Can't say im surprise at at the complaints on this site. After dealing with your customer service dept for a few weeks. I understand completely!!! Easy four installments payment. Yet that's not true at all. As per your supervisor your computers and employees apply by there choice ! Also to oldest bill first not to bills as the customer request!! Then when your customers service dept get a upset customer questioning and wishisg to speak with a real supervisor of the supervisor on call. Customer gets told no, and pay in full now!! Your receive over $30.00 or more each month. Then all of sudden no more emails on a daily for this for that. When addressing issues and question you fail!! Qutoe from your supervisor "our computers only apply payment to oldest bill not four payments" update your computers

    I called PCH twice and they confirmed that my order was definiely cancelled. Today I received an order with two duffle bags and the remainder of my order was being shipped. I do not want any of these items, I was told order WAS CANCELLED. I did not give any credit card information to place this order. Please advise!
