Pure Cleanse Pro Took money out of my account wamt it put back

I ordered the 14 day trial for Cleans Pro and Garcinia Advanced. I cancelled in the time allotted, but my credit card was charged already. They claimed that it was too late. So, I absorbed the first charges but cancelled via email and on their website. However, Cleans Pro charged me again and sent me another bottle. I returned it immediately and then contacted my financial institution to dispute the claim. I have tried to contact Cleans Pro directly, as the only contact information I had was through Garcinia. The numbers on the bottle are fake! This company is a SCAM! Does anyone have a legitimate number or website for this company?

i had the same thing happened Cancelled it and the money was taken out of my account 150.00 which at the time I could not afford. When I call the number it says it is cancelled but I don't trust it. And I did not get the product. That was on March 18th and I still have not receive it. Want my money back too but they only have an automated phone line.

Pure Cleanse Pro Money back

On the 23rd of August 2009, I ordered Acai Berry trail support and i paid it from my credit card at the same time on the same website i read about the Pure Cleanse Product trial support i ordered for one but i received a message said "Sorry we can't support you because you have already ordered a product or similer - something like that. As i am interesting in the Purecleanse i noticed a notice for sale of pure cleanse i can't remember for how long but it cost us$119.02 so i ordered for it but also i received the same message "Sorry we can't..." .I ordered one in the name of my husband also for us$119.02 but unfortunately i received the same message"Sorry we we can't..." i closed the website and every thing i thought OK, and i ignore about it. When i received my Credit Card stat. i chocked when i noticed that the amount of us$119.02 has been deducted twice under separate details "FOCUSLEANSE [protected] and the other one under "VITALITYCLEAN [protected]. Till the time of writing this complain i didn't even receive the product and i don't want it.

So please I want both amounts to be refunded to my CREDIT CARD...I want to hear from you on my email"[protected]@yahoo.com.au"

Thanks.

Same problem run around phone numbers returned product didn't open it and sent it back to sender they e mailed me and told me they had it but I could not get my money back for 89.92 because I did not have an Rma number would have it I had a phone number. Was horrified when I got my credit card bill and I thought I was cancelled. Complain to the better business bureau and attorney general in Utah and Delaware as I have found out one phone number belongs to another name in Delaware.

I have recently been scammed by PureCleanse, I just thought that I'd try it out as it was free, and a month later I found that $96.08 dollars was taken from my bank account.
I am going to try and go to the bank and see if they can help me, because there was no warning, and therefore what they have done is illegal and unauthorized. Hopefully I will be able to reverse the charge to my debit card, as there has been a supposed "misunderstand". If I am successful anyone else who has been charged within the 60 day time period should try to contact their card issuer to see if it's possible.

I have had the same problem. Their supposed "free trial" is a hoax. Have been given a 1800 number that no one ever answers. If you get onto their live chat no one seems authorised to give out a lousy return address so that you can return the product. Have had to resort to cancelling my credit card. The product hasn't worked, if I wanted to lose weight that way I would take a lot more fibre in my diet! Basically just an over expensive laxative.

Pure Cleanse Pro Unauthorized charges

They claim to have a risk free trial. However, this is definitely not the case. I was sent a supply and was told I had 14 days to decide to continue or cancel my account. Well, I was not satisfied as it did not work, so I called and closed my account. I asked if I would be charged anything else and I was told no. However, 10 days later I was charged $58.76. When I called to find out why, I was told that even though it was a 14 day trial, they actually sent a 30 day supply, so because I didn't return the unused pills (which I was never told to do when I closed my account), I was charged for the remainder of the pills. Now I have to mail the bottle back and try to fight to get any sort of refund for a charge that was never explained. They claim it was in the terms and conditions and I can't find anything about it anywhere. This company is a horrible company and should not be allowed to do business and the product doesn't work anyway. Don't ever order from this company, they will find a way to scam you.

I have just gone through the Nathan's Natural Scam with Pure Cleanse and Nurovyn. Cancel your credit card immediately! Lodge a dispute for a fraudulent transaction with your Credit Card company. They charged me US dollars. I was lucky I printed a receipt. Rang the Melbourne number and got USA! There is no number for Pure Cleanse but you don't know this until after the order. I ordered through Women's Health magazine. Surely one would think the links were reputable. Don't give up Will let
you know when I get a refund because I won't stop until I do!

I called the number that is on tbrandl post and it is not in service. Anybody out there have a legit number that I can call to cancel? I will let my bank know to stop the future charges but what do I do about the charges already made? Will they reimburse me if I send back the 3 month supply that I just received and paid for? We shall see but I need a number to call and do not have one. Any help will be appreciated.

Pure Cleanse Pro Free trial Scam

They gave out my information and so now I have all their affiliates calling me more than once a day, and asking for my credit card info in the first two sentences they're speaking with me. The so called free trial cost me $30, ... so far. I hope that after cancelling no more charges will appear. I learned a huge lesson about the internet. If I need anything like this I can go to a local store, ...way safer!

Sane thing just happened to me! Usually I'm smarter than to try something like that. I've never had a company charge me to cancel a "free trial", ever! Now I've paid $140 + the shipping and handling. Ridiculous, sad thing about it was based off of a recommendation I read on a website I trusted, learned a big lesson!

This company is a scam, fraud charges should be brought against them. I got the Better Business Bureau involved and still not resolved. I got an answer back stating they had received the 2 bottles back and I should receive money back in my account in a few day, when I called the number on the complaint form where it said to call the company if I had any questions I spoke to someone who then with her nasty attitude told me it was 7-10 days and not to forget there was a holiday in there. I again called a week later and was told 15-20 days, It's been 20 days since they said the money was sent to my account and still no money in my account. They say that from the time the product is sent that is the 1st day of the trial period. Are the friggin stupid how can you try a product if you have not received it. I guess they have illerates working as telemarketers and these processing plants. They have no compassion what so ever. I guess as long as they're getting their pay check that is all that matters. There was nothing in anything I read that mentioned they would continually take money out of my account and keep sending my the product. I sent back 2 bottles and want all my money back. The shipping and handling off $2.95 went to somewhere outside the United States. The 1st bottled I received came from one address and the paper enclosed clearly stated I had 60 satisfaction guarantee. Why would I want more if I've never tried the product and do not want it and sent it back. My bank is now handling the dispute. I can only pray for the best that I get the $173.86 back and soon. I hope and pray the company goes under and these ###s are out of jobs and more. They deserve what comes around for scamming people. The paper enclosed with the first bottle states. Please Note : If you're not seeing results after the 14-Day FREE Trial period, don't worry! You're still 100% covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Not everyone sees results at the same time, so stick with it! When I went to the website with the link at the bottom of the paper enclosed with the product this is what I saw, www.purecleansepro.com. Welcome

You see this page because there is no Web site at this address.

What you can do:

•Create domains and set up Web hosting using Parallels Plesk Control Panel. ... THIS IS A SCAM IF EVER.

This is a SCAM! they don't care if they inconvenience you in ANY way, otherwise they wouldn't inconvenience you in the first place! I have been disputing $250.00 worth of product that I didn't even use b/c I have to send back for proof of attempting to get a refund from my bank. The only product I have to send back is the "FREE TRIAL", which means I wasn't even able to use it to see if it worked. So basically I paid shipping and handling, which only came to 10 bucks of so (so basically I lost money that I could have spent on a cheap lunch). I didn't agree to any charges other than the shipping and handling and NO WHERE in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS did it say that you would be charged blah blah blah. UGH! WHAT A MESS! Live and learn...and get my money back at that. SCAMMERS!

OH AND TO ALL OF YOU READING THIS, never never never put your real phone number on anything to do with online. area code, then 9's for the rest of the number lets you pass that part of the "Personal Information" part. Also, I always have a junk email that I use so my actual email never get clogged up with crap...such as this.

Pure Cleanse Pro Scam rip off of your bank accounts

This is a complete rip off! I have fought with this company for weeks! They don't responde to this website contact either. Let me forward more poor reviews for you to see. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Evidentally their 59. 95 is more important to them. Oh, and they don't have supervisors to talk to either. I am scheduling a conference call with 40 of my coworkers to hear their scam out loud! Wait until that mushrooms! They won't have customers from our town!

I too have not received my product after 1 month but they were sure to take my money 1st. Then to get the money back is impossible. Even though when you call in to cancel they say share the product with someone else it will be at your expense. They will not give you the money back for the initial bottle unless you send the bottle back. So i went to my friend to ask for the bottle that i gave her and she already threw it in the garbage. Why would she keep it but the company doesn't see it that way.

I burnt more fat calories fighting with this company than the product could ever cleanse out!

I would like that phone number too.

I have been charged over $195, and I only signed up for the trial period. The toll free number is constantly engaged/busy and there's no way of contacting them to cancel.

I was just about to send back the bottles with a letter asking for a refund but thought I'd better check online to see if there were any other complaints, and obviously have found an abundance. I think I will call the bank first and see if they can stop these scammers from taking my money!

Hi, My name is Teresa and I ordered the Purecleanse Pro and only had it for 2 days and I went ahead and cancelled due to the high volume of complaints of being charged automaticly to credit card. Pure Cleanse Pro Wont let me cancel

This makes me SICK! I too am a victim of this company. I ordered the trial and called to cancel so I wouln't be charged the membership fee of $149.95. When I called they were having technical difficulties and asked that you leave a message. I tried over and over to get throught with no luck. Finally I left a message and begged them to make sure it was cancelled ... gave them all of my information in the message. I was charged the $149.95 yesterday on my debit card! I called today to speak with them and get it refunded and was told that they had never gotten my message and "they were sorry, but it was non-refundable"! I was told I needed visual proof that I had made the phone call. Visual proof of a phone call?!?!?! I called my bank to dispute the charge ... I will not hold my breath that it will get my $149.95 back. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is impossible to cancel within the 14 day trial period and you WILL pay the full price.

I ordered the "free" trial bottle for, supposedly, postage only. Now, they keep taking $$ from my account even though I have long since cancelled my account. After several attempts contacting their "customer service" (misnomer) representative, I finally talked to a real person. He showed me how to cancel via their internet site and assured me no other orders would be sent. Within two days of this conversation, I was charged again for orders that have not been sent or received. Even if you do get the bottle and send it back, they will charge you $10 for "restocking"
This is nothing but a BIG SCAM!
My next letter will go to the Delaware or Utah attorney general's office, whichever state applies. I suggest everyone else do the same.
BTW, the address on their Return Material Authorization form is NOT the same one they use at their web site on returning merchandice. BE AWARE.

I've just spent 1hour onto the live chat and all they keep saying is they're not authorised to give refunds! They gave me two telephone numbers and there's no answer on either! Can anybody tell me how I can sort this?
I wouldn't mind if I was abit slimmer then I wouldn't complain but they're a big CON!

Hi, i ordered my pure acai berry & pure cleanse pro capsules from an ad off facebook and on the 7th day received both. When i contacted acai berry to cancel i was successful, however i could not get through to pure cleanse pro! I called the (888) number on their website no luck at all, the products came with a (1800) number for customers calling from austarlia but still nothing! I even called all through the day and night thinking noone is answering due to time difference. Then two days later they charged me for my trial $90aus. I then called my bank and they blocked them and now i am stress free, lucky i recieved my trials, however will never go through internet trials ever again! Do not order from these peaople they can not be tracked down from australia!

This is a major scam! I ordered the pure cleanse forskolin belly buster free trial for 3.95 s&h. Then the same day they charged me an additional $53.98. Then I get the order and there is 2 other items in there that i didn't even order! I have been calling both the numbers provided and can't even get anyone to answer to cancel, get an RMA and return items to get a refund. Now 14 days later, still unable to get in touch with the company, I get 2 more charges to my card. One for 58.12 And one for 58.10. I don't know what to do because I cant even get in touch with the company to get an RMA number and ship back (the paperwork says if you return without an RMA your return will be destroyed And no refund issued! It's total ### that this company charges you right of the bat an additional $53.98 that I didn't authorize, and i can't get in touch with customer service, or even get anyone to answer the phone at all the phone numbers provided. Then 14 days later i get 2 additional charges! And i didn't even receive anything when they made the 2 additional charges! Now i have almost $200 in unauthorized charges, and can't even get ahold of the company! DO NOT FOR ANY REASON ORDER FROM THIS PURE CLEANSE PRO/FORSKOLIN COMPANY! ALL THEY DO IS STEAL YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! ! TERRIBLE COMPANY! Now I have to try to get this resolved with the bank, but it's pretty hard when they don't answer any of their phones!

Ordered a free trial sample of product. Little or no information enclosed in package. Thought that was strange. Three weeks later an unauthorized charge of around Rs 8411.54/- appeared on my credit card. I am yet to contact the Credit card agent. Any one with prior experience, please advise me to get rid of this problem

These scammers have become a worldwide problem. So far I've been ripped off about $300 after signing up for a "free trial", where I was supposed to be charged for postage only. I am however receiving a plastic bottle of pills each month, in a plain envelope with no invoice or other paperwork. The only contact details is a return address on the envelope, and the goods are being sent from Sydney, so they are operating here in Australia.

I still have the 3 bottles I've received so far unopened. When the first arrived I was in the middle of another (official) course of treatment and thought it best to not take a detox. I'm pleased I did as now I'm worried as to what is actually in them. Since then another 2 bottles have arrived and I'm waiting to hear if my bank can help me at all.

Basically my complaint is that I'm sure at no stage did I authorise this monthly payment. I know I wouldn't as I can't really afford it. How can they be getting away with this so easily?

I called to try and talk to someone with this program and could not get anything achomplished so I went to send an email but all they had was this comment board where I left these posts with no response.

This trail was a complete scam. I was told it was a 30 day trial for only shipping of 4.95 through advertising on fit mom.com and then on the 15th day after I have ordered i see that 98.99 has been charged to my account. Still no receipt stating why that’s been charged . I did not recieve any documentation stating that this 30day bottle was only actually a 14 day trial or that for a refund the bottle needs to be unopened which makes no sense because that means I would not have even tried it. I took 2 pills out n they made me sick so I didn’t take anymore and now on the 15th day exactly one day or not even if you go by the exact time of day that I placed the trial order, I get a pending payment for 98.99on my account without any notice. This is very sneaky and unprofessional. The support woman I spoke with Rebecca constantly spoke over me on the phone and only read the terms and conditions and stated that she couldn’t do anything about this order. I was very unhappy with her help she offered nothing. I would like a refund and believe this is unacceptable. There should be some sort of link post with the email receipt for the trial offer for he terms and conditions. The fact that you will be actually charging someone for that trial should be stated and that it is actually only a 14 day trial not a 30 day to figure out if you want more should be outlined more. I am a military wife who just wanted to try something I thought was a good deal to get in shaped for my husband who is over seas and this is what happens. I get charged for a product I am unhappy with. Military family’s do not have an extra 100 to spend on diet supplements that’s why I only ordered it through a trail version. I will be sure to post and spread by mouth to all military personal not to do any buisness with this company and I would like a refund immediately.

Also when I try to do anything on this website like look at the terms or submit a complaint I receive an error message like he page cannot be processed which is not professional and is something that needs to be address. How are customers supposed to look or submit any information with messages like this blocking all information.

At least celebrity cleanser that advertised a trail with this product not only sent an email stating they were processing an order for me so I knew what was going on but also was way more professional and had not issue with processing a refund for me and I already received a receipt confirming the refund. That is customer service.

Hi I am a customer service agent for the company. Is it legal yes but I still think its a scam I don't like what they do I continue to work there because they pay is good for the country I live in.But lately I am starting to get a little frustrated by all these complaints calling saying they are going to report us to trading standards, fbi you name it save your self that embarrassment. You cannot do anything seriously accept the 50% refund that we don't even have to give you by the way. Bottom line is you failed to read the terms and conditions. The website is designed for customers that never even intended to buy the product at full price acting upon greed nothing in this world is free so when you call disputing charges they don't care its fair game in their eyes you guys need to realize that these company sell illusions they obtain money in exchange for nothing just like dare I say all products outhere you people need to get your lazy butt and exercise you are so lazy you cant even go ahead and read the terms on the website I don't feel bad for you guys anymore as I did when I started working there you try to take it on the agents that work there when its only your fault and no one else wake up and stop being so ignorant I'm sorry and I'm not backing up the company they are some cold hearted ba..erds just open up your eyes please next time

I, too have been caught by this company. I have received two products; Pure Cleansing Pro and Simplex. I paid just under £5.00 p&p for each product and 11 days later they have taken two payments go £80 out of my account. I have asked my bank to block any further payments. They have instructed me to return the remainder of the pills and give them evidence that I have actually sent the pills back and they will try and get my money back. Please can someone tell me the return addresses.
Thanks
Gary
