It's listed above. I want my 1000 dollar walmart gift card I was supposed to get. The scratch off games always freeze up and do not let you complete them every other scratch off.

The PCH game pages don't work properly and freeze up almost every time I play the scratch off games. It is very hard to get a hold of PCH their web search page also never takes you directly to what you are searching for. I hav e received numerous phone calls from magazine sales people and other scam types of businesses.
I have never heard of anyone actually winning. They said it would be announced on WRTV 6 news witch is a Indianapolis station. I never seen on there or heard about any winners except the videos they make them selves. I was told I won a 1, 000 Wal-Mart gift card yesterday and took an hour long survey on PCH trying to sell me magazines and insurance. I supposed to receive an email which I never received. I think they should be held responsible.

Came to deliver my sweepstakes check but was not there and the neighbors said I moved and I never received my sweepstakes check for $7, 000 dollars a week. Since, they only send notices to activate my account. Since 2012 I have not received my winning from Publishers Clearing House.

I truly believe what they say about pch its just a marketing scam to get people to pay for product in order to win prizes and sweepstakes. If you do not continue to buy they eliminate you from their mailing list. In 30 years I have been dealing with them I have not been notified personally by them except for a bill I owe them.

I have spent hundred's of dollars on items in hopes of winning the contest. I would say 90% of what I have purchased is junk. Example...squirrel repellent, mole scanners in ground, ice cream scoopers, dog net for car, kitchen utensils (whisk's) and the flowers. On the other hand 3 items were good...bed pillows, bowl set and the dog toys. Look at my record and see everything that purchased. Other than these 3 things all the rest were junk.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com - merchandise not ordered & a return

I to have purchased items from them & then twice they sent me items I did not order. I called the first time & they said if I sent it back I would have to pay the shipping so instead of paying the shipping I kept the order. The second time I argued with the customer service rep & told her I have ordered many a times from them & if I said I did not order...

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com Sent me a refurbashed computer that did not have what was promised in add.

Publisher Clearing House sent me checks stating that I won these checks to purchase certain Items. I chose the computer. Sent them a check for $350.00. The computer came in two different shipments. First the monitor then the drive, keyboard and mouse. The on/off button for the speakers was broke. Took the speakers apart and fix button. Cannot turn the monitor off using the button. If the on/off switch is used on monitor can't turn back on. Short in the button. Can only turn monitor off by turning the power off. Did not get Micorsoft word, Excell and other software. Picture showed software in CD's. No back up CD.

Talked to a local shop in town that sells refurbeshed computers. Could have purchased one for $250.00 with a flat screen and keyboard that does not lock up everytime you try to type anything.

I just got a call from Penn Credit trying to collect a $40 debt for unpaid magazine subscrition to Oprah Magazine. They claim I received the magazines from Publisher's Clearing House back in FEb 2009 at my previous house in Troy, MI which I sold in May 2005. They also called me under my previous name (since remarried for 5 yrs) and I am not sure how they got my new phone number.
I never ordered the magazines, and why would I have them delivered to my previous address anyways? How can I get them off my back? I am going to write them a letter to explain this, but what else can I do? Please help asap if you can.

I received a bill for magazines supposedly orderd and received at my address. I never ordered or received magazine from PCH or anyone else for that matter. I contact them using the 800# on the bill to let them know that I never order from PCH nor would I like to. They advised me that it was a website order from a 3rd party. I let them know that it was not me and have not received the magazines. 2 weeks later I start getting the magazines I told them I did not order and did not want. I call them again and let them know I do not want their magazines and that I already called to tell them the bill is not mine. The lady tells me that I can cancel at anytime just pay the bill and send back notification I want to cancel. I tell her again I am not paying the bill and to stop sending the magazines as they will not be paid for and I am not paying to ship them back. Needless to say I called 1 more time to no avail same pay the bill and cancel anytime for something I did not order. So I tossed the magazines. They were some dog magazine. I received a letter from a Penn Credit collections. I called them and let them know its a scam I will not be paying. They tell me that they will put it on my credit. I let them know that it was a web order from a 3rd party site that I did not place and good luck in trying to add it to my social since that would be missing information. Now I throw the collection letters away also. Avoid PCH at all costs and if someone orders it for you good luck.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com - pch claims that I placed order when submitting daily entry prizewinner confirmation

I logged onto the daily pch entry prizewinners competition. I confirmed my entry, as I have done many times. I then received a confirmation that I had placed an order with them for an electrical item. I wrote to pch and stated that I did not place an order with them. I was referred to this website by pch and have again e-mailed pch to reiterate the fact that I did not agree to place an order for any item.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com bad service

I have been dealing with pch for months now. I entered the contest online and sometimes ordered items. then, I started getting items that I hd not ordered, although I was billed for them. I e-mailed that I had not ordered these and if they would send me a pre postage label, they would be returned. I was told that it is not their practice to pay return postage. I had already been charged postage when it was mailed. I then received another unordered item-same thing all over again. me writting and them saying I ordered upon entering contest. I had ordered an item and paid for it upon ordering, using a credit card. after all this other happened, I got a bill for the item I had paid for! now, they tell me (three times) that they did not receive the money and would I please send them my credit card statement. I told them no way and to leave me alone. I had already asked to be removed from all their mailings 4 times. today, I got another one, asking for my credit card statement. I checked twice and my credit card was paid to them on 7/07/08.

This company is the pits to deal with. sstill not settled.

This concerns order # [protected] 2 05468. This happened to me also. In June, I was told I ordered greeting cards WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. When I made payment for jelly beans that I DID order, they applied part of the payment to payment of the cards. I called, and also sent a letter telling them that I never received the cards and that I wasn't going to pay for them. Lo and behold, today (Nov. 14th) I received a pkg of greeting cards in the mail. I DON'T WANT THEM, I REFUSE TO BE CHARGED FOR THEM AND I WANT INSTRUCTIONS ON THEIR RETURN AND CANCELLING THE CHARGE FROM MY ACCOUNT. i also want my name and account closed and removed from your mailing list.

To whom it may concern:

I have made quite a few orders, many of which were flowers for planting. These are the flowers that did not come up:

Wildflower Naturalizing Tulip Blend Set of 12 /with 12 free
Apricot Queen Rose
Lavender Mountain Lilies - 60 bulbs
Fragrant Freesias - 50 bulbs - 50 free
Wonder Flower Bulbs - 20 bulbs (chincherinchees)

Please send me replacements for these plants, whenever the time is right for planting them. If you don't have replacements, then I would like my money back.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com you cant register for cash prize

PCH says you do not have to order anything, went through the questions and said skip when they asked if I wanted accept any of their offers, got to eversave and still continued to say no, the website said that there was an error and then directed me to another window for eversave and there was no way to skip this, pch is a scam and someone needs to call them on this. They tell you that a purchase will not help you win, yet they expect you to participate even though you just want to win the money. Thats how this company gets your money. What a joke.

For years now Publishers Clearing House emails me and through self entry I try to enter the 10,000,000 sweepstakes. They know that's what everybody justs wants to do. They email me endlessly about 5000 a week for life. But the thing is is that when you go to enter they have a progress meter on the top of the page, but it's goes to 7/8 of the way they pull up there endless ads and you click skip and it just loops with endless ads to no end. Your whole purpose investing that much time is for the sweeps that you never get into but their deceitful and down right lying ### state that no purchase necessary. How are they getting away with this for years. I'm not interested in buying anything from them.

This company sends material to the home, the invoice is worded to appear you owe the money, " please mail in this payment so we can send out your gift, the thing is the gift wasn't ordered." Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com harassing calls

Morning and evening calls from this company every 2 minutes for an hour for the last few weeks. It's always the same, if I answer the call it's dead air, if I return the call I get a voice recorded message "box is full". There is another website, whocalledus.com that has a list of complaints solely from this company. I registered them at donotcall.gov and will file a complaint after the grace period if the calls don't stop. I will also follow the lead on this page regarding the Florida listing and report them to the Attorney Generals office.

I completely agree that this is a SCAM. I have no idea how they got my cell phone number a few months ago. They fed me beautifully coated lies that I'd be charged $59.80 the 25th of each month until the full amount was paid off and I'd have 5 years worth of magazines. I fell for it, thinking 'Okay, I'll get five years worth of reading for less than a grand and to top it off I'll get a nice Geneva watch (which they told me I would also get).'
The company didn't charge me on the 25th but about a week after. I thought 'That's fine since it's the first payment.' Then about two weeks later I was charged $59.80. I thought something's wrong here, but I decided to let it run for a few more weeks. As I thought i got charged $59.80 the following week along with an amount of thirty something dollars. I called them up right away and disputed the thirty-odd dollars. They said that they couldn't return that amount because it was through a different company. I understood, but the next day I had $59.80 returned to me, but just to have it taken back out along with another $59.80 the next week. I said that's enough and called my bank and told then the situation. I got only about $120 back from the company, not as much as they took out, but something. I cancelled my card, and attempted to contact the company on the number they provided me with. To my astonishment when I called, I got a message that said "No one can answer your call at the moment, please call again later." I tried calling back for TWO AND A HALF HOURS when I gave up and said screw it. I'm getting mail from them now saying that I have a balance due of so and so. I'm trying to get this settled out, if someone could inform me of whom to contact to resolve this, it would be much appreciated.

I also fell victim to this scam, they said they would take 59.80 out of my account on or around the 25th of the month, its 2 months they have taken 5 payments already, I cancel my account so they can't get anymore, after they took the 2nd payment I called them and the woman who I tried to talk to was very rude, when I tried to talk she would talk over me till I finally screamed at her then she hung up on me. I'm sure I'll be hearing from them when they realize they can't steal anymore money from me! can't wait for the call, I will do everything I can to bust them

My boyfriend actually did fall for this scam, and signed up with these people. IT IS COMPLETELY FALSE! He received 3 magazines total and they have taken almost $100 out of his account.

Thankfully he switched accounts to where he has no more money in the account that they know about, but every month they attempt to take out $71 dollars. They call and harass him for not paying, and when he told them he did not have the money to continue to pay them, they were actually MEAN to him, telling him how now that he has an attitude with them, they are not going to give him a break. He put me down as a reference and they are calling me now, harassing me! I called back to complain and then woman helping me told me to hold while she figured out the problem and then hung up on me! Unbelievable!

Take this as a warning PLEASE, if "Publisher's sweepstakes" calls you, IT IS A SCAM, please do not fall for it the way we did. You type in the name of this supposed magazine company on the internet, they are no where to be found, their number is not listed, and the BBB has never heard of them.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com Sweepstakes fraud

I have been sending complaints to Publisher's Clearing House for many days now and have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. PCH continues to send me e-mails for Sweepstakes submission that state 'no purchase necessary' and every day I receive e-mails that require that I submit before a deadline to be eligible and then deny my ability to submit without making a purchase selection. Any way you look at this, that is FRAUD. You don't tell a consumer that they can participate without purchase and then take away their eligibility every day by denying the ability to submit without making a purchase. I will continue to purse this matter as you have robbed me of my 'opportunity' to participate in your sweepstakes by sending me e-mail that must be submitted to quality and then denying me the option to submit without making a purchase. You can never give me the opportunities back that you have taken away daily. PCH has never replied to my complaints!

Yea I am a member, and you always see on tv that they show up at people's houses, but they really are probably just actors. I am unsubscribing with them because I think it is just a stupid game, and oh it just so happened that the month I joined, the winner was going to be from maryland, yet there website says we have no idea who or where the winner will come from because it is totally random? ha they are fake.

I have been playing the Publishers Sweepstakes contest for about 7 years now in which they always make it appear I'm on the verge of winning. At times it even sounded like I won a substantial amount of money only to realize I was mislead or misunderstood because the wording was tricky. I am now officially tired of playing their games and will no longer do business with them or play their contests. And I wonder, has anyone actually ever won anything from them? I somehow doubt it.
