I ordered a magazine, Food. They sent it plus one magazine I never ordered. Trying to get unsubbed from them is near impossible. I also cancelled my subscription to Food magazine and they keep billing me for continuous service.
I did everything I was supposed to do if I did not want to continue receiving the magazine after one year.
I do not know what to do next except report them to the BBB. I will never order anything from them again EVER!

I've been with Publishers clearing house since I was in my 20's...and nothing but expensive magazines...now I don't order the mags but they try to bill me anyway...I am in my 60's now...and not a single win...its a scam. I don't know why they are allowed to continue...the only thing I get is telemarketers blowing up my phone. Has anyone ever won? I guess not. And every time I choose not to play they threaten me. If you're going to win one time should do it...you're terrible.

So far I have received two items that I never ordered and do not want! The second item arrived today, april 22nd. I do not want to go to the hassle and the expense of returning them. How can I stop them from sending unwanted items to me?

Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering something from them. Never again! I want nothing from this arrogant, pushy, and obnoxious organization!

They say no purchase necessary but then request a $11.89 Acquisition feeI would also like to complain about Publishers Clearing House giving/selling my info to this shady company! I know it was PCH because they have misspelled my name for about 12 years (they are the only company that does) and now I'm receiving this junk from who knows where? More disappointed in PCH, who tends to target older consumers and now is putting these people at risk from unscrupulous scammers! Shame Shame!

I was going to order some items and take a chance but then noticed the trumped up charges for shipping. I did not give them my credit card number and just deleted the items. Just yesterday I received an email that my items had shipped and I will owe $96.00. I called customer service (Yeah right) and got the most rude and obnoxious woman who didnt careless about my problem and stated I owed the money, didnt even mention anything about the prizes I may receive. Just an obnoxious b****. When I receive the items I will not open them and return them. If I start receiving threats about the $96.00, I will seek an attorney. Trust me dont trust the number one rip off scam in america, publishers clearing house. Dear gary knox,

Why is it necessary to have people screaming in high ear piercing screeches in your commercials? I am a migraine sufferer and I have gotten to the point where I record shows do I could skip your commercials, either that or sit with the remote in my hand so I can mute you. Why don't you asctually create a commercial people will actually WANT to watch, is that not the point? Get rid of the screaming, screeching people and be more creative!

I have sent you notes several times n ask you not to fill any order that shipping is over $5. Also the order. # [protected].. Was $24. Plus $7.99 sh. I am on disabilty and a fixed income. I must have not looked at the price very good cause its not worth $31.95. N I cant afford all of this.
Can you send me a return lable so I can return it. I like the angle finder but its too expensive.

Can't say im surprise at at the complaints on this site. After dealing with your customer service dept for a few weeks. I understand completely! Easy four installments payment. Yet that's not true at all. As per your supervisor your computers and employees apply by there choice ! Also to oldest bill first not to bills as the customer request! Then when your customers service dept get a upset customer questioning and wishisg to speak with a real supervisor of the supervisor on call. Customer gets told no, and pay in full now! Your receive over $30.00 or more each month. Then all of sudden no more emails on a daily for this for that. When addressing issues and question you fail! Qutoe from your supervisor "our computers only apply payment to oldest bill not four payments" update your computers

I would like to complain about the package that was sent to me order number [protected] 56 I did not order this and I will not be paying for it or to send it back. You shouldn't just send things to people and expect them to pay for it or say it's free then expect them to pay for it. If you ld like you can have someone come pick it up but I will not be paying for the postage I didn't order it in the first place.

There are so many people that want to redeem there tokens on PCH and so very few win.

What can we do about this. Are we just playing and winning tokens and do not win.

I have been playing PCH since 2007 and never won one thing. I am not a fool and do not want to be fooled by pch.

WHAT CAN YOUDO ABOUT THIS, ARE WE ALL BEING TAKEN BY PCH?

I was playing on pch search & win back in march my page went off like the 4th of july. Then said prize patrol has been notified. Saturday the 17 the they said I won ten thousand dollars an hour later my heart was broken they said it was a mistake & I was the only one who recived this email 'not true ' lots of people recived the same email this is just wrong I need help with a lawyer. I filled 2 complaints with the attorney general in illinois & new york. Please some one help me they just keep selling false dreams & they send emails that say someone in your zip code will win 1 million dollar never happens. sept 17 2016 pch said (on screen) i won $10, 000, hours later they emailed me saying it was a mistake, they were sorry and gave me extra more chances to win. check my complain similar to many at consumer affair. I emailed them saying that they need to pay me my prize, again they said it was a mistake and gave me 50, 000 extra worthless tokens and said enjoy playing. i'm not the only one with the $10, 000 fake prize to my surprise! with me others hundreds of thousands were duped.

PCH games = fraud/scam. been playing for years. won worthless tens of millions of tokens. played hours daily. wasted my time. the other day on sceen they said i won$10, 000, wow, next day i received email from pch that it was a mistake and the winner was somewhere else. emailed them a couple of times, said it was a mistake, they were sorry, and enjoy playing have fun.scam! fraud! dont waste your time. they'l use you only!

I order a frying pan from you and now they are saying it will take up to 3 weeks to get this item it already has a shipping label but they will not send it too me i want to get my money back from this item iand i will never do business with you ever again and i will also tell all my friend not to either this i outrageous to make me wait so long to get this item it isn't a magazine it is a frying pan

I received a message stating that I won $10000 and then received an email stating that there was an error and that my name was inadvertantly added in error. That someone else had won. I believe that they should honor what the message said to me. It seems through reading some comments on this site that others have gone through the same thing. I want to know what I need to do to correct this problem. I wish I had taken a picture but I do have all email correspondence stating the error. Incident # [protected]

I received a letter stating I have won I sent in the 12.99 and nothing. Now I got a third letter stating the same thing. You given up my hopes and dreams and have scared me very badly. I will never have my hopes and dreams fullfilled of building a homeless shelter because of this I am getting an attorney and during you. Take this email very serious because I am. One way or another you will pay for giving people false hopes. In my case it was a dream. Contact me if you wish but I might not be happy to speak with your company but I will. Either I'll see you in court or not if you decide to show up. Let's just say the pile of evidence is more than enough to win a case. Please fix whatever the hell is wrong with your website and that screwed up company you call of yours PvP or whatever the hell you call it

People people, do you really think pch is going to pay out on any of their online games lol now did you :-) this site isnt even monitored by pch I doubt they even own it.
The slot, the wheels, th scratch offs, lol they are there for entertainment only. They are people who have 80 million tokens who have never won anything on pch online games nothing but tokens that is, and than they use million of tokens to try and win at a drawing lol did you think you would win, now did you haha tuff tits.
Pch is a junk moving money making con job, this gaming con has been sued for millions and still they use tactics to get you to buy and play games thata you wont win at.
Pch has never paid out any 2g or 5g or even 10g prizes come on,,, how do you think the rich stay rich,, its from conning fools out of their money.

Do not buy their junk, they say it doesnt help you to win, in other words, they mean to say, buy our junk that you can get whole sale for half what you pay us and we will make you think you have won something later on, just to get you to buy something else you do not need or really want.
