Pur Essance Anti Wrinkle Lift Serum
I took advantage of an offer on the internet. The offer was to sample Pur Essance serum for free and to pay postage and packing. I unerdstood this to be a one off offer. To my dismay, I have received a package every 3/4 weeks. I do not want any further products, please cancel this order immediately. I do not wish to receive anymore Pur Essance Anti Wrinkle Serum. The product is made in the USA but shipped in Frankfurt Germany
Unjustified charges
Dear Sir/Madam, on 22/11 I accepted an offer for a Puressance face lift serum sample which requested my debit card details in order to charge me with sample delivery cost to Cyprus of 6 euros. However in addition to this on 8/12 my Visa debit card beginning with 4548 and ending in 7230 was charged again with 84, 06 euro. And again today 23/12 I received an sms notification that my card was authorized for a third charge for 91, 96 euros though it has not appeared yet in my statement. Pls check why these unjustified charges/product dispatches are taking place and arrange either for refund or cessation of product dispatches! Best regards Alkis Sarris

This is auto membership order. I have received the first trial product for both product that is True Vissage and Pur Essance. After 15 days they which is on 1st of November 2012 they debit my account for second shipment but I do not receive it until now.
Please credit back my money if the company did not send me the product.

I have paid for the anti aging product but doesn't receive it yet. I've email to the customer care which is [protected]@vimaxgroup.com but the message failed to deliver permanently.
Please check weather this company is responsible for the advertisement they have made.

irritations on skin
I am Sylvia Subok from 19, Lengkok Kenari, Desaria, Sg Ara, Penang, Malaysia, ([protected]@hotmail.com)(as per our correspondent address) I purchased online 2 cream/cosmetic (puressance n trivusage from your company and after application for 2 weeks I found that my face has developed irritations and very oily face.Since I had already open and started using the products I would not return for refund and I received notification that the said company had also already charged me thru my credit card for another products which is on the way by postage'
PLEASE STOP THE AUTO BILLING IMMIDETIALLY cos I would not be using the products any more.
