crack in shoes
I have purchased a pair of puma shoes from Pacific Mall Subhash nagar Delhi. The article no is IN91328401.
At the time of purchase they assured me a gurantee of 3 months, if there is any distortion in the shoe they were supposed to replace it with the new one.
I am shocked to see, in a period of less than 2 months there are cracks in the leather at front bottom of the shoe.
More surprising thing to me was when i got informed by the company that they can not replace the shoe, as told by the sale person at the same outlet from where i purchased the shoe.
The cost of the shoe at the time of purchase was 3200 Rs & it was told that its a fresh arrival at the outlet, but to add to my surprise after 15 days this same model was there in the sale offer with a price of Rs 1999.
It was all about loosing 1200 Rs and getting a product which is not a fresh one.
I with my family & friends are regular customer of PUMA & even then there was not a convincing solution by the PUMA.
I want worth my money & time, so i request you people to replace my shoe or give my money back.
I can also choose a way to go to cunsumer court if I dont get my money Refund.

quality issue
i have purchased a puma shoes worth Rs 5000 from puma store amritsar but after 7-8 months the condition of the shoes is so worst.. i cant believe that its a puma shoes is that kind of quality a puma is providing to its customers.. there is a cracks appearing all arond the shoes. Is the company will do any thing regarding this or a buyer have to stop purchasing shoes from puma...

I am First time user of Puma Ferrari Collection, and I am so much dis heartened when i bought Ferrari Black Handbag, Article no: 7045801. I bought this handbag on 15/09/12, merely used for 2 days, and the leather started coming out from bottom, that was an initial stage so I brought that to the same store on 13/10/12 from were i bought. They took it to send it to the quality department and gave me a customer claim form, copy no 147 and told me that i would receive the call regarding the defect in 10 days, but didn't got any call from them till date. They even told me at that time, that this is a leather defect, and company would definitely replace it. I gave a call to the same store today (31/10/12) to know the status, I Spoke to Shiv Kumar (FC), he told that the status came back to him on 24/10/12 from gurgaon, but he was on leave and not bothered to give hand over to any another staff as only 3 claims were there in october month, which is highly irresponsible and intolerable. Secondly they committed me that the bag would be replaced, when I claimed the defect, and now they are refusing on behalf of taking edge of Quality team Bangalore.
Now I expect to get a money back or a immediate replacement on this product, I am highly dissatisfied with this service. @shop.puma.com I ordered 2 T shirts. Provide my all credit card detail and check out. next morning I got an email telling you have to verify your credit card by giving credit card number over phone. I denied for it. They cancelled my order.
Folks, stay away from this type of scammed world class website. Who force to give credit card information over phone even after you gave them during check out. It will end up creating security breach to your personal details and Identity theft.
TERRIBLE. Love the products but my shopping experiences were just sad. Bought several motorsport edition sneakers. Once they finally arrived (shipping took too long for my taste but, ok) they are WAY too small. Called customer service - and the rep was fully aware that, yes indeed, all their motorsport edition sneakers run at least one full size too small. Everyone knows it there. And yet they didn't bother to note this anywhere. Tried to set up an exchange. Problem is that two more pairs were still coming and I wanted to exchange all of them since likely they'd all be too small. I waited a few more days until the others arrived, then went back to the site to initiate the exchange. Didn't work, had to call again. Got an RMA# but now the price on all sneakers had increased so I would have to buy the shoes at full price again, then send back the first batch (the ones that are too small) and then call again (!) to get and RMA for the first batch, and have the difference refunded (they would match the lower price). When I tried to do that immediately after purchasing the new ones, they couldn't find my new order because their system takes so long to update for the cs reps. So I had to wait a day until I could call yet again, tell them what happened, and initiate the return. Every rep I spoke to was quite friendly but the hassle of doing a simple exchange was really not something I expected from a company like Puma.
So i ordered a pair of shoes and three weeks later im wondering why they didnt ship.i was just thinking it was becasue its christmas time and its crazy for them.three weeks later i call puma and they said that the order was cancelled because they were no longer in stock.they didnt inform me at all about them canceling the order.now two weeks til xmas i have to rush around trying to get a gift.

Just wanted to inform you that as per your advertisements company says that they have the best shoes by the same intension i had bought a new shoes form PUMA outlet in bangalore i had paid 4500 indian rupees on 31st of april this year but juste after three months the shoes
stared to tear completely only within 3 months of purchase whic was pathetic from a brand such as PUMA so when i went to the shop
they told me that it was normal wear and tear which was even more phatetic i have completely lost trust in this brand

Same here, bought their motorazzo shoes and after one day of walking the bottom of the shoe was significantly damaged... and the shoe was 160$, so not cheap...
polish defect

I am a big fan of puma because it has such a good collection of shoes and clothing . i have mostly products of puma in my wardrobe. I have purchased a puma black ducati (golden) shoe of Rs-5500/- from south ex showrooom on 16th march 2010 . Thegolden polish on the back side of shoe was fadding. i had returned the shoe to the store.The store person Mr. luvish showed me some more peices of the same model and they also have the same defect of golden polish. Mr. luvish told me to give the shoe maximum within 3 days of time but till date i have not received the shoe. puma is such a big company and has the best products in town and my self has so many products that you can make me the( customer which has the most products). How can puma give such a quality.Beside three reminders to [protected]@puma.co but no response.So i request you to kindly please look into the matter.

My husband and I Went into Puma on our vacation and were looking to do an exchange for our daughter to get some new sneakers with a unwanted gift that was purchased a few weeks prior. The sales associate whose name i am unsure of told us that she wasnt sure on how to do the exchange but her manager Julie could take care of it for us. She told us to wait while she would go inform her. I saw her walk to the back of the store where the Manager was on the phone and seemed to have no patience for the sales associate. We did some browsing while we waited... and waited... and waited... 15 minutes later Julie comes over and demands to know what our problem was with the previous purchase. My husband was frustrated already at this point and I could tell that she was frustrated too for whatever reason. I told her our situation and Julies response was that she was to busy then to take care of the exchange. I told her that we knew what product exactly that we wanted to exchange for because our daughter had picked it out the day before on the internet. Julie then yelled at me and said that she would help us when the store was less busy, which there only 4 people in line waiting. She seemed to have very little control in the stores staff, who were texting on their cell ones, and goofing around. Needless to say, we decided to leave and I will not be returning to the store again. I would be interested to talk to Julie's boss and inform him of the way she's "running" the store.
Has anyone else had this kind of experience? I am upset that Mohegan Sun would employ such people in a store like Puma. I was so excited to learn when they were opening, and I cant believe how they treat their customers.

I've bought these nice white pumas at totalsport and it's not even a month and it start to tear in front on the side and around the ankle it start to tear of all the rubbing.if bought it for R1700 at totalsport at matlosana mall
I have started using my brand new sneaker which I ordered from puma for party and special events today I realized and noticed that it’s tearing off without any physical damage i think the glu they used to stick it’s outer packing is loosing and looks like shoes are tearing off.
Cushining came out in just 5 days .
Use of shoes is only for 1/2 km walking per daypls refer attached photos for details

So if u could make some longer because not everyone is short that wear small

I bought 2 pieces of a puma collection at Lima, Peru when I was traveling. I got back to Brazil and the first time I used my new puma pants, they started to have a friction between the legs and appeared a lot of strings of tissue, like it was worn out.
