Pure Nutrients - I can't say this is a real scam but from other complaints I have read - it qualifies

I can't say this is a real scam but from other complaints I have read - it qualifies. I took advantage of what the company called a "FreeTrial" I didn't even open it when it arrived. My credit card company called and asked me if I knew that I have a 93.00 charge to my account. It was past the 14 day free trial period; so I got charged for the so-called free...

Pure Nutrients use celebrity names to steal

Three billing names so far, Bait and Switch, bottom line they are robbing the public with deceptive practices. Use Dr. Oz, Oprah. Natures Cleanse By far the best and most comprehensive colon cleanse product that we tested. It was highly recommended by Dr Perricone on Fox News during his segment on Superfoods for weight loss as well as on Oprah Winfrey. Our of the 35 products we tested, it got the highest grades from effectiveness, easy of use, taste and quality of active ingredients. Each of our 5 testers lost between 13 - 16 lbs in roughly 3 days of use. All reported having more energy and a less bloated feeling stomach. Natures Cleanse was the most effective colon cleanse product we could find on the market. They actually guarantee your satisfaction and provide a free 30 day trial. Credit Card billed 5-6-09 by healthyonlineliving.net $5.95 Shipping Easy Genuine Cleanse $5.95 Shipping 5-21-09 by Nature Cleanse Pure Nutrient $88.00 Called company and complained, Offered several specials no refund, Called credit company informed them of double charges. Credit card company removed the disputed charge. Called Natures Cleanse and cancelled order, spoke with John at 4:00 PM 5-12-09 was given cancellation number jn4627902. Credit card again billed posted on 5-24-09, this time by Nature Cleanse Pure Nutrient, for the sum of $88.00, Called credit card company and again complained of fraudulent charges. This company has used three different names for billing since 5-6-09 till 5-24-09.

Pure Nutrients SCAM!!! Socialsteals.com / IMM Interactive / Pure Nutrients

Natures Cleanse, by Pure Nutrients is a total scam and rip off. I saw a few months ago these products being sold on SOCIALSTEALS.com. I started to investigate, and months later I found out who was behind this scam. The name of the company is Intermark Media, now IMM Interactive ( www.imminteractive.com). The president of this company is Mike Krongel, who ran this scam, using his affiliate network to dupe consumers to buying his product, who I found out is now being sued by the FTC, for false advertising and promoting these scam products: http://www.ftc.gov/os/caselist/1023232/index.shtm . The number to the company is: [protected]. They were behind Pure Nutrients, as well as many other scam products such as Eternal ResV, which I also saw them selling on Socialsteals.com. Report them to the BBB, FTC, and your Attorney General, and stop them from doing this ever again. The FTC is already taking them down, but I’m sure our complaints can only help their case. Pure Nutrients SCAM! Intermark Media SCAM ! IMM Interactive SCAM ! Social Steals SCAM! Socialsteals.com SCAM !

IMM Interactive is bad news. They scam everyone and only care about themselves. Watch out.

Pure Nutrients customer service number always busy

I have tried the product for several months, and decided I do not want to get any more shipments. I have tried to call their customer service number for the past 3 days, and all I ever get is a busy signal.
They did not include any website or email contacts with the shipment paperwork .

Pure Nutrients colodetox xr

I had ordered the free trial of this product which was only going to cost me $2.49. I didn't receive the product until almost two weeks later, which didn't give me much time to try the product out. The on 10/21/09 my vista was charged $89.89. I called to have this product cancelled & a refund credited to my visa. On 10/26/09 I got a credit on my visa of the $89.89, but then on 11/09/09 I was billed again in the amount of $34.00, then on 12/09/09 I got billed 12/09/09 for 39.95 and now just a couple days ago on 1/7/2010 I billed again for $39.95. This is totally wrong for a company to get away with this especially after I had cancelled the product. I have contacted my back to filed a complaint with my bank, plus I am closing my back card to stop the monies from coming out. The total amount that has been charged from my visa is $116.39 and only one bottle of the product.

After trying the product i started getting severe headaches and when i canceled i was told i would be refunded the money they took $89.After several calls and almost a month later now they say that the money is lost and because of an internal problem and i will get my money. If after almost 4 weeks they cant refund it then im sure i have been taken by a low life company with bad business practices. Now im having the pills tested to find out why they gave me headaches and if there is something in the product that is not supposed to be there then they can deal with a lawyer.tomspavingco@yahoo.com

I have had the same problem, in fact if you go to 24/7 help site and get the talk help line don't ask for a refund because they suddenly can not find your information and will tell you that you have the wrong site. Hollywood Brite came up as Vibrant Smile which turned to Dazzle Smile etc. They are all conected and tell you that is not so, then comes the monthly billing. I have had to cancel my credit card to get this stopped. One has to wonder just how many millions they scam before you have a chance to cancel. What a scam this is.

Pure Nutrients continued to ship & charge after concelling

I ordered a 14 day free trial of thier prodeuct that was from the Rachel Ray show ( she has removed this product from her site). The product gave me a skin reaction. I called then to cancell 3 days after it arrived.
That was in Oct / 09 and an other shipment arrived on Nov. 13th /09 and I was charged $93.95 for this one bottle of 60 pills. Shame on me I did not do my home work on this one.
So beware of this company. Theri customer service is past being bad, are all like a bunch of robots, reading a script. They were not helpful at all. When I said I had called and cancelled and had the confermation # they told me they had no record of it, there for they could charge me for it.
My credit card company put a hold on my acount when this company came up with a charge on it. When I call them they told me that they had to many complaints on them and would not releace funds with out speaking to me. So I would think be for useing them.

Pure Nutrients terms and conditions misleadsing

On 9/25/09 I ordered a free trial of the ColoDetox XR from Pure Nutrients via the web. I was supposed to have 14 days to try the product and then cancel before incurring the cost of the next month’s supply.
On 11/14/09 I received my first delivery of the product. It contained a bill for $93.95. So I called to cancel because I changed my mind about it.
The customer service rep said that I received my first shipment on 10/01/09. And in fact they provided a tracking number that says it delivered. But I assure you, (1) I was out of the country at the time and (2) the person checking my mail didn’t receive it, and a thorough inspection of the house did not yield the first delivery…so it may have inadvertently been delivered to another house. No signature was required so we will never know what happened to it. (USPS # [protected]-267-9170)
I then asked speak to the Supervisor. She gave her name as Natalie and told me that she was unable to give her last name. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that she was the end of the line. In my mind, if you are not hiding anything, your full name should not be an issue. After all, they have all my information including my credit card info!

I was told repeatedly that per terms they would not provide a refund even if I returned the unopened product.
I did not understand from their web terms that they meant 14 days from the date of web order, not 14 days from receipt of product. So if you live locally to their distribution in CT, then you might have the product 12 days to make a decision. In my case, being in CA, I would have had 6 days to make my decision, even though I was not in the country and never received it. I also didn’t understand that my “free trial” was really only free if I called within 14 days of a web order. So they charged me for the free trial $88 Plus $2.95 shipping on a product never received. Then the second order came in and they charged me again $88 plus $5.95 shipping and handling. No matter how much I tried to reason with them, they could not understand the poor logic in their “terms”, nor were they willing to accept an unopened product for a full refund minus the shipping and handling. I was willing to eat the first $88 for my mistake. But they stood strong that they were keeping the $88 + $2.95 + $88 + $5.95. I told them that I would file a complaint wth BBB, but they were not shaken. When I went to the BBB website, I knew why. They are not a memeber. BUYER BEWARE!

However, I did managed to cancel my account so there will be no future orders, but I am out $184.90. In my mind, this is unacceptable and now I want a full refund on the entire amount.

ORDER THIS "TRIAL" AND YOU REALLY GET 'REEMED'. I wish I'd have done my homework on these fraudsters before ordering the "free trial". Despite THREE calls from their reps to confirm the trial order, I told each one I just wanted to TRY the product and had NO INTENTION of continuing to order from them. I specifically stated I was only authorizing a $2.49 ship/handling charge on my card and they were to send no further products or make any other charges. They NEVER mentioned that they would do this, but I was suspcious (now, I see with good reason), so I thought I would verbally state my agreement.

I can't get my CC company to reverse the $89 charge (for nothing!), so I am filing complaints with

FTC
State A.G.'s office
Filing in small claims court for fee, unauth'd charge, and my time to resolve this

I also copied NBC news about this scam.

Pure Nutrients charged after cancellation

I ordered a 14 day trial of ColoDetox XR. The shipping charge of $2.49 hit my bank on 9/29/09. I cancelled the order on 10/01/09. On 10/14/09 my account was charged $89.00 for the product. When I originally called I was told the product had not been shipped yet and the account was cancelled. I ended up receiving the product and a charge. I am returning the product in the original package, untouched. I was told when I called today that I could not receive a refund, no way, but they would send me 2 more bottles and cancel my account. I was placed on hold while the representative spoke with a supervisor regarding my situation. I never got to speak to any so called supervisor. I don't want the product, have previously cancelled the product and am now returning the product.

I just want the $89.00 credited to my account and assurance the account has been closed. I have also contacted my bank to reject any charges from Pure Nutrients to try and protect my account.

Thank you for any help in this matter.

Pure Nutrients fraudulent practices

Please don't let my horrible experience be yours. I ordered a "free" sample and paid shipping. THEN I learned the trick is that there is a 14 day trial period. NEVER knew of any 14 day trial- never authorized any further payments, but they did. About 30 days after I ordered my free sample, it shipped out via UPS. By the time I received it, the 14 days was up. When I saw the invoice and that they had charged me a prepayment of $93.95, they refused to reimburse. They said it is Company Policy to never reimburse the consumer. Even though they waited and shipped the Natures Cleanse out on 7-18-09, and I received it on 7-23-09, my 14 days was up and they would not reimburse. This very much appears to be Fraudelent Business Practices and is an Adverse Event caused by apparent fraudulent practices of Pure Nutrients of Melbourne, Fla and Orange, Conn. Please be aware of as you review this product which makes my wife and eye burn by its use (we ordered separately and we tried her product and burned from it). She too went through the same scenerio and was told that the company does not reimburse.

Pure Nutrients stealing my money

I ordered a sample of Pure Nutrients Cleanse and not until I had entered my account infromation did it say anything about automatically charging me $88 each month. I called the very next day and cancelled but they state that I made not such call. When the sample arrived I refused it and returned it UNOPENED. A week later I recieve my bank statement and they had charged me $88 for a shipment I had not received. Again I called only to find out that they did not have any record of me cancelling. On June 4, 2009 they credited me $44 but refused to credit the remaining amount. I just received my second bank statement and it shows where on June 4, 2009 they charged me another $93.95 for product I never even received. Before that date a second shipment came and I also refused it and returned it UNOPENED. I just got off the phone with "Albert #24214" who informed me that they don't have to refund me anything even though I have not received their product. I want my money back and will go to what ever lengths it takes to see that this is done. Sharon Begemann

Pure Nutrients scam!!!

I placed an order for Nature Cleanse for the 13 day free trial. On the 13th day after ordering I tried to call the number to Customer Service and cancel the order, I was put on hold and left there for about 3 hours. I never got to talk to anyone. On the 14th day of the free trial I called and tried to cancel the order, I was put on hold most of the day (hours)! I still never got to talk to anyone! They were Closed the 15th day so on Monday morning (today) the 16th day I called the company to cancel my order. They said that they would cancel the order but that they would still charge my account for the $88.00. I explained the process of trying to reach them the previous days and they didnt seem to care. I also explained that I will be contacting the the Att. Generals office and the BBB. That didnt seem to bother them either.

This 14 day trial is a SCAM! I would stress that you DO NOT take this free 14 day trial offer. They will still charge your account!

Pure Nutrients cannot cancel order

I tried the product and when I wanted to cancel the order, I called the above number and was on the phone for approximately 45 min waiting for someone to answer. Then an animated voice told me to go to the website. The voice said the above web address first and then said it was "[protected]@purenutrientsproducts.com. Either way, there is no way to cancel an order that will bill me monthly unless I cancel, which, of course, is what I want to do.

I just found out about the charge today and I am totally peeved. Not only am I going to spend hours on the phone tonight with my bank having them stop the payment but my sister was on the phone with them at the same time...they couldn't find their supervisor she said...They are a scam and I plan on suing them for all the false advertisement...I even took pictures for proof.

I totally agree. I have never ordered a "FREE" trial before either, but will never do it again. They're all scams! These people are crooks - "dirtbags", as TL stated. I rec'd my "sample" and just saw a charge of $89.00 on my credit card. When I called to cancel, I got the run-around about how they couldn't credit the $89.00 because I didn't cancel within the "trial" period. What trial period? Talk about false advertising...it is totally misleading. Total Rip Off! I've learned a valuable leason...if it sounds too good to be true, then it IS too good to be true.

Pure Nutrients scam

Hi By now you have probably heard of Pure Nutrients sending out a cleansing product try a free sample and pay shipping only. Of course there is some fine print that I agreed to and apparently (I didn't read it) it states if you do not return the item in a certain amount of days you are charged a 88cent international fee and $88.00 for the product. Surprise. I called and received an address in New York from Mel #70866, got the address and stopped any future payments confirmation of mv4886120. The product is just a basic cleansing capsule with cascara sagranda, aloe flax marshmallow pepperming slippery elm and rhubarb probably would retail normally for $6.95. It is called Nature Cleanse 60 capsules. The address on the label is Pure Nutrients 3280 Suntree Boulevard Suite 101 Melbourne FL [protected]. The number I called was BEST GENUINE CLEANSE [protected] KN Thats all the info I have, thank you so much
I did get the companies url see above
Also I contacted Oprah Winfrey, it looks as though she is recommending this product, if anyone can get the word out Oprah can.

Pure Nutrients misrepretation of product sales

I ordered on 6/7/09 Nature Cleanse & Acal Advanced and was charged $5.95 for each on 6/8/09. UPS delivered the product on 6/15/09. I had 14 days trial as advertised and was billed $88.00 on my VISA 6/24/09. This was not the advertised trial of 14 days...it was only 10 days.
I canceled everything this morning and was told I could only be refunded $44.00 of the $88.00 charged to me.
This is not acceptable and I want the balance of $44.00 credited to my VISA immediately.
My cancelation number is #4910450TC'
Please confirm this has been taken care of as soon as possible.

I have the same issue as everyone else. I called to cancel and get a refund, explained that I was sick during the 14day trial period so haven't even used the product, still in its originally sealed bottle. I said I would return it and get a refund and the guy kept trying to sell me the product and wouldn't refund anything! What a scam, false advertising, and everything bad a company can do to a customer! Wish I would have seen this before hand. I want my money back!

Pure Nutrients overdrawn bank acct.

UPS or whoever delivered this bottle of Nature cleanse, delivered it to my neighbor (left it on porch). Wondering why I haven't received this product, and before the cancellation date, I found out by my Doctor that I can't take this product because of my medical condition Didn't have your website nor company number. I began by asking the neighbors and fortunately my neighbor had the package, just received it today on the 23rd.
By getting the product late and previously finding out I cannot use it by my doctor, caused me to be late with my cancellation. My account is overdrawn and I'm asking for a refund on the money that was taken out my account. I do have the product and can send it back. The package was torn open so I could get the number to Pure nutrients to inform them what happen. Can you Please
send me a return package and address so I can send this back. Or email me on what options I have toward my refund.

Pure Nutrients should not have charged to credit card

Company claims i did not send product within 14 day period, which is false . I sent it back the same day i recieved it . I refused it . When i placed this order, I called the company back, the same day, to verify what I was going to be charged, and the customer service agent told me $19.95, in which I told him, I did not want that charged to my acct. I was only going to pay for the shipping and handling ($5.95) He said order had probably gone out already and couldn"t cancel it, so he told me, as soon as I received the product, to send it back, which I did. I want a full refund of what was charged my credit card acct. $5.95 and $88.00 NEVER DID I OPEN OR KEEP THIS PRODUCT IN MY POSSESSION AFTER 14 DAYS! YOUR RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY INSISTED THAT I HAD KEPT THIS PRODUCT LONGER THAN THE 14 DAYS AND THAT I HAD NOT CALLED TO CANCEL, WHICH IS DOWNRIGHT ABSURD, SINCE I TOLD YOU PEOPLE I DID NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT CHARGED TO MY ACCT. AGAIN I WANT A FULL REFUND OF THOSE CHARGES TO MY ACCT. MY CUSTOMER # IS 480-6786 THANX, MS. GARCIA

This was a 14 day free trial offer. I ordered this product on 5-18-09 it was shipped on 5-20 and I sent it back on 5-30. I was charges $88 for this product on 6-2. This was four days after I returned the product. This website did not disclose that you could not return the product or how much the product was if you decided to keep using it. I called today to find out why I didn't receive a refund and was told there are no refunds and we do not receive returned products. This is a scam and I want it looked into. I don't want any one else getting ripped off.

Pure Nutrients return policy

Make sure you read the very fine print, very very small
I sell retail and if a customer is not happy they can return anytime
Good Customer Service!
It is not really free to try! After 14 day you buy that bottle plue they send you another one and $181 dollars later you are toast
My Dr. told me not to take and because I miss the 14 day notice
They have sent me another bottle for $93.95 plus charged for the free bottle so that make it not free - Right!

What a scam!

Pure Nutrients no refund on unauthorized credit card charge

I agreed to a free trial of Nature Cleanse, where I was only asked to pay $5.95 shipping by credit card, and within 14 days, at exactly midnight, my credit card was charged $88.00. I called company and they said they would not refund my $88.00 that was unathorized and was charged on my credit card that I used to pay the shipping cost for the product.
The website is set up so that a seperate link that you must click on, takes you to their "terms and conditions" page. It is misleading to offer a free trial, then say that the consumer only has 14 days to cancel the future shipments and charges of products every month.
Within that 14 days, I became sick to my stomach after taking the product which consists of scary natural laxative suppliments, that eventually dehydrate the body, instead of eliminating the waste properly, the way the human body is designed to do.
This company was very rude to me when I demanded a refund, and they stood by their "Terms and conditions" statement, and would say nothing more, except that I could cancel and my credit card will not be billed next month, and every month thereafter.
I paid an extra $25 to stop payment on the unauthorized charges on my bank debit/credit card, and cancelled the card, but the money was still not credited back into my account after 5 business days. Please spread the word that this company is running a scam, misleading people into believing they are getting a free trial of 30 pills (a month's supply), when it is only 14 days. If you don't click on the tiny link at the bottom of website, and view their terms and conditions, you will be charged $88 every month for laxatives that do not work!

Pure Nutrients misleading on the 14 day trial date

I want to tell everyone thinking about this product, don't fall for it like I did.
I saw the ad on the internet and ordered it. The information given is very misleading.
I odered it on the 29th of may, I recieved it on june 8th and my credit card was billed june 12.
I tryed calling as soon as I recieved it on the 8th because I read the very small print that my card was going to be billed $88.00 on the 15th day. Well when placing the order that is not made clear for one and for two they started counting down my 14 days as soon as I placed the order.
I only had the product a few days before my card was billed. It's funny after a week of trying to call them, they finally answer after the 15th day. Wow!
I want my money back. I am so upset I don't trust even trying the product now.
This is a very bad way they do business.
If there is someone out there that can help me please contact me. [protected]@aol.com

My husband and I were looking into these products for a couple of months. It looked ok, but we were very sceptical. Finally we decided we had nothing to loose to pay only S&H so we ordered it. I gave my email address, but never received an email confirmation as I do with EVERYTHING I order. I dismissed that, and we received our product, and the bank showed the S&H fee. All good? Not quite. We decided we should take advantage of the trial, and placed another order. All this time, we tried to find the product for sale outright...to see the cost, but could never find it. I looked at my bank account and saw the charge for S&H for the 2nd bottle...but the address was different and there was a .50 international fee on this one. It was the same exact web site. This too had no email confirmation and I threw out the paperwork from the first bottle. I got nervous and starting looking for scam reports...then I saw this. Next to the address from my bank showing the deduction was also a phone number...each order had a different one of those too. I called one and told them I didn't want any more product or charges on my account...she said "you want to cancel your subscription?" I said yes. She gave me 2 cancelation numbers, one for each order under our address. I had no idea I had subscribed to anything. Oh, and one more thing..I noticed I had a hard time steering away from the web page...it kept popping something else up...that stuck in my head also. I am usually so careful about this stuff, and feel bad for you becuse you saved us from ourselves. And it always goes back to the same thing, If you think it's too good to be true, it probably is.
Thanks and good luck.
Good Housekeeping Magazine has a scam section in which they try for you to recup money from bad deals. If nothing else, maybe they'll post something about it as well, but they usally do pretty good. Try them...they are at least honest.
Thanks so much for posting your experience, it made it so I caught it in time...I think.

Pure Nutrients charges to credit card

Received Nature Cleanse product promo two weeks ago...have been calling for the past week to cancel order...hanging on the line for 10 minutes at a time...no human picks up to answer call.
Called my credit card company to reverse the $88.00 charge and they actually got me on the line with someone from Pure Nutrients who gave me a cancellation number and an e-mail address to file the notice. Of course, as you already know, that address is not available!
I demand that your charge for $88.00 to my credit card be reversed.
