ripe off. How can I get my money back. And Please do not charge my credit card again. thanks

I have tried calling many times and can't get in touch with anyone. I ordered the "trial size" only had to pay shipping then 12 days later was charged another $74.76 with no contact information included in the packaging, I called my credit card company right away.
