I am outraged by this scam. I tried to cancel my order for Acai Berry, could not get through on the phone and could not cancel by email. They have charged me £280 in total for 4 tubs of tablets which are useless. Anyone reading this do not REPEAT do not have anything to do with this Company. I am getting legal advisers on the case. They never confirmed the intended cost of the product after the free trial. HARDLY FREE IT IS CLEAR ROBBERY.

PureAcaiBerry: I too received 5 pills then a $79.76 order all in 10 days. I cancelled the order and am now being billed $4.51 every two weeks along with a .04 cents international fee on my debit card.No Product is shipped.
I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. I got no satisfaction when I called them and emailed them. With Oprah's and Ray's picture on the email ad I wonder what they would think of this scam.
I am turning the paperwork over to the State Attorney Generals office Elderly Affairs for investigation.
Be very careful as once they do an international billing with a fee of 1% per transaction your card is in the hands of foreigners that you may not be able to trace. Margaret Engels

The best action so far was : Itook my complaint to my card account at visa and told them to stop payment. They want my bill
I am sending the emailed receipt of request.
I am sending the Oprah show this information so they stop advertising without knowing.

The terms were CLEARLY stated if you read the whole thing including "Terms". Also, I have never had any difficulty reaching a human, or cancelling recently.
I cancelled due to medical difficulties and would do business with them in the future if able.
I was treated very nicely by both young men that I spoke to at 2 separate times and both issues were taken care of promptly. Also, I have had no trouble reaching anyone by phone - listen to the recording...

a scam. They charged my credit card after I ordered free samples only. Upon receiving my credit card bill todayand findidng I had a charge of $78.33, I called the credit card company to tell them I did not order these pills except for the free sample ...telling them further that I had attempted to contact the pill comapany but there was no recourse other than to go to their website at Gohelpnow.com. to cancel. The web site stated that if I paid $20 they would cancel my order. This is blackmail. They said I would not have to return the subsequent shipment that I should be receiving a credit of of $78.33 if they comply with the cancellation.

Unfortunately, I too was a victim of this company. By contacting them on their "gohelpnow" website, which they direct you to, I was able to get my money refunded. I had not even accepted the first shipment but cancelled almost as soon as I signed up (aif you go the acai website, there is a way to cancel an order) and returned that first shipment. They still had charged my account for the $79.96. I was so angry and upset and I too tried to reach them by phone. I finally sent an email with the date of cancellation, the date they charged my account and the date of shipment and return, and demanded a refund. They sent an email back saying it would take up to 45 days to process my refund and if I contacted them again it would take even longer, that it was the bank's policy that a refund could take a long time to process. I wrote back immediately and said basically, that's b-s***; if my money is not in my account by tomorrow, my attorney would be contacting them. And it was, they refunded the entire $79.96. However, I have since discovered that they are continuing to charge me the "monthly fee" and am in the process of attempting to reach them yet again. Acai - if you are monitoring these - stop the monthly charges immediately.

My card company stated that the only way to stop this automatic billing was to cancel the account & card. This is very inconvenient since I have other legitimate bills with automatic withdrawals related to this card. DONT GET SUCKED INTO THIS MONEY DRAINING PIT & FRAUDULANT COMPANY!
