i did not have a problem with acai pure...but i did for a product they endorss...Bromalite.
i returned two bottles in may and have called several times to check on my refund. each time i was given an explination such as we dont see it in the systym in return yet, or some other excuse...on sept. 4 i was told that they had tried to reimburse my debit card...and there was an error so they issued a paper check...told me it could take up to 30 days to recieve check...i called this morning, october16, 2009..and was told by a superviser that there was no check on the way and it was too old for them to do anything about it, to call my bank and dispute charges...bank said they only go back 120 days...and it had been too long...what can i do ????
