I can't beleive You people are on here calling these people a puppymill. They are not a puppy mill. I live in New Jersey and I drove all the way to some place in North West PA and bought a cockapoo from a lovely nice couple in July of 2008. My puppy was clean and very friendly and socialized. I got their number form my Aunt who bought a Schnoodle puppy from this website and her puppy was in good health also. I mean c'mon I am sure they have one here or there that has a bit or two wrong, but that just comes with the territory. I am buying another puppy from these people this week. Only this time I am not driving all the way out there again. Now that I know it is a clean, puppy friendly place, I will be doing delivery this coming weekend, another cockapoo. Jeze pete, theres plenty of folks on here saying they have picked up thier puppy from a nice clean environments. Besides haven't you dummies read over the website. Someone on that website knows alot about dogs and how they think. When I got my paperwork, there was even more imformation. Puppymills do not know anything about housebreaking or crate training, posinious substances, spaying and neutering. Jeze have you read over their requirements, puppy mills do not list requirements. Puppy mills could careless about anything except money. These people have care and concern, you can tell by just reading over the website. A lady I work with got a puppy from them at xmas time 2008. I gave the website and her puppy was delivered to her home here in jersey. I know her puppy was good and healthy too. I forget what she boguht and I do not work with her anymore. I have no complaints.
Who ever is complaing that they only accept cash and they must not report income cause its cash only. You are completely stupid, completely stupid. How else would they get paid ?
Taking checks is plain stupid, who would take a check ? Call every breeder in the united states and see if they take checks ? I dont think so !
It makes no sense for them to take credit cards. With as many scams out there and credit card fraud I am sure that when people have to pay first for their puppy, like using a credit card over the phone that it would make them nervous paying in advance.
The fact that a customer does not pay until they pick up their puppy or when it is delivered just proves that they are honest and have nothing to hide. The fact that they list their refunds is also a bold move, proving more honesty.
If you are thinking about buying a puppy from them I doubt you will have any problems and if you do try no to act like that one lady. If someone called me hollering and threatening and accusing I would be upset about.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have bought TWO babies from them both sihtzu's and am trying to get a third BUT because you all have had them shut down i can not! if anyone has the info from the breeder they got one from please email me at srgrace73@gmail.com im sure i can get one that way

My name is Michelle. I live in Rochester New York. I have a few words to say about the negative comments posted here. I was and I am still very impressed with the service these women provided me on Thursday April 8th 2011. I spoke with this woman on the phone for nearly twenty minutes. I introduced myself, as she did the same. I mentioned I viewed the site, read pages 2, 3, and 4. I was looking for a puppy for myself and husband as our children have grown up and moved into their new homes. This lady was above and beyond excellent, the customer service exceeded my expectations. I chose my new baby the following week on Friday at 5:00 that morning called them at 6:00 that morning and had a return call at 10:00 A.M. I re-introduced myself and our conversation took on from there I selected the Shihtese I wanted and Kaylee explained to me as it was mentioned on the site that weekend delivery cut off times were for the Thursday prior. Later I received a call from her saying thta she could have him to me Saturday which was the next day. I was so happy as I anticipating having him home the next weekend. To sum this all up. It does not phase me what these people and their negative post can do to some. I followed my own instinct and didi what I wanted. My little boy is very socialized, playful and exciting. He was bathed by me as I am not used to animal scents and he stood like a trooper receiving his bath which tells me that that was not his first time. He is ten weeks old and I loved him before we met and I love him even more since, and yes he was only delivered today so you could just imagine. I have to tell all curious customers follow your heart not the will of others as it is you and your family that are in search of a good company that breeds such beautiful intellegent creatures. Visit the site read pages 2, 3, and 4 then call and leave a message for Kaylee she will return your call promptly and you will have your new pup that weekend if you so desire. If you only leave my post with ine thing please leave it rested assured that your are not in anyway having your emotions toyed with. I am looking forward to doing more business with them in the future as I have found my breeder and the breed of dog I just adore.

I have to say when I 1st called I felt the lady who answered the phone was very cold .. I figure a long day's work would do that sometimes . And I was right the 2nd time she was nice and helpful . Heather the operater the called me back to set up my delivery and also give me all the info I needed for my new baby . Was absolutely a doll with me .
Recommend them all you want - they are puppymills! Dee is a NAZI and the only reason they want cash is so they DONT have to report it - are you kidding me? ANY legit breader will take a credit card!
I purchase my puppy From them on 12/6/2009 I call on Friday of that week and they game me that day as my delivery day. My puppy arrive home clean Tina the girl who deliver him was really nice and had him on her hand when i open the door I was so happy excited she provide me with paper work and advice me to call Dee for more info on how to care for him It was really a pleasure and i will sure buy from them again. I took My Puppy to the vet on Monday morning to make sure he wasn't sick since he wasn't eating much they check him out and everything its perfect he's Healthy and really playful Am happy i bought from them they were really helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A PUPPY.

get the puppy from shelter instead of breeders.DO NOT wanna waste money for the people who like you, jerk.
I recently purchased a Morkie from this organization. We just found out that she has a "congenital liver shunt". This occurs at birth. She now has to undergo a very risky, expensive surgery, and there is a possiblility that she won't even make it through the procedure. There is a simple and inexpensive Bile Acid test that can be given to the puppy before it is sold. I contacted this organization to let them know about my puppy and they told me that they do not "believe" in this testing of the pups. We were also treated in a very rude, condescending manner. We are waiting to hear from the actual breeder now, so hopefully we will receive some kindness and understanding. We can tell that the breeder took very good care of our baby before we purchased her. We love this dog so much and we will do anything to keep her alive. We have spent $500 on tests and specialists and the surgery is going to be $3500. Please save yourself the heartache, insist upon a Bile Acid test before you purchase a Yorkie / Yorkie mix or a Maltese / Maltese mix from anyone. If you have already purchased one, please get it tested. We were lucky to catch this when our puppy was getting spayed, some dogs aren't so lucky. The sooner this disease is discovered, the better the survivor rate. Liver shunts are considered to be hereditary in these breeds. Yorkies have almost a 36 times greater risk of developing shunts than all other breeds combined. All we want to do is try to prevent other buyers from experiencing what we are - no matter who you buy your pup from.

I have to agree with the person from Jamesburg NJ. The lady that answers the phone at puppies234 is totally rude and unprofessional. I called at around 4 pm and left a message, after no one answered my call I decided to call the next day, left another message that was answered the next morning at around 10am. when I picked up I did not know who it was, she did not introduce her self as being from puppies 234, so when I asked who it was she very rudely replied " well, some one called me...and I wanted to know who it was" I asked her politely " are you from puppies 234 " then she said " well yes" and continued saying " I don't know how I'm going to make people understand not call before 10am" I was just speechless. First of all I had called 3 times left 2 messages and all these where done after 4 pm. I don't know if these people are running a puppy mill. the only thing I know for certain is that they are rude, unprofessional and unkind. If they do this with human beings, that speak and can defend them selves, I can only imagine what does Unfortunate puppies endure, thank God they only have them for 8 weeks!
PS. if you truly love and respect animals don't buy from these heartless people. by the way a clean in appearance place does not mean healthy at all. health is far more than just a sterile looking place.
