We had our yearly wellness check done in Nov.2017. Most of the problems were taken care of but a lot are still waiting to be taken care of . We tried to get in touch with John Hazard (from pulte) to no avail. This morning I had called Rick and Phil who are Carolina Abors HOA community mgr. and assistant mgr. We have a spec home going up next to us and the workers were digging up our yard so I called them to get here right away and do something. Phil said they would be here, they never showed up.
