Pure collagen Trial period scam

I live in Sydney, Australia and never shop from TV...but the one time I did, I got stung! I submitted my Credit card details over the phone to get a FREE trial of Pure Collagen NX Face Serum. I received the 30mL sample pack and my account was charged the quoted $5.47 postage and handling fee. What I wasn't aware of was that unless I actively cancelled the account within 14 days of the trial, my CC would be charged the full amount of $134.58 (I only noticed this charge after I returned from the Christmas break). I informed my bank of the error and they said they see this all the time. They registered a dispute with the company but said it would take over 90 days during which time, my CC would be debited $134.58 each month. The other option was to cancel my card or investigate it myself. SO I did investigate - it took me a while, but in my research I found lots of other complaints and forums about this company, including a FAIL report from BBB http://www.bbb.org/denver/business-reviews/health-and-diet-products-retail/pure-collagen-nx-in-aurora-co-90137912. They were good enough to supply the website and numbers. I called 3 US phone numbers and finally got the correct number from the website https://www.purecolskin.com/#sthash.03Ym9cYG.dpuf FYI the number is [protected] PD Customer Service. I got onto a helpful rep who explained that I would be able to cancel the original account but would only be refunded $45 into my CC account. I figured this is better than nothing and that I got 30mL Collagen for just under $100. I have learned my lesson and won't succumb to TV shopping scams again!

I've also been scammed by the same company. I requested a trial of Pure Collagen for a cost of $4.95, the item arrived with no note of the name of the company, no contact details. I had no idea it was a trial for 14days, the company had to be contacted to cancel any further shipment and US$98.95 was going to be taken out of my account each month. Two lots of $98.95 had been taken and no further products arrived in the mail. I cancelled my credit card and lodged a dispute with Visa. All of a sudden, 30mls of collagen
arrived in the post with a contact telephone number and name of the company. So I rang them and asked if I could return their items and be refunded. The company has refused, saying it cannot be done because I have lodged a dispute with Visa. I've just looked up their website and they have a 30 day return policy. I've emailed them, requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization number which is required when returning items. I'm waiting for a reply. I've rung Consumer and Business Affairs, they suggested to return the product via registered post and contact Visa. Good luck to anyone else who deals with them. I think they'll be out of business soon if they treat their customers in this fashion.

Pure collagen Return Refund

THIS IS SO WRONG. Get a free sample pay for P&P then they take extra money from your credit card. They have taken money out of two different credit cards. I have returned the product and Australia Post have emailed me that the parcel has been received by Pure Collagen warehouse, but when I ring them wanting my refund the call goes to America. The customer service rep KATE is very rude and abrupt, she cuts you off and is no help at all. I have sent emails requesting my money to be put back into my account but have no response. I have cancelled my credit cards so no more money can be taken out but this is WRONG I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK. PEOPLE IN AUSTRALIA NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM. NOTHING IN THIS WORLD IS FREE, SO NO FREE SAMPLES.

Pure collagen Scam and Fraud

I was sent a product that I did not order or sign up for. Less than a week later Aus $133.82 was taken out of my account under the name of Purecollegenskin.com. I have never been to this website nor authorised the transaction. I have contacted Australian Consumer Affairs, however they are unable to help as it was done by a US company. On their website there are numerous complaints. With the product was a letter stating that they would continue to send me this product on a monthly basis and charge me for it unless I cancel my account. I followed the instructions of how to do this however, as I never created an account with them I was unable to cancel it. Your help in following this up would be greatly appreciated.

Have you had any success in cancelling payments from your bank. I have been trying but as I do not have company name and address it is very hard. How have you stopped the product from arriving and taking payments.

Pure collagen Unwanted products

My husband ordered a trial product from this company and then immediately opted out of receiving any further products. We keep getting products every month and being charged for them. THere is no phone number, email address or street address that you can contact this company at. Our account status, on their website, even says that we have opted out and are not receivign products, but they still continue to come and we still get charged for them. We are going to have to cancel our credit card to stop this shocking scam. I think the Australian Federal Police should look into this matter.

Pure collagen calling them to cancel the free trial but the phone can website is bogus. They intentionally do this, so you can&t call them to cancel your order

I am trying to cancel my free trial of pure collagen skin care, since I read it is a scam. The phone have been disconnected. The company said in their ads that you can cancel anytime and you will not be charge with your credit card. There is no way to cancel your free trial or order and they automatically charge your credit card.

Pure collagen scam

Ten minutes after I ordered the "free" trial facial serum, I received an email that said they will bill my credit card $147.41. So I called right away to cancel the order before it was mailed out and not to bill me. They sent me a cancellation email and two days later I received the product! I called again and they said the order was cancelled. When I told them to refund the shipping charge because I cancelled the order before they even had time to send it out, they refused because they said it went straight to the post office. I told them that the order was cancelled before they billed my account and should not have been mailed out to begin with! Regardless of the cancellation, my account was still charged!

After already paying the postage, they have now charged me another $146 off my credit card. Please help stop these guys before the defraud the rest of the world!

I have cancelled this trial three times now, but they still persist in sending me the same items and the same letter, saying that they are going to bill me at the end of 17 days from the date of order for $147 .41. What is with this mob ? I have also tried to call the number on the letter [protected], with the operator telling me its the wrong number .

Pure collagen Unathorised debiting of card

I too took up a free trial on 19/12/2011 - of which no products arrived. I then noticed charges on my credit card.
Since then I ahve had a further two charges on my card of $100.65 on 03/01/12 and $ 84.28 on 02/02/12.
I have tried to make contact with this company but not been successful.

I don't want the product and I only signed up for the free trial (paying p&p only).

I like many others have been charged a large sum of money for what was described as a 'free sample'.

I too fell victim to over charging by this company on taken up their offer of a 'free trial' product 'pure collagen' on payment of £1.97 for post & package.

I later discovered I had been charged £96.35 in total for this small sample.

Pure collagen unauthorised debit from credit card

Hi
I posted a complaint about an unauthorised transaction for the full pure collagen product that I got a sample of and then an email saying that i was subscibed to their beauty plan and 103 was debited from my account straight away
Today I received an email from them saying they are refunding the amount and to end the product back when I received it
So glad I thought I would have to cancel my visa account to stop them taking any money out as has happened with others
This is where the email came [protected]@myorderhelp.com
It may be worthwhile you sending them an email with your problem
Yet to see if the money is refunded in 5-10 days

Received a free trial product and paid for postage & handling. Next month was a debit for NZ $146 and the product has arrived for the second time without any notification that on ordering the free trial that more products would continue to arrive. There is no contact information available other than a return address at a PO Box in Australia. Many other complaints online for the same product and money withdrawl.

I was offered the pure collagen offer $2.95 postage. Then had 2 other offers that Ialso purchased. The offer was to try and then if satisfied with the product they would proceed with the monthly deductions. They stated that you could cancel at any time.I thought that I could cancel if I was not happy with the product and that I had 3 weeks in which to cancel but I have not received it yet and the have taken $95.00 out of my account. They have all my details yet I have none of theirs. As I have not received the product how can I try before I buy?.Also I was hoping that there would be contact details together with the samples.I am going to try and contact my bank today to see if they are able to reverse the payment.
.What a cheek they have, I was shocked that they have done this. So BEWARE of free samples if they ask for all your details.NOT HAPPY/

As i read all the complaints - each one is reflecting exactly what has occurred in my instance. I have tried to make contact, have written letters, products returned, products rejects unopened and returned, demanded monies to be returned to my account as this was without authorisation. I only authorised the initial trial, due to having to be very careul with all skin products and sentitivity. SOMEONE help us fix this issue.

Pure collagen unauthorised debiting of credit card

I entered into a free trial which involved getting some free satchets delivered. I went away for 2 weeks and upon returning home, found 2 containers of pure collagen from a company called Revit-col.com I had not givern them permission to debit my credit card. I also found another debit on my credit card from a company called zenbodycare. I have tried unsucessfully to send an email to them to stop any ordrs coming to me but the actual website give:supportofmyorderhelp.com does not seem to exist. So far they have taken over 200 dollars from my account. I feel sick to the stomach to think how many people they have ripped of with their fraudelent actions. It makes me feel helpless as I don't know what to do next. I am calling my bank to see if they can freeze them from debiting my card. It seems that there are 2 companies involved here or maybe one operating under 2 names. It also happened to me with another product that Isigned up for which was a free product supposedly with a company called Jevenu. They got away with around $300.00 I have reported them seperately and hopefully stopped any further debiting of my card simply because I was able to get hold of a phone number. There is no phone number listed in Australia for either Revita-Col or Zenbodycare. If you can help please email me,
Chantal McAree Australia

I have had a similar incident, ordered a "Free Trial" for a simple $3.95 shipping and handling. Inside the "free trial" package was a letter in small print saying if I did not cancel in 17 days I would be enrolled in the club membership and sent a product each month for $89.99. I immediately tried to call, but my phone would blank out. Then I emailed, but they responded that the computers were down and they did not receive my cancellation in time. Another package arrived only 2 weeks after the first one, and my credit card was hit for 2 debits, one 119. and another for 147.00. DermaPure refunded after my husband called and stated we were taking it to the fraud website. I did manage to speak to someone at the number which showed up on the Visa account, and he said to return the product and I would get a refund. I did so, it was received on Jan 22 according to the post office tracking, but no refund appeared on my credit. So I called the same number again, DermaPure answered, and said I would have to call customer service at Collagen Plus. The number it assigned on my Visa debit is now out of service. We have notified the online fraud department, and my bank to pursue this as a fraud case. We blocked the Visa card and are waiting for the bank to deal with crediting my account. What a nightmare. Lesson learned: don't respond to any pop-ups! And I have more stress wrinkles as a result!

Hi girls... well I'm another who has been caught - can't believe it as I'm really careful about purchasing on the internet. I've had nearly $300 taken out of my account. They never answer their telephone, you leave a message and they don't return your call and I sent an email and they did not respond... the same thing which is happening to all of you.

Anyway, I've rung my bank and it seems that (depending on which bank you are with..) you can either cancel this deduction through a Direct Debit Cancellation Form, or better still but unfortunately you can cancel your credit card and be issued with another card (with a different number). At least that will stop the payment coming out of our bank accounts. I've also lodged a complaint with Consumer and Business Affairs so they will investigate this company.

Please I URGE YOU ALL to contact your Consumer Affairs department in your own state to investigate this company - by all of us doing this hopefully we can stop this company ripping us all off.

Pure collagen Illegally taking money from my Credit Card

Hi all, I have just been "got" (Tasmania, Australia) in exactly the same fashion. Ordered a FREE product but had to submit Credit Card details to pay $2.95 postage.
3 weeks later they took $102.38 from my Credit Card then another $96.59 on the same day!
They have since refunded the $102.38 but it seems impossible to be able to reach anyone to complain or communicate.
Purchased mine through Zen Body Care on line but it is the Pure Collagen product...not even sure who to try and complain to although it was Zen that deducted my money illegally.
Well, we live and learn-I hope :-)

I would also like to add that the terms state that you have a 15 day trial periiod on the sample and if you are not satisfied with the product you must return the sample within that time frame. If you have tested the product how can you return it. It is already used. false advertising and terms.

the only way to stop the debits to your account it appears, is to cancel your card and have a new one issued with a different number . I returned all items, except the first freeby?, the next day requesting refund but have received nothing. Am currently requesting my bank to return the debits as fraudulent activity, however they advise me it may not be possible as there may have been a clause in the so called contract that binds me to the transactions. So I end up with no product and loss of funds. By the way card was cancelled and new one issued, no more problems. Will wait and see if bank can get funds back.

Hmmm Just found out the same charges for me. I signed up on a freebies website and got two little sachets for the trouble then same thing. Rang the number you gave above and much appreciated. They tried to tell me product was already sent and then said I could return it and they would refund half now and half after it was received back. Argued the point to no avail. He also tried to tell me had been delivered on 26 Dec! No postie on that day. Refused to give me a number for the Australian office which he says dispatched it. But did get address of 6 Ross Place, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164.

Same thing ordered the free sample of Purecollagen from Revita-Col paid the postage via my CC for $3.95, when I received my bank statement I have been NOT only charged $3.87 + $0.11+ $103.16 + $3.09 . I have contacted my bank and the above number and was given this number [protected], I also sent this email todca@dca.ca.gov which i am awaiting a response.
* I would like an explanation as to what gives you the right to help yourself to other peoples accounts
Your advertisement is misleading you offer a free sample then charge $3.95 postage which is a rip off in its self-
BUT then you help yourself to my account for another $106.25- I am a working Aboriginal women with 7 children to provide for at home,
I was allowing myself a small luxury which I could afford now I have taken from my kidz! HOW DARE YOU
I expect my monies returned and compensation for your dishonesty.

Ladies, after ALOT of research I have found their distributors Australian phone number: [protected] and speak to Diane who is their account manager. She cannot give out any details as she only has their personal email address, but she will contact them on your behalf and request they contact you. Apparently they are good at responding. Phew!

Hi there, I had the same thing happen, although nothing has been taken out of my cc yet. Try emailing ccbillsupport@ccbill.com found on the website http://revita-col.com (which was on the invoice sent to me). I received a reply from them stating that they had no record of any subscription or purchase orders, so I have just scanned them the invoice / receipt with all my billing details on it and am waiting a reply. If you go into the privacy policy: http://revita-col.com/privacy.html there is an email address for complaints which is a government email address: dca@dca.ca.gov or another email address is listed: service@revita-col.com. Please all let us know how you get on!

Same thing here, applied for free sample of Pure Collagen through Revita-Col and only had to pay postage. Was supposed to get a small bottle but instead 2 tiny satchels arrived. The only thing enclosed with this was a pick item list, which has my address and a P.O. Box for Revita-Col and no contact phone number. $100.95 was taken out of my account last week but have seen no product. I have tried looking for a contact email address or something other than a p.o. box for this company. Is there anyone out there that can help me please contact me at karenkennedy@live.com.au - THANK YOU

Pure collagen unauthorised money from credit card

After clicking on a link via facebook, I was shown an advert for FREE antiwrinkle cream, all you had to do was pay postage & packaging. After I entered my bank details I cancelled the transaction. When the product arrived I was shocked, even more so they had taken the postage from my account purecollagenx.com £2.97. 2 weeks later they had taken over £96 from my account. I have since looked into this company further and at no time was I advised I was signing up for a trial, or a contract and certainly did not go ahead with the transaction.
I am waiting from the company and will try and cancel this amount with my bank. To be on the safe side I have also cancelled my card as it seems this company send details to other parties. If my money is not fully refunded I shall be writing to every government these partnering companies are associated with!

Pure collagen - Same thing happened to me. They tricked me by sampling their product, then they charged me US$197 three weeks later without my authorization. Unbelievable! They are still doing this business.

Pure collagen Fraudulantly taking money from my bank account

I have just written to Watchdog BBC UK to complain about this company in all they took nearly £400 from my bank account. I contacted the bank and they said that they could not do anything and that the only way to stop this was to cancel my debit card. Also contacted the company all to no avail. I would urge every one who is affected to contact Watchdog and Rip off Britain - the more people the better the chance of getting something done about this company. It can't be acceptable to take money out of peoples bank accounts without their permission.

I have just written to Watchdog and believe that the more people that write the higher the chance that something could be done about this company. I am also taking out court action against this company through the small claims court and will also contact Rip Off Britain. We cannot let this company do this to ordinary people I lost nearly £400 because they refused to stop taking money out of my account and the bank said that they could do nothing to stop them - this can't be right.

I agreed to a sample which I didn't receive and today received 2 parcels in the mail and checked bank statement and have been billed $103.94. The email address given on confirmation of sample is apparently incorrect because it has come back unable to deliver.I am extremely p----ed off as I am usually very careful.I thought I was getting a sample and it was an Australian company, instead I have also been charged by the bank for an international transfer.i.e.USA .Seems like another international SCAM

I have a similar problem. I ordered one product from the website 4 months ago, now I have been sent 3 face serums costing me £140 each time. I have spent a month trying to sort this out and now it has happened again! On their website it claims a bottle will last over a month, so why am I being sent 3 a month?! Which I never ordered or agreed to, or have any use for. I have asked by e-mail for information of the agreement but so far nothing. I ordered one product months ago that I could afford at the time and now I am being charged for products I don't want and can not afford. This has caused me a lot of stress, especially after under going brain surgery 7 months ago. Really need some advice on how to deal with this. Thank you.

I have encountered the same problems with Pure Collogen. Exactly the same as others I received two small sachets as my free trial then they started taking money from my account and sent me two packages containing 3 jars of cream. I opened the first but not the second which arrived the following day. I decided to cancel and sent an e mail but was returned as failed.to cut a long story short I eventually got through to an agent on this UK number [protected]. I also got a RMA number so I can send back the unopened package and wait for a refund. The lesson learned is DO NOT apply for any online offers. Hope this is a help for others who've been stung.

I am very concerned that this is allowed to happen I spoke to my bank and they said that they could not stop the payments being taken out of the bank and the only way to do it was to cancel my debit card and order a new one. Obviously this would be a great deal of hassle. I wonder if there is enough of us we can get this stopped and get our money back?

We have been done by the same scam. Signed up for free trial in Nov 2010. Free sample arrived postage paid. Nothing else. Then Early Jan 2011 the same company take £96.35 for nothing. No product ordered and none received. AVOID this at all costs. This is a fraud and you will have no way of contacting them or getting your money back.
