SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / neither delivering product nor refunding money

I have bought a pair of shoes from on July 31, 2014 for the cost of INR4000. I have received the receipt in my email. But mistakenly I have provided wrong address for delivery. So I tried to contact the customer care service of Puma. I have repeatedly sent many mails to the customer care email that is [protected] and also tried calling countless times to the customer care phone numbers that is [protected] or 351 or 352 But no one responds. My money is stuck there and customer service is not responding and neglecting my helpless situation. Please eamil is debpratim.[protected] and contact no. is (91)[protected]
